Robinson’s Power of the Pause philosophy will reach a global audience at the 2027 Women Thrive Summit while extending BAILOR’s leadership presence internationally
HUNTSVILLE, Ala., Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — BAILOR President Sonia Robinson has been selected as an international speaker for the 2027 Women Thrive Summit, a global virtual conference that brings together women leaders, entrepreneurs, authors, and thought leaders from around the world during Women’s History Month.
Nearly 2,000 people applied to speak at the 2027 Summit. Of those applicants, only approximately 50 speakers were selected. Robinson will be among them, joining an international lineup of voices sharing perspectives on leadership, business, professional development, and personal growth.
Robinson will bring her signature Power of the Pause philosophy to the Summit. Her work helps accomplished professionals navigate seasons when the plan changes, whether through growth, career transition, caregiving, a health diagnosis, loss, an unexpected opportunity, or a deliberate decision to reconsider what comes next.
Her flagship keynote, The Power of the Pause: Sometimes Stillness Is the Strategy, turns that philosophy into practical strategies for leaders and high-achieving professionals facing growth, change, and transition. It challenges the instinct to respond to every season with immediate action, helping leaders discern when to move, when to pause, and how to decide what comes next.
