New Poly-Si slurry, silicon bare wafer surface treatment solution, and glass TGV slurry support next-generation semiconductor manufacturing as the company expands its engagement in Taiwan and Japan.

SEOUL, South Korea, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Ace nanochem Co., Ltd., a South Korean semiconductor materials company led by CEO Jonghoon Lee, has completed development of three materials solutions for semiconductor manufacturing: Poly-Si slurry for power trench MOSFETs, a surface treatment solution for silicon bare wafers after chemical mechanical polishing (CMP), and slurry for glass through-glass via (TGV) processing. The company plans to build on these developments to expand its engagement with semiconductor manufacturers in Taiwan and Japan.

The three solutions address different challenges in semiconductor manufacturing, from selective polishing in power devices to surface cleanliness and planarity in advanced packaging.

Ace nanochem’s Poly-Si Slurry for Power Trench MOSFETs is designed to provide high removal rates for polysilicon while minimizing damage to the gate oxide. The formulation aims to improve polishing performance while reducing scratches, particle generation, dishing, and erosion, helping support process control and wafer surface quality.

The Silicon Bare Wafer Surface Treatment Solution is applied after CMP to improve wafer surface wettability and help prevent contamination. By reducing particle adhesion following polishing, the solution is designed to support the stringent surface cleanliness requirements of subsequent manufacturing processes.

For advanced semiconductor packaging, Ace nanochem’s Slurry for Glass TGV is designed to polish materials with different physical properties, including copper bulk, barrier metal, and bare glass. Its ability to process these materials together is intended to support the planarity and surface uniformity required for TGV manufacturing.

Building on its experience supplying semiconductor materials to major manufacturers in South Korea, Ace nanochem is working to develop further business opportunities in Taiwan and Japan, both important markets in the global semiconductor industry. The company participates regularly in SEMICON TAIWAN and pursues technical collaboration with leading foundries to strengthen relationships with overseas customers and industry partners.

“These three products reflect our focus on developing semiconductor materials for demanding manufacturing processes, from power devices to advanced packaging,” said Jonghoon Lee, CEO of Ace nanochem. “We aim to build on our materials technology and manufacturing capabilities to deepen technical collaboration with semiconductor manufacturers in Taiwan, Japan, and other global markets.”

RD Technologies Upgrades Its Cross-Border Payments and Digital Finance Ecosystem

Expanding the Network of Banking and Payment Partners, with an Initial Focus on Trade Between Africa and Asia

HONG KONG, Nov. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — RD Technologies today announced an upgrade to its enterprise cross-border payments and digital finance ecosystem. Focusing on trade between Africa and Asia, the company is advancing banking partnerships, payment channel connectivity and digital asset settlement infrastructure to address businesses’ cross-border payment, foreign exchange and treasury management needs.

Rita Liu, Chief Executive Officer of RD Technologies, said: “The value of digital financial infrastructure lies in serving the real economy. Hong Kong’s trade and financial networks connecting Asia with the world provide an important foundation for this development. Guided by businesses’ practical needs, we will work with banks, payment providers and digital asset infrastructure partners to connect local financial services with cross-border settlement capabilities, exploring more efficient and transparent ways to move funds in support of trade and businesses’ international operations.”

Deepening Banking Cooperation to Explore Ghana–Asia Trade Settlement

RD Technologies and Stanbic Bank Ghana will work together to explore a bank-led cross-border trade settlement solution supported by stablecoin technology. The initial focus will be legitimate business-to-business payments from Ghanaian businesses to suppliers in Asia. Technical validation and any controlled pilot will proceed subject to the requisite regulatory no-objection.

Darwin Mireku, Head, Strategy Enablement, Stanbic Bank Ghana, said: “Reliable and efficient payments are essential for Ghanaian businesses engaged in international trade. Through this collaboration, we aim to assess how new technology can help customers settle legitimate trade payments with suppliers in Asia more smoothly. Customer needs, compliance and risk management will guide the design and testing of the proposed solution as we engage with the relevant regulators and work towards a controlled pilot.”

