HelloNation Highlights Growing Talent Network Led by Chris McDonald and Kato Kaelin in Expanding Podcast Initiative

Published

on

ROCHESTER, N.Y., May 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — HelloNation’s emerging podcast and content roster brings recognizable media personalities to a platform built on community-focused journalism.

What happens when a community media platform built on expert-driven journalism decides to expand into podcasting and video with a cast of recognizable names behind the microphone? HelloNation, America’s Good News Network, is finding out, with actor and media personality Chris McDonald leading a growing talent roster that includes Kato Kaelin as the platform moves into new content formats.

The expansion reflects a deliberate strategic decision by HelloNation Owner and CEO Bob Bartosiewicz to extend the platform’s reach beyond its written editorial work without abandoning the community focus and editorial standards that define it. Podcasting and video content offer HelloNation a way to bring its good-news philosophy to audiences who consume media primarily through audio and visual channels, and the talent now joining the platform brings both credibility and reach to that effort.

Chris McDonald, whose career spans decades of film and television work, is at the front of HelloNation’s emerging talent network. His involvement signals the kind of platform HelloNation is building, one that takes its entertainment and media presence as seriously as its journalism. Kato Kaelin, a figure with a long and varied media career of his own, adds further depth to a roster that Bartosiewicz describes as just beginning to take shape.

“When you bring in people like Chris McDonald and Kato Kaelin, you are not just adding names,” Bartosiewicz said. “You are adding voices that audiences already know and trust, and that matters when you are trying to reach new people with a message worth hearing.”

The podcast initiative fits naturally within HelloNation’s broader editorial mission. The platform has always been built around the idea that useful, trustworthy content delivered by credible voices serves communities better than noise and sensationalism. Audio and video formats extend that principle into channels where audiences are spending more of their time, and the talent joining HelloNation brings the kind of presence and personality that those formats reward.

Bartosiewicz has been intentional about how HelloNation approaches its entertainment expansion. The platform is not pivoting away from its community expert model or its edvertising approach. It is adding new dimensions to a media operation that was always designed to grow. The talent network and podcast initiative sit alongside HelloNation’s written editorial work as complementary expressions of the same good-news philosophy.

“The goal is the same whether it is an article by a local attorney or a podcast with Chris McDonald,” Bartosiewicz said. “We want people to walk away better informed and glad they spent the time.”

HelloNation’s institutional partnerships with the U.S. Conference of Mayors and the United States First Responders Association provide a civic foundation that gives the platform’s entertainment expansion a context and credibility that purely commercial media operations lack. The talent joining HelloNation is joining a platform with established civic relationships and a demonstrated commitment to community-focused content.

The platform’s community investment is also visible in its sponsorship activity. HelloNation is the headline sponsor of the Big Shooter Open, a charity golf tournament scheduled for June 15, 2026, at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester. Produced by The Shoot Big Project and SCN Hospitality, the event benefits Golisano Children’s Hospital. The sponsorship reflects the same community values that run through HelloNation’s editorial and entertainment work alike.

Bartosiewicz sees the growing talent network as an important signal about where HelloNation is heading. The platform is building toward a multi-format media presence that serves community audiences across written, audio, and video channels, with a consistent editorial standard and a consistent commitment to good news as a genuine operating principle.

“We are building something that has real range,” Bartosiewicz said. “Good journalism, strong talent, community investment. That combination does not exist anywhere else, and that is exactly the point.”

Creatify Labs launches Boreal-H3, a MiniMax H3 video model post-trained for advertising

Published

Boreal-H3 scores a third higher than its MiniMax H3 base on Creatify’s Ads Quality Index and costs $0.04 per second, about one-twelfth the price of Seedance 2.5.

