ConnectM Requests Nasdaq Hearing for Continued Listing

Published

on

MARLBOROUGH, Mass., March 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — ConnectM Technology Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: CNTM) (“ConnectM” or the “Company”), a high-growth technology company on the leading edge of the electrification economy, today announced The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) granted the Company’s request for a hearing before a Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”). At the hearing, the Company will present its plan to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(b)(2)(A) (the “Rule”), which requires a minimum $50,000,000 market value of listed securities (“MVLS”) for continued listing on The Nasdaq Global Market.

Previously, the Company was provided a period of 180 calendar days, or until March 3, 2025, in which to regain compliance with the Rule.  On March 7, 2025, the Company received notice from Nasdaq stating that the Company had not regained compliance with the Rule by the March 3 deadline and that its securities would be delisted from Nasdaq.

However, the Company’s timely hearing request has automatically stayed the suspension of the Company’s securities pending the Panel’s decision. The stay, which allows for the continued trading of the Company’s common stock on Nasdaq, will continue until the Panel issues a final determination regarding the Company’s listing status. The Company intends to continue to take all steps necessary to regain compliance with the Rule.

Spanning summer and autumn across three successive photography tours, the “Picturesque Anhui • Imaging Anhui” 2026 Anhui Photography Season officially wrapped up on November 4. Co-hosted by the Fédération Internationale de l’Art Photographique (FIAP), the Anhui Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, and the Foreign Affairs Office of Anhui Provincial People’s Government, the event drew 116 photographers from 38 countries and regions. They visited 46 distinctive cultural and tourism attractions across five cities: Hefei, Chizhou, Anqing, Huangshan and Xuancheng. Through their lenses, they presented Anhui’s landscapes, cultural heritage and vibrant everyday life to the world.

Looking back on the three sessions: The first session kicked off in Hefei. Photographers documented the city’s innovation-driven urban landscape as well as the picturesque scenery and intangible cultural heritage of Chizhou’s ancient villages. The second session took them deep into Huangshan and Anqing.
