National recognition honors a career journey spanning more than a decade with

CINCINNATI, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Advantage Technical, a Staffmark Group company, announced today that Evan Nedwick, a contract professional supporting Ford Motor Company, has been named a 2027 National Staffing Employee of the Year All-Star for the Engineering, Information Technology, and Scientific sector by the American Staffing Association (ASA).
The recognition marks another milestone in a career journey that began more than a decade ago, when Nedwick was working as a technician at his hometown Ford dealership and looking for a way to take his automotive experience in a new direction.
“Working at the dealership was great, but not knowing how to break out of the field and get behind the scenes at something bigger was difficult until I was contacted by Advantage Technical and found out about all the opportunities that were there,” Nedwick said.
Nedwick joined Advantage Technical in 2015 and began supporting Ford Motor Company on its Interior/Exterior Prior Approval team. The opportunity introduced him to a different side of the automotive industry, working with engineers, marketing teams and others across the organization while building new technical expertise.
When his position was eliminated during a restructuring in 2021, Nedwick needed to find a new path. Advantage Technical helped him identify another opportunity that matched his experience while giving him the chance to develop an entirely new skill set.

That next opportunity led Nedwick into Ford’s mobile service operations, where his responsibilities and expertise continued to grow. His leaders describe him as detail-oriented, proactive and dependable, with a willingness to take ownership of problems and see them through.

Nedwick will be recognized alongside other National Staffing Employee of the Year honorees at ASA’s Staffing World convention and expo, Oct. 12–14 in Denver.