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Creatify Labs today launched Boreal-H3, an AI video model for ads built by post-training MiniMax H3 in partnership with MiniMax. Creatify trained the model on the work an ad has to do: keep the product from the reference image intact, deliver natural creator performances, and carry out the brief as written. In the company’s evaluation, Boreal-H3 scored 133.3 on its Ads Quality Index, where MiniMax H3 is 100, the highest score among the frontier video models compared. At $0.04 per second at 768p, it costs about 12 times less than Seedance 2.5, which runs at roughly $0.47 per second.

Boreal-H3 is the second model in the Boreal family, following the original Boreal released earlier this month. Where the first Boreal was built for realtime generation at one cent per second, Boreal-H3 targets the details an advertiser checks first: whether the label is readable, whether the packaging keeps its shape, and whether the creator stays the same person from the first frame to the last.

Ad quality as the benchmark

The Ads Quality Index measures how often a model produces a clip that works as an ad. A clip passes only when prompt following, reference consistency and visual realism each score 6 out of 10 or higher, and each model’s pass rate is indexed against MiniMax H3’s. Boreal-H3 scored 133.3, ahead of Omni 1.1 Flash at 122.2, Seedance 2.5 at 118.1 and Wan 3.0 Prime at 111.1.

On reference fidelity, scored at a stricter 7 out of 10 threshold, Boreal-H3 reached 85.3%, ahead of MiniMax H3 at 82.4%, Wan 3.0 Prime at 79.4%, Seedance 2.5 at 71.9% and Omni 1.1 Flash at 70.6%. Creatify’s automated judges were validated against human preferences, and its human studies used anonymized, randomized outputs.

The product stays the product, and the creator stays the creator

Against its MiniMax H3 base, Boreal-H3 raised subject consistency from 83.3% to 94.4%, keeping the product and the creator recognizably the same across a clip. On a set of difficult production briefs, it raised brief completion from 27.8% to 50.0% and cut visible defects from 1.11 to 0.33 per clip, a 70% reduction.

The model is also built for the performance side of a UGC ad. Boreal-H3 handles complex dialogue and multi-avatar conversations, with a focus on clear speech, natural pacing and a creator who can handle the product while speaking. Product demonstrations get the same attention, with cause-and-effect actions such as a vacuum leaving a clean path or a pour that behaves like liquid.

More control over every shot

Boreal-H3 gives creative teams two ways to direct a shot. Keyframe control, in image-to-video, preserves the subject and visual style of an opening frame, with an optional ending frame to set exactly where the shot lands. Multi-reference control, in reference-to-video, combines up to 9 images, 3 videos and 3 audio clips into a single coherent shot. Text-to-video is also supported, and the model follows camera direction with natural transitions between scenes.

Faster and cheaper iteration

Boreal-H3 generates video at 1.1 seconds per video-second at 768p, so a 10-second clip takes about 11 seconds and costs $0.40. In the same comparison, Seedance 2.5 ran at 46.5 seconds per video-second and about $0.47 per second, which makes Boreal-H3 roughly 42 times faster and 12 times cheaper. MiniMax H3 ran at 32.3 seconds per video-second. On a 15-second product demo published on the model page, Boreal-H3 rendered in 84 seconds against 411 seconds for Seedance 2.5.

A post-training loop that learns what to improve next

Creatify details the approach in its technical report, Introducing Boreal-H3: The Next Frontier in Video Is Post-Training. The company built a closed-loop system that improves the model across data, training and inference strategy. Each generated ad is evaluated on five dimensions: brief execution, product integrity, creator identity, realism, and motion and continuity. When the feedback is unreliable, the team revises the evaluator or reward before optimizing the generator, putting measurement quality ahead of training volume.

Creatify notes that the evaluation measures ad quality before launch, and real campaign testing still has to determine which ads convert.

Pricing and availability

Boreal-H3 is available now in Creatify’s Model Playground and through the Creatify API, with text-to-video, image-to-video and reference-to-video modes. Pricing is the same across all three modes: $0.04 per second at 768p, $0.12 per second at 1088p and $0.26 per second at 2K. At 768p, that is half of MiniMax H3’s $0.08 per second list price. More details are on the Boreal-H3 model page.

