VANCOUVER, BC, Aug. 26, 2026 /CNW/ — The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Industry and Minister responsible for Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions, and Wade Grant, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Environment and Climate Change, will announce the intake 1 results for the Eddie Goldenberg Research Chairs of Canada program and the Canada Impact+ Emerging Leaders program.
They will also announce Strategic Response Fund investments in Evonik and Kardium that will increase Canada’s industrial capacity to develop and manufacture innovative health solutions.
The announcement will be immediately followed by a media availability.
