WASHINGTON, Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The Income To Support All (ITSA) Foundation, a nonprofit working to advance universal basic income through research, storytelling, and real-world projects, announced today that Amy Wilson has joined its board of directors.
Wilson spent more than two decades building HR technology at PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, and Workday, where she led product teams through the shift from on-premise software to SaaS to AI. She now advises technology companies and founders. She also co-hosts The Meg & Amy Show, a podcast on the future of work, with Meg Bear. On the show, she interviews leaders and founders about what AI demands of leadership and who stands to gain from it.
Wilson spent ten years on the board of 211 Alameda County, the phone line people call for help with housing, food, and emergency needs, and served as board chair. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
“I’ve spent my career watching technology reshape work from the inside,” said Wilson. “ITSA Foundation lets me bring that experience to a bigger question, which is what happens to people’s economic security when the shift speeds up. I’m glad to help build that answer.”
