Management Services Organization (MSO) IntraCare and intermittent fasting app MogulBody have joined forces to create MogulBodyCare, LLC. The new company takes a multidirectional approach to weight loss, combining nutrition and exercise with prescription medication and clinical supervision
CARROLLTON, Texas, Sept. 19, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — IntraCare, a prominent Texas-based MSO, has partnered with the AI-powered intermittent fasting app MogulBody with a view to giving people better options for weight management.
The new entity, operational under the name MogulBodyCare, LLC, brings together the current offerings of both organizations and enables greater access to weight loss medications, including GLP-1s such as Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, for patients of Primary Care Physicians under the IntraCare brand.
The partnership aims to cater to IntraCare’s current patient base while also attracting health-conscious individuals of all ages, thereby expanding reach and impact.
Weight management is a key healthcare service that IntraCare provides to all its patients. It is especially important for senior adults aged 65 and above as keeping weight under control can protect from the risk of several chronic diseases including diabetes, heart failure, cholesterol, and hypertension.
Patients receiving weight loss treatments through MogulBodyCare, LLC, are first assessed by IntraCare physicians, who then create personalized plans incorporating nutrition, exercise, and weight loss medication. To supplement their physician-supervised plans and ensure they stay motivated and on track to achieving their health goals, patients have unlimited access to MogulBody app’s comprehensive support system.
MogulBody is the brainchild of fitness professional and former athlete Derek Baiza. The AI-powered app helps people achieve their health and weight goals through intermittent fasting, a weight loss technique that alternates between designated periods of eating and fasting. Instead of calorie-counting, restrictive diets, or centering on ‘what’ to eat, intermittent fasting focuses on ‘when’ to eat to encourage safe weight loss.
MogulBody app’s intuitive interface is simple to use and can be easily navigated by senior adults. Offerings that are tailored to the senior age group include workouts that improve mobility and strength while keeping physical limitations in view, and custom meal plans that ensure nutritional alignment with their dietary needs.
Baiza developed MogulBody in 2020 during the COVID-19 global lockdown, with the intent to build a supportive and encouraging community of people looking to improve their health through intermittent fasting. Since then, both the MogulBody app and its community have experienced rapid and expansive growth.
“We are incredibly grateful and excited about this new partnership with IntraCare,” said Derek Baiza, owner and CEO, MogulBody. “This collaboration represents a significant milestone in our mission to transform lives through effective and personalized weight management solutions.”
Baiza added, “We are committed to providing tailored fitness programs, custom meal plans, and advanced weight loss medications, all designed to meet the unique needs of our users. The formulation of MogulBodyCare, LLC, allows us to combine the innovative technology of the MogulBody app with the medical expertise of IntraCare, creating a comprehensive approach to health and wellness. I believe that by working together, we can make a profound impact on the lives of individuals, helping them achieve their health goals and improve their quality of life. This partnership is a testament to our dedication to combating the obesity epidemic and fostering a healthier future for all.”
Anwar Kazi, CEO IntraCare, said, “Primary Care Physicians repeatedly emphasize the importance of bringing and keeping weight within healthy ranges for good reason, as obesity is a gateway to illnesses that can destroy a person’s quality of life before becoming a fatal danger.”
Kazi further said, “The launch of MogulBodyCare, LLC, is incredibly exciting for us. We’re giving our subscribers the power to take charge of their health and providing support from every direction. Our expert doctors, nutritionists, and physical trainers guide, advise, and supervise to ensure health and safety. Then, the huge network of peers encourages and inspires members to do their best and live their best. This combination of professional education and personal support is what makes MogulBodyCare, LLC, a literal game-changer in the clutter of weight-management apps.”
About IntraCare MSO

Applied Computing unveils the next generation of Orbital at ADIPEC, the first-ever world model for energy

Their data and models never leave.Energy operators running Orbital can see the plant-wide impact of every decision before they make it, so they can push production higher while keeping the plant reliable and safe. The launch follows Applied Computing’s $20 million Series A in July 2026, led by KBR with participation from Databricks Ventures.
ABU DHABI, UAE, Nov. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Applied Computing, the British AI company building AI for energy operators, today unveils Orbital 2.0 at ADIPEC 2026. Orbital 2.0 is rebuilt on a world model architecture, and puts the power to shape it directly in the hands of users.
A world model for energy
The first version of Orbital learned patterns in a plant’s data to carry out fixed tasks. The new Orbital by Applied Computing is built on a world model that learns cause and effect instead: how mass and heat move through every connected piece of equipment, and what that means for the plant’s output. Because it understands how the plant behaves, rather than memorising patterns, it is no longer tied to a single workflow or task, and it can adapt to whatever an engineer needs.
