NetVendor Accelerates the Full Vendor Lifecycle with AI Across Sourcing, Bidding, Contracts, and Compliance

Five new AI-driven capabilities reduce manual work and eliminate friction across vendor management — giving property management companies faster execution without compromising vendor governance.

AUSTIN, Texas, June 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — NetVendor, built on 17 years of proptech infrastructure, a network of more than 275,000 vendors, and a team of licensed experts, today announced five new AI-powered enhancements spanning the full vendor lifecycle — previewing the capabilities live at NAA Apartmentalize, Booth #813, June 17-19 in New Orleans. NetVendor is the only platform in real estate where compliance governs every stage, from sourcing and bidding through contracts and work management, configured by ownership structure, not software tier.

Unlike point solutions that apply AI to isolated workflows, NetVendor’s new offerings connect compliance in one governed platform for vendor management. Property management companies across multifamily and commercial gain measurable operational efficiencies without adding tools or manual handoffs. With built-in automations, ready-to-use workflows, and intelligent document processing, NetVendor’s new product enhancements are designed to reduce manual work, speed up execution, and enable smarter decision-making for property management teams.

Expanded capabilities accelerated by AI across the entire vendor lifecycle include:

Contract templates are automatically populated from bid data; no re-entry or delay.AI-generated contract summaries are delivered instantly with critical information.Bulk contract uploads are read, mapped, and flagged by AI in minutes.Vendor searches deliver smarter results with AI best matches and related services.Customizable approval workflows automate the decision-making process.

The new enhancements are detailed further below:

Automated Contract Creation: A streamlined method to extract bid data and automatically populate contract templates leveraging AI/GenAI for data collection and processing.AI-Powered Contract Summaries: A structured synopsis that is automatically generated with every contract upload or creation, delivering instant visibility into key terms, obligations, critical dates and important clauses. Jump directly to what matters, no page-by-page reading required; the information teams need is organized, navigable, and available immediately. Bulk Contract Uploads: A more efficient and scalable way to bulk upload and analyze vendor contracts; AI reads, maps, and flags critical data; populates fields; and classifies documents, providing built-in human validation and approval/rejection workflows. AI-Powered Bidding Search: A smarter and faster search mode, AI uses project details already entered and automatically creates a vendor list of best matches, as well as related services. Preferred vendor lists can be uploaded and marked; and only credentialed, compliant vendors surface as matches.Tier-Based Approval Workflows: A highly configurable process – approval tiers with automated and intelligent routing can be added within Bidding and Contract Management with built-in audit trails.

NetVendor’s approach ensures AI remains a speed and accuracy multiplier with human judgment remaining a critical part of the validation and verification processes. With AI for vendor compliance, NetVendor increases speed, improves accuracy, reduces manual workloads, and helps property management teams easily detect risks by leveraging machine learning, natural language processing, and large language models for specific vendor management use cases in real estate..

“We’ve built the most trusted vendor compliance network in the industry for property management companies,” said Dave Cooper, CEO of NetVendor. “Now, we’re accelerating that powerful platform with AI to work smarter and faster by automating workflows, flagging issues, and surfacing the right vendors when they are needed. This transformation isn’t an upgrade or refresh; it’s a fundamentally different way forward in vendor management.”

NetVendor will be live on the floor at NAA Apartmentalize, Booth #813, June 17-19 in New Orleans. Schedule a meeting in advance here, stop by NetVendor’s booth or reach out to a customer relationship manager to learn more.

onX Cuts Prediction Build Time From Weeks to a Day With Rokt mParticle Agent

With mParticle Agent, onX marketers can now create predictive attributes in a day instead of weeks, accelerating audience creation and making member engagement more relevant.

NEW YORK and MISSOULA, Mont., Nov. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Rokt, the leading ecommerce company using machine learning and AI to make the shopping experience more relevant to each customer, today announced that onX, a navigation app for hunters, is using mParticle Agent to reduce prediction development time, giving its marketing team greater control over audience creation and campaign planning.

