Brian Ko to join DispatchHealth as chief financial officer; the company advances its platform strategy with health system partners

DENVER, Oct. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — DispatchHealth, the engine powering health systems to deliver complex care at home at scale, today announced that its president, Erin Bartley, will assume the additional role of chief executive officer, succeeding Jennifer Webster, effective Nov. 1. The company also announced Brian Ko will join the leadership team as chief financial officer.

Bartley was instrumental in transforming hospital-at-home care from an innovative concept into a scalable model of healthcare delivery in the U.S., serving in a series of leadership roles with Medically Home, where she helped create the operational model that has been foundational to the industry and underpinned the merger with DispatchHealth.

Since joining DispatchHealth, Bartley has served as president, leading the company’s operations, growth, strategy, and customer relationship teams. Over the past three years, Webster led DispatchHealth through its merger with Medically Home and aligned the combined organization with its core market and capabilities, making Bartley’s appointment the next logical step in the organization’s evolution.

“Health systems across the country are facing growing patient demand for hospital-level care in the home while experiencing persistent capacity challenges,” said Bartley. “For them, the model has moved from exploration to imperative. DispatchHealth is the enablement model that gives them the ability to extend their brand of care beyond their walls at scale. We lead with our platform and round it out with a holistic care delivery network and in-home clinical teams to create the flexibility to meet each health system where it is. That’s the company I’m honored to have the opportunity to lead.”

Webster’s tenure concludes with a restructuring that sharpens DispatchHealth’s focus on enabling health systems, positioning the company to support their programs at any stage of development. As part of that shift, DispatchHealth will no longer operate Emergency Room Alternative Care as a full-service model serving payers, instead enabling ER avoidance, hospital at home and other complex care at home as an extension of health systems’ ordering providers.

Bartley continued, “I’m grateful to Jennifer for her steadfast leadership through a period of significant change. Her strategic clarity and resolve brought our organizations together, refined our focus and positioned DispatchHealth with a clear plan for the growth ahead.”

“Erin has been a valued partner in shaping DispatchHealth’s future and leading the integration of our combined organization,” said Webster. “She understands our customers, our platform and the opportunity ahead, and I am confident she is the right leader to guide DispatchHealth into its next chapter.”
