Roger Mears is becoming Executive ChairmanJames Lloyd is appointed as Chief Executive Officer

The appointment of James Lloyd strengthens the leadership team, bringing almost 25 years of experience in the Design, Manufacturing, Product Introduction, Supply Chain and Technology Introduction in the Aerospace, Defence and Energy sectors. Prior to this appointment, James worked for Rolls-Royce and has lived and worked in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Asia-Pacific. He has a Masters in Aeronautical Engineering from Loughborough University (UK) and has won multiple international Engineering awards.
