Leading research firm notes TechnoMile’s CLM industry focus on manufacturing/production of high-tech products, IT/tech services, and professional services.

TYSONS, Va., Sept. 5, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — TechnoMile, a leading provider of transformative, AI-enabled cloud solutions that empower companies to find, pursue, win, and retain more business with the government from go-to-market through contract closeout, today announced it has been included in Forrester’s new report, The Contract Lifecycle Management Platforms Landscape, Q3 2024. The report provides an overview of 27 notable CLM platform vendors, among which TechnoMile is recognized. Forrester conducted its research with the aim of providing technology executives as well as contracts, procurement, legal, and risk professionals with insights into the value they can expect from a CLM platform vendor. The report helps organizations understand vendor differences and explore CLM options based on size and market focus.

“It’s very exciting to see a top research and advisory firm, like Forrester, recognize TechnoMile as a notable vendor in the CLM platform market.”

Forrester defines CLM platforms as “technology that automates contract digitization, creation, negotiation, execution, and governance. CLM platforms include analysis and reporting for insights into the terms, risks, obligations, and entitlements at the contract and portfolio level; metrics capture for contract(ing) optimization; and integration with adjacent technologies to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across multiple types of contracts. CLM platforms support the entire contract lifecycle, including pre-signature, post-signature, contract governance, and obligations management.”

Forrester’s report describes CLM platforms as an established technology market with core use cases that include buy-side contracts; sell-side contracts; and legal operations. Additionally, the report notes TechnoMile’s self-reported extended use cases of contract compliance; obligations management; and contract repository and search as the top use cases for which clients select the company’s CLM solution.

These extended use cases are particularly crucial in the federal contracting industry, where companies must maintain compliance with a multitude of strict rules and regulations, as well as recordkeeping and data call requirements imposed by the federal government. TechnoMile provides a vertical-specific enterprise CLM platform tailored to the needs of aerospace and defense, GovCon, and other types of companies doing business with the federal government, enabling these organizations to rapidly implement a CLM solution to manage the complexities of government contracts from cradle to grave. TechnoMile Contracts Suite uses the power of AI to streamline management of prime contracts, subcontracts, and other commercial agreements on one, secure cloud platform, resulting in more cost-effective contract administration, improved compliance and delivery to customers, and enhanced visibility into risk.

“It’s very exciting to see a top research and advisory firm, like Forrester, recognize TechnoMile as a notable vendor in the CLM platform market. Our inclusion in this report and the acknowledgement from Forrester speak to our commitment to empowering federal contractors to modernize their operations,” said Kevin Brancato, Senior Vice President of Product Strategy, TechnoMile. “With the ability to swiftly deploy an AI-enabled CLM platform built for the unique requirements of doing business with the U.S. government, TechnoMile’s customers can be certain they are not only bolstering their ability to manage compliance, mitigate risk, and work efficiently, but also best positioning their organizations to accelerate innovation and growth.”

Lunai Bioworks Announces Receipt of Nasdaq Determination and Intention to Voluntarily Delist and Deregister

Published

on

By

SACRAMENTO, Calif., Oct. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Lunai Bioworks Inc. (Nasdaq: LNAI) (the “Company”) announced that on October 21, 2026, it received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) stating that the Company no longer complies with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1), which requires minimum stockholders’ equity of $2,500,000. The Company reported a stockholders’ deficit of $(9,024,946) in its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, and does not meet the alternative market value of listed securities or net income standards. Because the Company is subject to a mandatory Hearings Panel Monitor under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5815(d)(4)(B), Nasdaq staff determined to delist the Company’s securities. Trading in the Company’s common stock on Nasdaq is expected to be suspended at the opening of business on October 30, 2026.

The Company will not request a hearing. Rather than contest the staff determination, the Company’s Board of Directors approved on October 22, 2026 the voluntary withdrawal of the Company’s common stock from listing on Nasdaq under Rule 12d2-2(c) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The Board took this action because of the staff determination and the Company’s financial condition, and concluded that the cost of continued listing and SEC reporting is not justified.

The Company notified Nasdaq of its intention on October 22, 2026. The Company intends to file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on or about November 2, 2026, and expects the delisting to become effective on or about November 12, 2026. The Company then intends to file a Form 15 to suspend its SEC reporting obligations, to the extent it is eligible to do so. The Company’s SEC reporting obligations will continue unless and until they are terminated or suspended in accordance with the SEC’s rules.

The Company does not intend to arrange for quotation of its common stock on any over-the-counter market and cannot assure that any trading market for its common stock will exist after trading on Nasdaq is suspended.

Forward-Looking Statements
This press release contains forward-looking statements, including statements regarding the expected suspension of trading, the expected timing of the Form 25 and Form 15 filings, and the expected timing of delisting and deregistration. Actual results may differ materially due to risks and uncertainties, including Nasdaq and SEC procedures and the Company’s financial condition. The Company undertakes no obligation to update these statements, except as required by law.