The world model is built on a knowledge graph of the plant’s physical interactions and improves itself over time. Every customer gets their own world model that runs and evolves inside their own environment. Their data and models never leave.
What’s new in Orbital by Applied Computing
Orbital is Applied Computing’s AI for running energy plants at their physical optimum, every day. It connects to a plant’s live and historical data, spots what is going wrong, explains why using the physics of the process, and recommends what to do next. It is already delivering results at some of the world’s largest energy and petrochemical assets, and through KBR INSITE® it is in use on ammonia and olefins units.
Orbital 2.0 by Applied Computing adds capabilities such as:
Dashboards built to order. Engineers can describe the dashboard they want, or pick one of Orbital’s suggestions, and Orbital builds it automatically from live plant data without manual intervention.Apps that run themselves. Recurring work, such as the 8am shift report or a heat and mass balance check, becomes an app that Orbital creates via a simple prompt.Recursive self-learning. Orbital learns from every interaction and from what engineers tell it directly, so it gets smarter the more it is used, and knowledge about the plant stays when people move on.
Together, these changes remove the need for Applied Computing’s researchers to tune and adapt the model inside each customer’s environment, reducing the cycle time for deployment from weeks to days and allowing Applied Computing to scale deployments concurrently. Moreover, users can rapidly customise and extend Orbital themselves.
Callum Adamson, CEO and co-founder of Applied Computing, said: “Our mission is to get every energy system running at its physical optimum, and the fastest way to do that is to put Orbital in engineers’ hands. Until now, adapting the model to each plant relied on our researchers. That barrier is gone: Orbital now learns for itself and can be fully customised by the engineers who use it every day. We are bringing it to ADIPEC because this is where the industry comes to decide what the next decade of energy looks like.”
Dr. Samyakh Tukra, Chief AI Officer and co-founder of Applied Computing, said: “The first version of Orbital learned the patterns in a plant’s data. What we have built now is a world model. It learns cause and effect, understands how a plant actually behaves, and gets better every day it runs. A plant is always evolving, and so is the work of the engineers who run it, so Orbital cannot stand still either.”
About Applied Computing:
Applied Computing builds AI for energy operations. Its product, Orbital, is built on a world model for energy that combines physics-grounded intelligence with models across chemical engineering, time-series forecasting and language. Orbital provides real-time optimisation that operators can trust in the most complex environments, from refineries and petrochemical facilities to LNG, wind and hydro. Founded in London by Callum Adamson (CEO) and Dr Sam Tukra (Chief AI Officer), Applied Computing is already working with some of the world’s most complex industrial sites. In July 2026, the company raised a $20 million Series A led by KBR, with participation from Databricks Ventures.

Polls Open for the Midterms as Event Contracts Show Up in Third-Quarter Results
Published
2 seconds agoon
November 3, 2026By
NEW YORK, Nov. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Market Updates News Commentary – Voters across the United States are casting ballots in today’s midterm elections, and contracts tied to which party will control the House and the Senate are changing hands on prediction market platforms while the polls are open. For the exchanges, brokers and data providers connected to those markets, the activity has also been showing up in third-quarter results reported over the past two weeks. Active Companies from around the markets with current developments this week include: Robinhood Markets, Inc. (NASDAQ: HOOD), Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE), CME Group Inc. (NASDAQ: CME), Cboe Global Markets, Inc. (Cboe: CBOE), Sportradar Group AG (Nasdaq: SRAD).
As of 10:32 a.m. ET, Kalshi’s contract on whether Democrats will win the House in 2026 had last traded at $0.938, and its contract on whether Republicans will win the House at $0.063, according to Kalshi’s public market data. Kalshi’s Senate contracts had last traded at $0.77 for Democrats and $0.25 for Republicans. On Polymarket’s international platform at the same time, the contract on whether the Democratic Party will control the House after the 2026 midterm elections had last traded at $0.95, and the matching Republican contract at $0.06; its Senate control contracts had last traded at $0.77 for the Democratic Party and $0.24 for the Republican Party. These are prices set by traders on each platform, not forecasts by Market Updates, and no results had been reported as of that time.
The rules around these markets are still being written. In a proposed rule published in the Federal Register on June 12, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission said it preliminarily believes that its earlier Nadex Order and Kalshi Order were incorrect to find that event contracts involving political elections involve gaming; written comments were due by July 27. On October 27, the CFTC said it had filed a lawsuit against Utah to block the state’s efforts to shut down CFTC-registered contract markets using state laws, and that it has initiated legal proceedings against nine other states. “Congress entrusted the CFTC to be the federal regulator with sole responsibility to oversee these markets,” CFTC Chairman Michael S. Selig said.