NEW YORK, Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Fall skincare resets are in full swing, and COSRX is giving shoppers a reason to refresh their routines during Amazon Prime Big Deal Days, October 6–7. For two days, the global derma beauty brand will offer some of its strongest savings of the season across longtime bestsellers and newer formulas spanning Snail Mucin, Peptides, PDRN, Exosomes and Ceramides.

The event also offers an opportunity to replenish some of the brand’s most recognized essentials. The cult-favorite Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence and Advanced Snail 92 All In One Cream will each be 41% off, while The 6 Peptide Skin Booster Serum will be 36% off.

At the same time, the lineup gives shoppers room to go beyond their regular staples and explore newer formulas across some of COSRX’s key skincare categories.

“Prime Big Deal Days is one of those moments when our customers can replenish the COSRX products they already rely on while adding something new to their routines,” said a COSRX spokesperson. “For fall, we’re especially focused on hydration, skin barrier care and Peptide-powered skincare—bringing together proven COSRX favorites with newer formulas that reflect what our community is looking for now.”

The COSRX Products Worth Stocking Up on This Prime Big Deal Days

The Blue Peptide Bakuchiol Plump Glow Serum — 26% Off
As temperatures drop and routines become more hydration-focused, The Blue Peptide Bakuchiol Plump Glow Serum offers an easy way to layer moisture and anti-aging care into the same step. Built on COSRX’s Peptide expertise, the serum pairs Copper Tripeptide-1 with Bakuchiol to target the appearance of elasticity, fine lines and loss of firmness while leaving skin looking hydrated, plump and luminous. Its firming and plumping focus also make it relevant for skin that appears less resilient or more depleted after periods of stress, including changes associated with weight fluctuation. For those looking to anchor their routine with one key healthy-aging product, the serum offers a versatile year-round option that layers easily into more hydration-focused fall and winter routines.PDRN EXOSOME Skinplaning Glaze Mask — 20% Off
The TikTok viral PDRN EXOSOME Skinplaning Glaze Mask combines PDRN with Exosomes in a cream-to-film format designed to boost hydration, firmness and glow. As it dries, the formula turns into a peel-off glaze with a subtle pearlescent sheen, leaving skin looking smoother, plumper and more luminous, even after just one use.The Ceramide Skin Barrier Moisturizer — 30% Off
The transition into colder weather often comes with a shift in skincare priorities and barrier care moves to the top of the list. The Ceramide Skin Barrier Moisturizer combines Ceramides with Panthenol and Hyaluronic acid to help replenish hydration and support the skin barrier, making it an easy seasonal switch for skin that starts to feel drier, tighter or more sensitive as temperatures fall.New COSRX Peptide Sets — Up to 33% Off
Prime Big Deal Days also arrive just as holiday shopping starts to pick up, giving COSRX fans an early opportunity to shop for the brand’s new peptide-focused value sets.
The Glow Boosting Peptide Trio will be available at 33% off, while the Peptide Bounce and Glow Giftset will be 30% off, bringing multiple Peptide skincare products together in value-driven formats suited for gifting—or simply building out a more complete Peptide routine. One Step Original Toner Pads — 30% Off
For shoppers who prefer to tailor their routines to specific skin concerns, COSRX’s One Step Original Toner Pad collection offers four options addressing concerns ranging from pores and texture to hydration, calming and visible firmness. During Prime Big Deal Days, the toner pads will be 30% off, with an additional 10% off when shoppers purchase two or more qualifying toner pads. The mix-and-match promotion allows shoppers to build a routine around different skin needs rather than committing to a single concern.

From replenishing everyday staples to exploring newer formulas built around Peptides, PDRN and barrier-supporting ingredients, COSRX’s Prime Big Deal Days lineup brings together products for a wide range of fall skincare needs. With savings across both established favorites and newer additions, the two-day event offers an opportunity to refresh routines ahead of the colder months—and get an early start on holiday beauty shopping.
