FORT ATKINSON, Wis., Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The Supply Chain Network, consisting of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive, is proud to announce the influential women honored through the 2026 Women in Supply Chain Forum™ Award. These outstanding leaders will be recognized during the fifth annual Women in Supply Chain Forum™, taking place Nov. 17-19, 2026, at the Charleston Marriott in Charleston, S.C.
More than an awards program, the Women in Supply Chain Forum™ has evolved into a premier gathering for supply chain professionals to learn, network, mentor and celebrate the accomplishments of women who are shaping the future of the industry. This year’s award program attracted more than 300 submissions from across the supply chain sector, underscoring both the growing impact of women leaders and the industry’s commitment to recognizing their achievements.
Of the 300-plus submissions received, 70 were self-nominations, representing the highest number of self-submitted applications in the seven-year history of the award. Additionally, 44 nominations were submitted by male colleagues, managers and industry peers, marking the highest number of male-submitted nominations to date. Together, these milestones reflect a growing culture of advocacy, recognition and allyship throughout the supply chain community.
“When it comes to women in the supply chain space, one thing is clear: they are increasingly driving industry innovation; leading companies, divisions, markets and sectors; executing on all fronts to ensure compliance; and creating pathways for the next generation,” says Marina Mayer, Editor-in-Chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Co-Founder of the Women in Supply Chain Forum™. “They’re making a difference in the supply chain, both personally and professionally, and this year’s winners are no exception. They’re the rule.”
The Women in Supply Chain Forum™ Award recognizes women whose accomplishments, leadership, mentorship and vision have elevated their organizations, strengthened supply chain operations and inspired others to pursue careers in logistics, transportation, warehousing, procurement, technology and manufacturing. This year’s winners embody the Forum’s 2026 theme,”Self-Advocacy in the Workforce: Brand Yourself While Empowering Others to Climb the Corporate Ladder,” demonstrating how strong leaders can elevate both their own careers and the careers of those around them.
From rising stars to seasoned executives, this year’s recipients exemplify the resilience, creativity and leadership required to navigate an increasingly complex global supply chain environment. Their dedication to innovation, operational excellence and workforce development is helping shape a stronger future for the industry.
Attendees of the Women in Supply Chain Forum™ will have the opportunity to hear directly from the overall award winners and industry leaders throughout the three-day event, which features keynote presentations, mentorship networking, leadership development sessions and interactive discussions focused on career growth, professional branding and the future of supply chain leadership.
Attendees interested in celebrating the winners in person and connecting with fellow supply chain leaders can register for the Women in Supply Chain Forum™, located at the Charleston Marriott, Nov. 17-19, 2026, at http://www.womeninsupplychainforum.com.
