CRM magazine has announced the winners of its 23rd annual CRM Industry Awards in its September 2024 issue and during the Sept. 3 broadcast of “CRM Playaz,” a weekly livestream podcast hosted by CRM industry analysts Paul Greenberg and Brent Leary.

NEW YORK, Sept. 5, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — CRM magazine has announced the winners of its 23rd annual CRM Industry Awards in its September 2024 issue and during the Sept. 3 broadcast of “CRM Playaz,” a weekly livestream podcast hosted by CRM industry analysts Paul Greenberg and Brent Leary.

“This year, as we name the industry leaders in 11 CRM software categories, it’s important to note that none of these types of software can work effectively without data that is current, relevant, or accurate,” said Leonard Klie, editor of CRM magazine.

The CRM Industry Awards honor the leading providers of customer service, marketing, and sales technologies and services across 11 categories. Additionally, CRM magazine named five exceptionally innovative companies as Conversation Starters.

CRM Industry Leader Awards

The editors of CRM determined the recipients of the CRM Industry Awards with input from industry analysts and consultants. CRM magazine asked its extensive panel of analysts/consultants two basic questions: If a client asked for your top five recommendations in a particular category, which vendors would you suggest and why? Based on those answers, recipients of the 2024 CRM Industry Awards are listed below in their respective categories:

Enterprise CRM Suite: Microsoft, Oracle, Pegasystems, Salesforce, and Zoho.Midmarket/SMB CRM Suite: Creatio, HubSpot, Salesforce, SugarCRM, and Zoho, with Monday CRM, Freshworks, and Pipedrive as “Niche Players.”Complete Customer Experience Suite: Five9, Genesys, NICE, Oracle, and Verint, with USAN as a “Niche Player”Contact Center Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services, Five9, Genesys, NICE, and Verint, with Content Guru, Sprinklr, USAN, and Microsoft as “Niche Players.”Contact Center Interaction Analytics: CallMiner, Cresta, Genesys, NICE, and Verint, with ASAPP, Observe.AI, HumanFirst, Invoca, SearchUnify, and USAN as “Niche Players.”Data Management Solution: Adobe, Informatica, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, with Experian as a “Niche Player.”Workforce Engagement Management: Calabrio, Genesys, NICE, SuccessKPI, and Verint.Business Intelligence/Analytics: Domo, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, and Zoho, with ConstantContact, Active Campaign, and Klaviyo as “Niche Players.”Marketing Automation: Adobe, HubSpot, Salesforce, SugarCRM, and Zoho.Salesforce Automation: Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, SugarCRM, and Zoho, with Spotlogic, Monday CRM, Freshworks, and Pipedrive as “Niche Players.”Generative AI Engine: Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), Microsoft (Copilot), OpenAI (ChatGPT), Salesforce (Einstein).

CRM magazine’s goal with the CRM Industry Awards is to provide companies with a short list of companies they should consider for an initial purchase or technology upgrade in any of the 11 product categories covered. They’ll still need to do their due diligence before selecting the vendor and solution that is right for them, but we hope to at least give a few suggestions to get them started.

The CRM Conversation Starters

CRM magazine also named five companies as Conversation Starters for 2024. They were Bloomreach, Cognigy, DoubleVerify, Klaviyo, and SoundHound AI.

“This year, as we name the industry leaders in 11 CRM software categories, it’s important to note that none of these types of software can work effectively without data that is current, relevant, or accurate,” said Leonard Klie, editor of CRM magazine. “Effective CRM requires companies to start with clean data, invest in the right tools to collect, store, and make sense of it, regularly review and update it, and train employees in how to use it.

“Luckily, CRM is still a vibrant industry that is expected to grow substantially over the next few years,” Klie continued. “The CRM software market is highly competitive. That’s why we started our awards program in September 2002, and why we continue to highlight the top vendors to this day.”

AglaiaSense and Leopard Imaging to Demonstrate Privacy-First AI Traffic Sensing at Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona

Published

By

FREMONT, Calif. and BARCELONA, Spain, Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — AglaiaSense and Leopard Imaging will exhibit together at Smart City Expo World Congress, November 3–5, 2026, at Fira Barcelona Gran Vía.

The two companies proposed AI-VIVA (Vision Intelligence for València and Arterials) and is selected as a finalist in the fifth urban challenge of Barcelona Innova Lab Mobility (BILM), on the application of artificial intelligence to traffic-light regulation. AI-VIVA combines AglaiaSense’s edge-AI traffic solutions with Leopard Imaging’s patented privacy architecture. At the show, the team will give a live demonstration of AglaiaSense’s signature MS500 and GS500 cameras, with the AglaiaSense AI Box, powered by NVIDIA, which adds local processing to coordinate groups of neighboring intersections.

The cameras analyze images inside the device, using the Sony IMX500 and IMX501 intelligent vision sensors. They count and classify vehicles, buses, cyclists and pedestrians in real time. Raw video is discarded on the device within 400–800 milliseconds, and only anonymous metadata is transmitted. Cities can feed that data into signal-control software to adapt traffic lights to real demand.

MS500: about 2 W average power, 1080p, powered from a standard NEMA or ZHAGA street-light socket.

GS500: about 6.5 W average, dual 4K cameras, with Ethernet, LTE Cat 4 and GPS; powered by PoE, 12–24 V DC or a NEMA adapter.

Both cameras: IP66-rated, −20 °C to +65 °C, mounted on existing poles, so no trenching or new masts are needed.

Bandwidth: more than 95% lower than CCTV-based monitoring.

“Cities want safer, smoother streets without turning every crossing into a surveillance point,” said Leon Luo, CEO of AglaiaSense. “Being named a finalist in Barcelona tells us the approach resonates.”

“Privacy has to be built into the camera, not added later,” said Bill Pu, CEO of Leopard Imaging.

AglaiaSense’s solutions are deployed across North America and Asia, and the company won first place in the Pedestrian Safety Challenge Hackathon, run by the Edge AI Foundation (formerly the tinyML Foundation) and the City of San José. In field tests, the systems achieved detection and counting accuracy above 95%. The City of Lakewood, Colorado, compared the GS500 with traditional IP cameras and LiDAR on real roads and found it more accurate, more energy-efficient, and less costly to deploy. At a high-risk crossing where pedestrians often crossed outside the crosswalk, the system alerted approaching drivers in real time.

Visit us at Pavilion 3, Level 0, Street D, Stand 71. To book a meeting, email sales@aglaiasense.com.

About AglaiaSense