Expanding Payment Channels to Support Cross-Border Business Payments

RD Technologies is working with Transika, a Ghana-based digital asset infrastructure provider, to explore a cross-border settlement model for business trade payments between Ghana and Asia. The proposed model combines Transika’s local payment capabilities with RD Technologies’ cross-border settlement infrastructure to explore ways to improve the efficiency of trade payment flows. The cooperation also includes jointly assessing the suitability of stablecoins for the proposed model. Any pilot or live transactions remain subject to the required regulatory approvals, applicable conditions and operating arrangements agreed between the parties.

Samuel Orji Nwokocha, Chief Executive Officer of Transika, said: “Businesses trading between Ghana and Asia need reliable payment connections that bridge local and international markets. By combining Transika’s local payment capabilities with RD Technologies’ cross-border settlement infrastructure, we look forward to exploring more efficient ways to support these trade flows. Our cooperation will also assess how stablecoins could fit into this model, guided by businesses’ practical needs and the applicable regulatory requirements.”

Supporting Digital Dollar Instruments and Exploring Institutional Finance Applications

As part of its digital dollar initiatives, RD Technologies will support brand development and the expansion of the application ecosystem for RDUSD, a US dollar stablecoin, adding a digital dollar settlement option to the RD Technologies ecosystem. Under the cooperation and product plans, RDUSD will be issued by Anchorage Digital Bank.N.A., America’s first federally regulated digital asset bank. RDUSD is designed to comply with the regulatory framework under the US GENIUS Act, pegged 1:1 to the US dollar and subject to third-party audits.

Nathan McCauley, CEO and Co-Founder, Anchorage Digital, said: “Stablecoins are the new settlement layer for global business, and the companies building on them want an issuer that is held to a bank’s standard. RD Technologies chose a federally chartered bank to issue RDUSD because dollars held at a US regulated institution are what cross-border payments and treasury teams trust. This is what Stablecoin Issuance is for: RD focuses on its customers and markets, and we take care of issuance, reserves and custody.”

As an integral part of RD Technologies’ cooperation with HashKey On-Chain in institutional finance, RDUSD will be deployed on HSK Chain. Building on this foundation, the two companies will work closely to explore the long-term value of stablecoins in cross-border payments, global treasury management and real-world asset tokenization, advancing their broader use across the real economy and institutional finance, deepening the integration of traditional finance with the on-chain economy, and jointly building the next generation of financial infrastructure.

Rachel Qiu, Head of Business Development at HashKey Group and COO of HashKey On-Chain Business Group, said: “The upcoming deployment of RDUSD on HSK Chain marks the first step in our collaboration. Moving forward, leveraging HashKey On-Chain’s extensive experience in on-chain business, we will partner with RD Technologies to drive the gradual integration of compliant stablecoins into real-world commercial and financial activities, providing institutional users with more comprehensive digital asset services. In areas such as cross-border trade and corporate payments, HashKey On-Chain is well-equipped to provide the requisite technology and application platforms to support efficient, compliant on-chain clearing and settlement, ultimately fostering the growth of the on-chain ecosystem.”

Rooted in Hong Kong, an international trade hub connecting Asia with the rest of the world, RD Technologies will continue building infrastructure that connects traditional finance and digital assets across markets, currencies and client needs. Through banking partnerships, payment channel expansion and the exploration of digital financial tools, the Group will support businesses’ cross-border payments, trade settlement and treasury management.

FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc. (“FFR”) (NASDAQ: FFR), has officially listed on the U.S. stock market as the first pure-play Four-Core Full-Stack AI humanoid and bionic robotics company.FFR sold and shipped 351 devices in October, setting another monthly record. Since the Company began sales and deliveries at the end of February, cumulative sales and shipments have reached 1,168 units, topping 1,000 for the first time, and continuing to deliver at a positive gross margin.FFR and FFAI’s New York regional operations are now up and running and are now officially recruiting business partners. The first phase covers New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, southwestern Connecticut, and eastern Pennsylvania.

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc. (NASDAQ: FFR) (“FFR” or the “Company”), a California-based Embodied AI (EAI) robotics ecosystem company, today shared a weekly business update from YT Jia, Founder and Global CEO of FFR and FF.

YT: Welcome to Weekly Report 79. Jerry and I are recording this week’s report right outside the FFR/FFAI New York and Northeast Regional Office. This is also my first report since becoming CEO of FFR. FFR has officially listed on the U.S. stock market as the first pure-play Four-Core Full-Stack AI humanoid and bionic robotics company.