With mParticle Agent’s Predictions capabilities, onX marketers can describe the key touchpoint they want to predict in plain language. The agent configures the prediction for review and approval, then makes the resulting predictive attribute available for audience creation. This replaces a lengthy process that previously required coordination with external teams and helps onX deliver more relevant communications based on a predicted lifecycle moment.

“Not long ago, building a prediction meant a standing meeting with an external team and rounds of figuring out where our data lived,” said Myka Arneson, Senior Marketing Technology Manager at onX. “Two weeks was our fastest turnaround, and realistically it was closer to a month. We had zero self-service. mParticle Agent allows our marketers to go from an idea one day to a usable attribute the next, and the agent surfaces things we wouldn’t have thought to look for.”

onX uses Rokt mParticle as its central platform for building audiences. With faster access to predictive attributes, its marketers can move away from broad, high-volume campaigns toward more targeted communications that reflect individual member behavior and interests, reducing unnecessary marketing messages without sacrificing business performance.

“Predictions have historically been a complex, time-consuming process for marketers to plan and put into action,” said Nick Craig, Head of Rokt mParticle GTM. “With mParticle Agent, we’re seeing marketers quickly identify what they want to predict, create a prediction, and activate it in ways that drive meaningful results, all without a technical background. That speed empowers clients to bring new ideas into their strategies and start delivering value almost immediately.”

While much of the industry’s focus on agentic AI has centered on content creation and campaign execution, mParticle Agent brings AI earlier into the marketing process, helping teams translate business objectives into predictive insights and actionable audiences.

mParticle Agent is part of Rokt mParticle, Rokt’s performance customer data platform (CDP) for global enterprises, and serves as the agentic layer of its Performance Engine. Beyond Predictions, marketers can explore available customer data and build audiences using plain-language instructions. All proposed logic is presented for review before being saved, with activation managed through Rokt mParticle’s existing workflows.

Next-generation portable power stations combine intelligent energy management, extended backup power, and compact designs to keep households powered at home and on the go

SEATTLE, Nov. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — EcoFlow, a leading provider of eco-friendly power solutions, announced its new DELTA Gen4 and RIVER Gen4 Series, a new generation of portable power stations designed to deliver longer-lasting power in smaller, lighter designs for home backup, outdoor adventures and everyday use.

The announcement comes ahead of a special event in Miami later today, where EcoFlow will showcase its latest products for the U.S. market—TITAN, DELTA Gen4 and RIVER Gen4.

As extreme weather and prolonged power outages increase demand for flexible backup solutions, households are prioritizing energy resilience and reliability. The new lineup combines intelligent energy management, ultra-low power consumption and compact designs to help consumers get more out of every charge, keeping essential devices powered longer without unnecessary bulk.

DELTA Gen4 Series: Extending Backup Power When It’s Needed Most

Longer-Lasting Power with Best in Class[1] Fridge Runtime and Low Power Consumption

Designed to maximize available energy, both models reduce their own power consumption by up to 70%, drawing just 14W with AC on (no load) and 3W in standby, compared with industry averages[1] of over 20W and 10W, respectively, for up to 3x longer standby time. Best in class Fridge Runtime Boost™ reduces unnecessary energy use between refrigerator cooling cycles, helping keep food cold for 2–3 days during an outage. With Fridge Runtime Boost enabled, DELTA 3800 Gen4 can keep a refrigerator running for up to 70 hours, while DELTA 3000 Gen4 provides up to 58 hours — 17 hours longer than comparable competing products in the industry[1].

The series also introduces industry-first[1] Emergency Power Mode™ in portable power stations, which maintains a small reserve of emergency DC power for critical devices, such as phones and lights, even when the displayed battery level reaches 0%.

