Milestone marks a significant step toward full FedRAMP Authorization and signals Clearview AI’s commitment to meeting the federal government’s most rigorous cloud security standards

ARLINGTON, Va., July 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Clearview AI today announced that Clearview GovCloud, its dedicated government cloud platform, has achieved a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP®) “In Process” designation at the High impact level. The platform is now listed on the FedRAMP Marketplace. Clearview AI anticipates full FedRAMP Authorization in Q1 2027.

The designation positions Clearview GovCloud to serve federal law enforcement, national security, and defense agencies that require the highest levels of cloud security assurance. Clearview AI’s platform draws on a database of 70+ billion publicly available images to help investigators identify unknown individuals in support of counterterrorism, criminal investigations, disaster relief, and national security missions. Every search is logged with a complete, permanent audit trail, and access is restricted to authorized government personnel.

“Federal agencies operate in environments where the stakes are as high as they get, and the security standards they require reflect that,” said Amos Kyler, CEO of Clearview AI. “Achieving FedRAMP High ‘In Process’ status is a direct reflection of the investments we have made in the controls, governance, and infrastructure that mission-critical government work demands. “

Clearview AI has built its compliance infrastructure around the requirements of government customers. The company holds SOC 2 Type II certification, has earned TX-RAMP certification, and has aligned its platform with the Government Accountability Office’s AI Accountability Framework across all four principles: Governance, Data, Performance, and Monitoring. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has tested Clearview AI’s facial recognition system for accuracy across demographic groups. FedRAMP High authorization, anticipated for Q1 2027, will add a further layer of independent validation for federal procurement officers, CIOs, and CISOs evaluating the platform for sensitive government use cases.

Zide Opens Public Beta of Its Native AI Development Workspace — Code, Git, Issues, and CI in One App

Native desktop application brings the full development workflow — projects, git, issues, pull requests, CI, terminals, and AI agents — into one native workspace

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Zide today announced its public beta at zide.dev, a native desktop workspace that brings code, git, issues, pull requests, CI, terminals, and agentic AI into a single application. Instead of stitching together an editor, a git client, an issue tracker, and separate AI chat windows, developers get one workflow-aware environment built for the way AI-assisted development actually happens.

As AI agents take on more of the day-to-day work of writing and refactoring code, the surrounding tools have not kept pace. Most AI coding products are still built around a single surface, typically an editor, and understand only that one part of the workflow. The issue tracker, the git history, the pull request, and the CI run all live somewhere else, each with their own AI system with its own context.

Zide takes a different approach: a native desktop application where projects, issues, git, pull requests, CI, terminals, and our Zide Assist AI agent share the same workspace and context. Zide works with GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket, and is AI platform-agnostic by design, so teams are not locked into one repository host or one model provider.

“Developers shouldn’t have to re-explain themselves to a new AI agent every time they switch apps,” said Jim Bourke, Founder of Zide. “We built Zide because the real work of AI-assisted development isn’t writing code, it’s managing the entire workflow around it: reviewing, guiding, testing, deciding what ships.”

What Zide offers
Agentic AI in context. Zide Assist works directly with projects, files, git, and terminals, reading files, proposing changes as reviewable diffs, and running commands with awareness of the active repository.

AI platform-agnostic by design. Developers are not locked in to Zide’s branded models.  Zide Assist works across supported model providers, including Claude, Codex, and Gemini, so developers can choose the right model for the task instead of being locked into one AI company’s roadmap.

One workspace, the whole workflow. Issues, git, diffs, pull requests, CI runs, and terminals are brought together in a tabbed, splittable interface, so developers can move from issue to implementation to pull request without leaving the app.  Zide makes agentic worktree-based development a cinch.

Works with major repository hosts. Zide supports GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket, so teams aren’t forced onto a single provider to get an integrated workflow.

A native desktop application. Built with Tauri and Rust rather than as a browser-based wrapper, Zide is designed to be fast and responsive for developers working across large, multi-repository codebases.

Pricing and availability
Zide enters public beta on Monday, August 24, 2026, and is available to download for macOS, Windows, and Linux from Zide.

Free plan. Zide is free to download and use, with full access to public repositories and no subscription required.

Paid plans. Paid plans start at $10 per month for Solo, which adds unlimited private repositories, DevOps across GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket, and monthly Zide Assist credits. Standard, at $20 per month, opens access to every model in the catalog and lets developers bring their own API keys or run local models. Learn more about full plan details.

As a public beta, Zide will continue to evolve, and early users will directly help shape what comes next. Downloads, documentation, plan details, and information about submitting feedback are available at zide.dev.

About Zide

Founded by veteran software architect and flight-simulation developer Jim Bourke, the company builds tools that support developer autonomy, workflow-aware development, and the evolving relationship between human engineers and AI agents.

Leadership Expansion Marks a Major Milestone in JINLAW’s Mission to Unite Professionals, Foster Leadership, Combat Antisemitism and All Forms of Hatred

NEW YORK, Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — The Jewish American Insurance & Legal Professionals Association (JINLAW) announced the launch of its first local chapter in New York City, along with the formation of its National Young Professionals Group, marking a significant step in the organization’s continued national growth and commitment to empowering professionals across the legal and insurance industries.

