This is Wishpond’s second patent application related to SalesCloser’s virtual AI agents.

The enhanced state manager within SalesCloser utilizes conversational AI technology to dynamically adapt to real-time cues, ensuring a seamless flow of dialogue. This capability is particularly critical in industries such as customer service and therapy, where maintaining context and delivering coherent interactions are paramount.
