Reporting directly to Scott Tapp, CEO of Trella Health, David will lead Trella’s technology vision and innovation strategy as the company accelerates its roadmap for scalable, intelligent workflow solutions.

Most recently, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Forcura, a healthcare IT leader focused on post-acute workflow and communication solutions. There, he led strategic development across EHR integrations, business intelligence, and AI, driving innovation and product scalability.

At Trella Health, David will oversee all aspects of the company’s technology strategy, including engineering, infrastructure, and the expansion of data and AI capabilities. He will play a key role in evolving Trella’s platform to support smarter decision-making and operational efficiency across the care continuum.

Prior to his role at Forcura, David held senior leadership positions at Infinicept, Fortress Consulting, and S&P Global. He earned both his Bachelor of Science and MBA in Statistics from Colorado State University, holds a Data Science certificate from Harvard, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from CSU Global. He is also a U.S. Navy Veteran, having served in the nuclear program.

David’s appointment underscores Trella Health’s ongoing commitment to delivering forward-thinking solutions that meet the complex needs of an ever-evolving healthcare system. His arrival further strengthens the company’s executive team as Trella continues to drive innovation and customer success.

With insights from 32,500 travellers across 35 markets globally, including 1,000 from Australia, this year’s research highlights a generational paradox.

While 83% of Australian travellers say that more sustainable travel is important to them, older generations demonstrate greater commitment through concrete actions, despite younger generations often expressing stronger sustainability intentions.