For me and for the whole team, this is a fresh start. It also brings greater responsibility, mission, and opportunity. The CEO Weekly Report has been a key driver of change at the company for more than a year, and we will keep publishing it every single week. We want to make it a catalyst for the growth of the Physical AI industry and a platform for industry exchange.

Our first piece of good news this week is our October sales results. FFR sold and shipped 351 devices in October, setting another monthly record. Since we began sales and deliveries at the end of February, cumulative sales and shipments have reached 1,168 units, topping 1,000 for the first time, and we continue to deliver at a positive unit gross margin. As the first U.S. company to deliver both humanoid and bionic robots, FFR is turning its first-mover advantage into a competitive lead, and the strengths of our Four-Core Full-Stack AI products and technology are continuing to translate into sales.

Selling more than 350 units in October, and passing 1,000 cumulatively, matters for four reasons.

1. It strengthens the foundation for our full-year guidance. October’s growth was in line with expectations. We currently expect average monthly sales and shipments of more than 400 units in both November and December, which gives us greater confidence in reaching our full-year guidance of approximately 2,000 devices sold and shipped by the acquired robotics business, measured on a standalone basis.

2. Commercialization of our four industry ecosystems is accelerating, with Education leading the way. The Education ecosystem is expanding quickly from Los Angeles into the Bay Area and Silicon Valley. Regional replication is already showing results and lays the groundwork for scaling across the U.S. The Security and Inspection ecosystem has entered the proof-of-concept stage. In Commercial and Services, we are working with customers to refine practical use cases and validate them in real scenarios. In Industrial and Logistics, development continues, building the product and technology capabilities for future volume.

3. It shows that the inflection point for the Physical AI industry is arriving faster.

4. The evolution flywheel of the Four-Core Full-Stack AI ecosystem is beginning to take shape.

The second major development is that the FFR and FFAI’s New York regional operations are now up and running, and we’ve officially begun recruiting business partners. The first phase covers New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, southwestern Connecticut, and eastern Pennsylvania, with three priorities:

1. Around the four industry ecosystems, we are launching regional customer development, channel building, and ecosystem partnerships, step by step building a closed-loop regional business that spans product sales, solution deployment, and operating services. We will also speed up RoboShare’s rollout on the East Coast, to help it grow faster into the robot-sharing platform with the largest fleet and widest variety of robots in North America.

2. We will strengthen investor relations and communicate more directly with the capital markets, continuing to share FFR’s strategy, business progress, and path to value creation, and listening to our stockholders.

3. We will draw on New York’s and the East Coast’s rich government-affairs and public-institution resources to deepen engagement with relevant organizations and create the conditions for FFR to expand and scale faster.

Last week, FFR’s listing closing and first Investor Day were held successfully in New York. Not only did FFR capture Wall Street’s attention, but our robots also turned heads all over New York. On the streets of Manhattan, in the parks, and at the event itself, they drew crowds almost immediately. Well-known U.S. media outlets such as CBS News and the New York Post covered it on location. It reinforced our belief that Physical AI is gradually entering everyday life, and that FFR is leading this transformation.

At FFAI, we will pursue our upgraded strategy of “Robotaxi Sharing Network + AI VisiCabin Operator + Physical AI Investment Holding Company.” Drawing on New York’s capital markets and industry resources, we will pursue investment, business incubation, and holding opportunities across the Physical AI value chain. This will also work in tandem with the Robotaxi business we are preparing in the Los Angeles area, creating coordination between the East and West Coasts.

The New York region will also begin hiring. We welcome people from across the Physical AI industry to join us in driving innovation and growing the ecosystem.

New York has given us more than FFR’s successful listing. It has opened a new chapter. Our goal is to become No. 1 in K–12 robotics education in the U.S. Our next goals are to become No. 1 in robotics education nationwide, achieve a top three companies in the Physical AI robotics industry overall, and become one of the most valuable companies of the Physical AI era.

Jerry: I’m really happy that we’ve completed our listing here in New York, and that our business is now up and running in the New York region too. What I’m really, really looking forward to is seeing FFR’s stock perform well, but even more than that, seeing the business move forward fast. That will reinforce the strong position we’re in today as the first U.S. company to deliver both humanoid and bionic robots, and the outlook ahead of us. Let’s keep our heads down, run the business well, and keep creating value for our stockholders. Thank you!

YT: Thank you, everyone. See you next week!