For added peace of mind, DELTA Gen4 retains 99% of its battery charge after one year of storage, thanks to automotive-grade LFP cells and a design that minimizes self-discharge, ensuring backup power is ready even after extended storage.

High-Output Power Without the Bulk

DELTA 3800 Gen4 offers 3763Wh of capacity and is expandable up to 12kWh, while DELTA 3000 Gen4 provides 3072Wh in a more compact design. Both models deliver 3600W rated output and 7200W surge power for brief startup demands, enough to power up to 99% of household appliances, including refrigerators, microwaves, induction cooktops and electric heaters. X-Boost technology supports appliances requiring up to 4600W, providing additional power for high-demand essentials.

Both models are the smallest and lightest[1] portable power stations in their respective classes, offering more capacity per pound than similarly sized competing models. DELTA 3800 Gen4 weighs just 67.5 lbs., while DELTA 3000 Gen4 weighs just 57.3 lbs. Both feature dual side handles for easier movement around the home or outdoors.

Fast, Flexible Charging and Smarter Storm Preparedness

DELTA Gen4 offers multiple ways to recharge at home, on the road or off-grid. DELTA 3000 Gen4 supports four charging methods (AC, generator, solar and alternator charging car) and reaches a full charge via AC in under two hours, while DELTA 3800 Gen4 supports six charging methods (AC, generator, solar, alternator charging, solar + alternator charging and solar + generator) and reaches a full charge via AC in under 2.5 hours.

For added outage preparedness, Storm Guard Mode 2.0 integrates professional weather data from the National Weather Service in the U.S. to help users prepare their power stations ahead of severe weather and potential outages. A 10ms UPS switchover helps keep connected electronics running when grid power is interrupted, providing an additional layer of protection during unexpected outages.

RIVER Gen4 Series: Compact, Versatile Power for Home and On the Go

Ultra-Compact Power

The new RIVER Gen4 Series features the RIVER 260 Gen4 and RIVER 520 Gen4. It’s built with EcoFlow’s proprietary stacking technology. The series delivers reliable power in ultra-compact designs for camping, outdoor adventures, everyday use and essential home backup. Weighing just over 6 lbs., RIVER 260 Gen4 delivers 256Wh of capacity and 300W output in a design that is 32% smaller than the industry average, while RIVER 520 Gen4 packs 512Wh of capacity and 500W output into a 10-lb. design that is 54% smaller than the industry average[1]. Both feature removable carrying straps for easy portability.

Smarter, Longer-Lasting Power

Designed to make stored power last longer, RIVER Gen4 uses intelligent power management to minimize unnecessary battery drain, drawing just 6.6W with AC on and 1W in standby. Both models support four charging methods (AC, USB-C, solar and alternator), recharging from 0–80% in as little as 42 minutes for RIVER 260 Gen4 and 50 minutes for RIVER 520 Gen4. Multiple AC and USB ports, including 140W bidirectional USB-C, allow users to power several devices at once, from laptops to photography equipment. For added peace of mind, Emergency Power Mode reserves energy for essential phone charging even when the displayed battery level reaches 0%, while UPS functionality with a switchover time of fewer than 10ms helps keep connected electronics running during unexpected outages.

Availability, Pricing and Black Friday Offers

The DELTA Gen4 Series is now available on the EcoFlow website with early-bird pricing at $1,299 for DELTA 3000 Gen4 and $1,699 for DELTA 3800 Gen4. The RIVER Gen4 Series will be available for pre-sale beginning November 24.

EcoFlow is kicking off its Black Friday sale from November 2 through December 7, offering trusted backup when it matters most with up to 58% off select home backup and portable power solutions. From compact power stations to high-capacity home backup systems, customers have multiple options to prepare for winter storms and unexpected outages.

[1] Comparative claims are based on EcoFlow’s internal research and testing of comparable portable power stations available in the U.S. market as of August, 2026. Comparisons are based on relevant product categories, specifications, and test conditions, as applicable. Actual performance may vary.
