The limited edition “Cherry on Top” bundle marks Kelsey Martinez’s first beauty tool partnership, available now on Beachwaver.com and TikTok Shop.

NEW YORK, June 12, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — The Beachwaver Co.® is celebrating creator-led beauty, community and confidence with the launch of its limited edition “Cherry on Top” collaboration with lifestyle and beauty creator Kelsey Martinez, marking Martinez’s first ever beauty tool partnership.

As The Beachwaver Co.® continues to evolve, we are placing even greater emphasis on creator-led storytelling and meaningful digital connections

The award-winning, independent, women-owned hair tools and haircare brand is joining forces with Martinez on the Beachwaver Co. x Kelsey Martinez Limited Edition Bundle, a cherry-inspired collection designed to bring the excitement of a creator PR package directly to consumers. Now available on Beachwaver.com and TikTok Shop, the bundle transforms the highly visual influencer unboxing experience into a shoppable beauty moment, giving customers access to the kind of curated PR package they typically see creators receive online. In addition to the limited edition bundle, select items from the collection will also be available to purchase as individual SKUs, allowing customers to shop the launch in a way that works best for them.

The collaboration reflects The Beachwaver Co.’s continued focus on creator-led storytelling, community-driven commerce and authentic digital connection. Martinez has been a longtime The Beachwaver Co.® customer and organic supporter, consistently sharing The Beachwaver Co.® hair tutorials and styling content with her audience since 2023. The partnership first began taking shape in 2024 after Martinez emerged as one of The Beachwaver Co.®’s top creators on TikTok Shop.

That same year, The Beachwaver Co.® invited Martinez to New York City, where her content was featured on a Times Square billboard, marking a key milestone in her organic relationship with the brand. During the visit, The Beachwaver Co.® initiated conversations around a limited edition product collaboration, evolving the partnership into a true customer-to-creator-to-collaborator story.

“As The Beachwaver Co.® continues to evolve, we are placing even greater emphasis on creator-led storytelling and meaningful digital connections,” says Sarah Potempa, celebrity hairstylist, inventor and co-founder of The Beachwaver Co.® “Kelsey has been such an authentic part of The Beachwaver Co.® community and this collaboration felt like a natural next step. She represents so much of what we believe in: confidence, creativity, kindness and the power of women showing up for themselves and each other. We are so excited to bring her vision to life in a way that makes our community feel part of the moment.”

Inspired by Martinez’s love of femininity, friendship, confidence and connection, “Cherry on Top” was created as a playful reminder of the small routines and finishing touches that help women feel like themselves again. For Martinez, the cherry motif felt bright, bold and impossible not to notice, while also symbolizing close bonds and the feeling of having a “built-in best friend” cheering you on through every version of yourself.

“The Beachwaver Co.® was part of my life long before this collaboration happened,” says Kelsey Martinez. “As a busy mom with long hair, I originally fell in love with The Beachwaver Co.® because of how quickly I could do my hair and feel more confident walking out the door. To me, ‘Cherry on Top’ represents that finishing touch: the extra sparkle, the confidence boost and the little moments that make life feel sweeter. Curling your hair in the morning might seem simple, but sometimes those routines become moments where you reconnect with yourself, romanticize your life a little and remember that it’s okay to take up space, be bold and stand out. I wanted this collection to feel fun, flirty, feminine and empowering all at once.”

The Beachwaver Co.® x Kelsey Martinez Limited Edition Bundle will retail for $199, with a total retail value of $450, and includes a curated mix of Beachwaver styling essentials, cherry-themed accessories, beauty add-ons and exclusive collab merch, including an exclusive cherry design Beachwaver B1.25, full-size Braid Balm, full-size Team Texture, travel-size Great Barrier, travel-size Second Chance, Bondi Beach Day Body Butter, Tarte Cherry Lipstick, cherry hair clips, scrunchies, socks, tote, makeup bag, keychain, stickers and more.

Ahead of the public launch, The Beachwaver Co.® hosted an exclusive preview event at its Brooklyn office and content studio, inviting media, creators and VIP guests to experience the collection first-hand. The event brought the cherry inspired collaboration to life through signature sips, styling moments, exclusive first access and immersive content opportunities designed to celebrate the launch’s playful, community first spirit.

At its core, the collaboration is a celebration of the creators, customers and supporters who have helped champion the brand. By making the PR package shoppable, The Beachwaver Co.® is blurring the line between creator and customer, transforming the launch from simply buying a product into feeling part of a shared beauty moment.

The launch will be supported across Beachwaver.com, TikTok Shop and social media with product reveals, hair tutorials, styling content, behind-the-scenes storytelling and creator driven moments that invite consumers into the collaboration experience.

Shop The Beachwaver Co.® x Kelsey Martinez “Cherry on Top” Limited Edition Bundle exclusively at Beachwaver.com and TikTok Shop.

Scholarship America Marks 25th Anniversary of 9/11 by Honoring Its Support for the Families of Freedom Scholarship Fund

Published

NEW YORK, Sept. 11, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Scholarship America today marks the 25th anniversary of the Families of Freedom Scholarship Fund, which it established and has administered since the fund’s founding in the direct aftermath of the September 11th attacks.

On September 11, 2001, the unthinkable happened, and the nation was forever changed. Thousands of children, including those of Ground Zero first responders, lost a parent or watched one become permanently disabled. In response, Scholarship America helped establish the Families of Freedom Fund to protect the dreams of these students, which it has proudly administered for more than two decades.

In the years since, the Fund’s scope has expanded to include the children of rescue and rebuilding workers who developed long-term and chronic illnesses tied to their service, nearly doubling the number of students eligible for support. Meeting that growing need has required an equally significant response: more than 20,000 individuals, corporations, foundations, and organizations – including longtime supporters Citi and Strada Education Foundation – have contributed to the Fund, helping award $193 million to 3,877 students who lost a parent or had one permanently disabled as a result of the September 11th attacks and the recovery efforts that followed.

“From the moment the horrific attacks unfolded, we knew the impact would echo across generations,” said Brandee McHale, Head of Community Investing and Development at Citi and President of the Citi Foundation. “We are proud of the work we did with organizations across the country to create this Fund, making a lasting commitment to support the educational needs of the children of victims.”

The Fund’s commitment will carry through 2030, when its youngest beneficiaries complete their undergraduate education.

“Twenty-five years later, we still remember how this Fund began—born out of one of the worst days in our nation’s history in an effort to ensure that these victims’ children wouldn’t lose their futures along with their loved ones,” said Mike Nylund, President and CEO of Scholarship America. “A promise was made to these students, and Scholarship America has been honored to help keep it for the past twenty-five years. Watching them graduate, build careers, and give back to their own communities has been one of the great privileges of this organization’s history.  On behalf of every student this Fund has supported, I am incredibly grateful for the generosity that made it possible.”

About Scholarship America

Since 1958, Scholarship America has been committed to breaking down financial barriers to higher education, turning the generosity of donors into life-changing opportunities for students across the country. To date, the organization has distributed more than $6 billion in scholarships to over 3.5 million students, making it the nation’s leading nonprofit scholarship administrator. Scholarship America also partners with individuals, foundations, small businesses, and nearly half of today’s Fortune 500 companies to deliver end-to-end scholarship program management for students pursuing degrees and certifications at technical, vocational, and two- and four-year colleges and universities.
