Expansion of #WeHearHer Chapters supported nationwide by OLLY and Foundation 43 by Chubbies, with local studio celebrations hosted by [solidcore].
SAN DIEGO, Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Now in its third year, #WeHearHer Conversation Week returns on Women’s Equality Day to illuminate the emotional realities women navigate every day — and the leaders turning those realities into community care. What began as a call to shed women’s silence has grown into a national network of over 700 Advocacy Council members and 27 Chapters across 13 states and 22 cities, led by women who are bringing healing into leadership and creating ripples in their communities.
As women share their lived truths, culture shifts, care expands, and communities grow more capable of holding emotional well‑being together.
This year’s campaign brings forward the stories women have long carried quietly across our community and culture — from body and beauty and motherhood to career and leadership and identity and self‑expression. This year, SeekHer is bringing them forward in community, honoring the leaders who are turning these conversations into care‑centered change.
SeekHer is honored to celebrate the partners who help uplift this work. OLLY and Foundation 43 by Chubbies continue their nationwide support of the Women Who LEAD Fund, which fuels the expansion of #WeHearHer Chapters and provides microfunding for women leading healing‑centered initiatives. [solidcore] joins this year’s campaign by hosting studio activations on Women’s Equality Day that spotlight local Chapter Leaders and elevate the stories women carry into their communities.
“At [solidcore], strength is something we build together — physically, emotionally, and in community. We’re thrilled to partner with SeekHer for Women’s Equality Day and celebrate the leaders who are reshaping their communities through courage, connection, and care. Because we’re all stronger for it when women’s stories are heard,” said Michelle Engel, Chief People Officer of [solidcore].
SeekHer also celebrates over five years of partnership with OLLY, whose commitment to women’s wellness and mental health continues to fuel the Women Who LEAD Fund and support the expansion of women‑led support spaces in communities nationwide.
“When women have spaces to share their lived experiences, they not only thrive — they help build stronger, more connected communities. We’re proud to stand with SeekHer in bringing those conversations forward and to ensure women feel supported, seen, and equipped to lead,” said Hanneke Willenborg, CEO of OLLY.
The 2026 SeekHer Shift Report shows that 83% of women still hide or minimize their emotions, and only 11% feel untouched by today’s emotional challenges — underscoring why #WeHearHer continues to uplift leaders who are breaking silence and creating spaces where emotional truth becomes power.
“This year is about honoring the conversations women are already having, and the leaders who are bringing voice to the parts of life where cultural scrutiny and invisible labor make honesty an act of courage,” said Dr. Monica Mo, SeekHer’s founder and executive director.
Enrollment is now open for the Fall 2026 Women Who LEAD cohort, a healing‑centered leadership program offering mentorship, community, and microfunding for women activating local mental health initiatives as #WeHearHer Chapters.
