AI-powered life document platform, Vaultzy, strengthens its legal, privacy, and trust foundation while expanding its ecosystem across healthcare, senior care, and public-sector use cases
SACRAMENTO, Calif., Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Vaultzy is building a new category of AI Life Assistance that combines ease and security to create a trusted platform for the vital documents that define an individual’s life. By securing records spanning identity, healthcare, insurance, education, financial, and legal needs, Vaultzy is creating an intelligent layer that can deliver trusted answers, anticipate important milestones, and help people take action with greater confidence.
“Vaultzy is rethinking something most people assume is status quo: that our most important information lives in disconnected places and is difficult to access. What’s exciting is the larger vision, using AI for more than convenience,” said Nancy Perlman, FourthWave Founder.
Today, the company announced several milestones advancing that vision, including participation in the UCSF Startup Legal Garage and selection for the FourthWave Accelerator. Together, these relationships are propelling Vaultzy to strengthen the legal, privacy, AI governance, and trust frameworks behind its vision: enabling individuals to maintain ownership and control of vital records while making those records more intelligent, actionable, and verifiable.
Building Trust In the AI Era
As AI assistants increasingly move from answering questions to helping people take actions, access to accurate and trusted personal information becomes increasingly important. Valutzy’s AI Life Assistant helps users find information, understand documents, receive important reminders, and prepare for life events, while blockchain-anchored verification helps recipients validate document authenticity.
Vaultzy is working with the UCSF Startup Legal Garage, with legal support from Mayer Brown, to examine emerging issues involving artificial intelligence, privacy, digital identity, document verification, and responsible use of personal information.
The work is intended to help Vaultzy build legal and trust principles into the platform as it expands across healthcare, education, senior services, government, and other highly sensitive environments.
“AI becomes dramatically more useful when it understands the context of our lives, but that also raises an important question about who controls the underlying information. Working with the UCSF Startup Legal Garage and Mayer Brown allows us to think deeply about privacy, trust and responsible AI as we build the infrastructure for intelligent, individual-controlled life records”, said Anupriya Ramraj, Co-Founder and CEO of Vaultzy.
Selected for FourthWave Accelerator
Vaultzy was also selected to participate in the FourthWave Accelerator, which supports women-led technology companies as they scale their businesses, strengthen go-to-market strategies, and build relationships across the investment and innovation ecosystem.
Through FourthWave, Vaultzy is refining its commercialization strategy and expanding conversations with leaders across healthcare, government, financial services, and community organizations.
“Vaultzy is rethinking something most people assume is status quo: that our most important information lives in disconnected places and is difficult to access. What’s exciting is the larger vision, using AI for more than convenience, for giving individuals greater control and confidence in managing their personal information. We all want this elusive combination of security and easy access,” said Nancy Perlman, FourthWave Founder.
A Mother-Daughter Team Building for Life’s Critical Moments
Vaultzy was founded by mother-daughter team Anupriya Ramraj and Avanti Ramraj. Their shared vision is to transform important documents from static files that people struggle to find into trusted information that helps individuals navigate critical moments throughout their lives.
“Our important records tell the story of our lives, but today that story is scattered across PDFs, portals, filing cabinets, and institutions,” said Avanti Ramraj, Vaultzy Co-Founder. “We’re building Vaultzy to give you one secure place for the information that matters most, with an AI-powered life assistant that helps you manage it, navigate important decisions, and stay in control”.