For listed companies, the exposure takes different forms. Some run their own prediction market products, some hold stakes in platforms or joint ventures, and some sell the data and technology those venues use. Third-quarter filings released since October 21 put figures on several of those relationships.
Event-driven sessions can move share prices quickly. The free Knowledge is Power guide from Stock Preachers, available at market-updates.com/, shows how to read those moves on the chart before deciding what they mean.
In other industry developments and happenings in the market this week include:
Robinhood Markets, Inc. (NASDAQ: HOOD)
Robinhood reported on October 27 that event contracts revenue reached $173 million in the third quarter, up over 6x year over year, helping lift transaction-based revenues 19% to $867 million. Event Contracts Traded rose over 7x to a record 16.4 billion, counted through the company’s Prediction Markets Hub, where each contract can be traded at $0.01 increments up to $1 and is worth $1 upon settlement. Rothera, Robinhood’s joint venture with Susquehanna International Group, reached over $100 million in annualized revenues in its first full quarter of operation. Total net revenues rose 12% to $1.42 billion, while net income decreased 14% to $476 million.
“Our vision is to make everyone an owner, because broad ownership is essential to a free, stable, and prosperous society,” said Vlad Tenev, Chairman and CEO of Robinhood.
Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE)
Intercontinental Exchange, whose exchanges include the New York Stock Exchange, reported on October 29 third-quarter net revenues of $2.8 billion, up 15%, and adjusted diluted EPS of $2.02, up 18%. In its quarterly report dated the same day, ICE said the total carrying value of its Series D and E preferred stock investments in Polymarket, which it describes as a prediction market and information platform tracking event probabilities across markets, politics, sport and culture, was approximately $2.0 billion as of September 30. Those holdings represented approximately 22% of Polymarket’s outstanding shares and 14% on a fully diluted basis, and ICE also completed a tender offer in April for approximately 0.4 million Polymarket common shares for $40 million.
“We’re pleased to report the best third quarter in ICE’s history, with revenues, operating income and earnings per share each growing by double digits,” said Jeff Sprecher, ICE Chair & Chief Executive Officer.
CME Group Inc. (NASDAQ: CME)
CME Group reported on October 21 third-quarter revenue of $1.7 billion and diluted earnings per share of $2.89, with average daily volume reaching a third-quarter record of 29.4 million contracts. On prediction markets, FanDuel and CME Group said in November 2025 that the FanDuel Predicts app would provide access, subject to appropriate regulatory filings, to sports event contracts, available to customers in states where online sports betting is not yet legal, with event contracts also planned on benchmarks such as the S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100, oil and gas prices, gold, cryptocurrencies, and economic indicators such as GDP and CPI. CME’s third-quarter results include amortization of purchased intangibles at FanDuel Prediction Markets Holdings LLC, reported in equity in net earnings of unconsolidated subsidiaries.
“As uncertainty intensified in Q3, clients turned to CME Group in record numbers to manage risk and capitalize on opportunities,” said Terry Duffy, CME Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Cboe Global Markets, Inc. (Cboe: CBOE)
Cboe Global Markets reported on October 30 third-quarter net revenue of $712.2 million, up 18 percent, and record diluted EPS of $4.08, up 43 percent, and raised its 2026 organic total net revenue growth target to “high teens” from “mid to high teens.” In the same release, Chief Executive Officer Craig Donohue said the company advanced its Cboe Predicts offering and its clearing capabilities during the quarter and recently received the SEC approvals needed to list and clear its company-KPI event contracts, in anticipation of a November launch.
“Our strong momentum continued in the third quarter as we took important steps to advance our growth strategy,” said Craig Donohue, Chief Executive Officer of Cboe Global Markets.
Sportradar Group AG (Nasdaq: SRAD)
Sportradar reported this morning that third-quarter revenue rose 24% to €363 million and that it entered new and expanded partnerships with leading prediction market exchanges, brokers and market makers. Betting Technology & Solutions revenues climbed 27% to €297 million, which the company attributed mainly to a 37% increase in Betting & Gaming Content tied to the IMG ARENA acquisition and to further uptake of its products and services by existing and new customers, prediction market participants among them. Revenue in the United States rose 47%.
“Our performance was driven by strong demand for our premium content portfolio, deep data and innovative technology solutions, including further monetization of the acquired IMG ARENA rights and significant contributions from across the prediction markets landscape,” said Carsten Koerl, Chief Executive Officer of Sportradar.
Results will come only after the polls close. For these five companies, event contracts were already part of the third-quarter story. Learn to read event-driven setups with the free Stock Preachers guide, plus The Roadmap market reports, at market-updates.com/.