New York is home to an extraordinary community of legal and insurance professionals, and I look forward to creating opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, education, and community service while strengthening the bonds that unite us. JINLAW’s mission is deeply personal to me. – Shannon Saks

The inaugural New York City Chapter will be led by Shannon Saks, Esq., of Cozen O’Connor, and Donna Carotenuto of Magna Legal Services, who will serve as the chapter’s founding leaders. Their leadership will help establish a vibrant community dedicated to professional networking, education, mentorship, community engagement, and advocacy.

In addition, Jocelyn Gold of Sompo International will lead JINLAW’s National Young Professionals Group. The initiative will focus on engaging the next generation of legal and insurance professionals through mentorship, networking opportunities, leadership development, and membership recruitment.

“This is an exciting milestone for JINLAW,” said Peter Hecht, President and Founder of JINLAW. “The launch of our first local chapter demonstrates that our mission is resonating with professionals who want to build meaningful relationships and stand together in the face of rising antisemitism and all forms of hatred. Shannon and Donna are exceptional leaders whose passion and commitment will make the New York City Chapter a model for future chapters across the country. We are equally thrilled to have Jocelyn leading our Young Professionals initiative, ensuring that the next generation has a strong voice and a welcoming place within JINLAW.” Glen Bronstein, Chairman and Founder of JINLAW, emphasized the importance of local leadership in building a lasting national organization.

“Strong organizations are built one community at a time,” Bronstein said. “Launching our first chapter is more than organizational growth, it’s about creating lasting connections among professionals who share common values of integrity, service, leadership, and support for the Jewish community. As we expand into cities across the country, our local chapters will become the foundation of JINLAW’s long-term impact.”

Shannon L. Saks, Esq., Co-Chair of the New York City Chapter, expressed her enthusiasm for the opportunity to help shape the organization’s future. “I am honored to help launch JINLAW’s first local chapter in New York City,” Saks said. “New York is home to an extraordinary community of legal and insurance professionals, and I look forward to creating opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, education, and community service while strengthening the bonds that unite us. JINLAW’s mission is deeply personal to me. As the granddaughter of four Holocaust survivors, I have grown up understanding the devastating consequences of antisemitism, intolerance, and hatred left unchecked. At a time when antisemitism continues to rise, it is more important than ever that we come together not only to support the Jewish community, but to stand united against hatred in all its forms. The fight against antisemitism is part of a larger commitment to confronting prejudice wherever it exists and building alliances across communities. Through education, advocacy, mentorship, and meaningful dialogue, we can foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and understanding while building stronger professional and personal connections.

Donna Carotenuto, Co-Chair of the New York City Chapter, said she sees tremendous opportunity for the organization to make a meaningful impact. “JINLAW offers something truly unique by bringing together professionals from both the legal and insurance industries through a shared commitment to excellence, community, and leadership,” Carotenuto said. “I am excited to help build a chapter that provides value to our members while supporting JINLAW’s mission of combating antisemitism and all forms of hatred.”

The launch of the New York City Chapter represents the first of several planned local chapters that will extend JINLAW’s reach throughout the United States. These chapters will serve as centers for professional development, networking, mentorship, community service, and civic engagement while advancing the organization’s mission to unite legal and insurance professionals.

The National Young Professionals Group will complement these efforts by fostering leadership opportunities for students and early-career professionals, helping to build a strong pipeline of future industry leaders and active JINLAW members.

LG’s Newest UltraGear Monitor Brings Tournament-Ready Speed, Clarity and Control to Every Competitive Gamer’s Setup

News Summary:

LG Electronics announced U.S. availability for its new LG UltraGear model (25G590B), the world’s first FHD gaming monitor1 with a native 1000Hz refresh rate2 at LG.com.The 25-inch display is commonly adopted in esports3, helping players track action rapidly, while ergonomic adjustments and compact design elements round out its competitive-ready build.Customers who pre-order by August 31, 2026, can receive two years of LG Premium Care for $1 and earn 5% back in MyLG Rewards.

ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J., Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — LG Electronics (LG) today announced U.S. availability for its latest UltraGear™ gaming monitor (model 25G590B), priced at $999.99. As the world’s first Full HD (FHD / 1,920 x 1,080) gaming monitor with a native 1000Hz refresh rate2, the new UltraGear model delivers the speed, clarity and consistency needed for competitive gaming.

To celebrate its launch, customers who pre-order by August 31, 2026, can receive two years of LG Premium Care for $1 and earn 5% back in MyLG Rewards.

Built with fast-paced first-person shooter (FPS) titles in mind, the 25G590B features a 25-inch display size widely favored in esports, allowing players to track opponents and scan the in-game environment efficiently to support faster reaction times and sharper tactical decision-making. An integrated FPS Counter adds another layer of performance visibility, giving players real-time data on how smoothly every frame is loading, whether they’re deep in competitive play, editing content or watching a movie.

World’s First Native 1000Hz at 1080p Monitor for Enhanced Motion Clarity
The new LG UltraGear gaming monitor sets a new benchmark for competitive play, pairing a native 1000Hz refresh rate with 1080p resolution to deliver the smoothness, motion clarity and responsiveness today’s gamers demand. As the first available monitor to achieve native 1000Hz at FHD resolution right out of the box1, unlike dual-mode monitors that require toggling settings to unlock peak refresh rates, it moves the technology beyond prototype-level demonstrations and lets tournament contenders train and compete under the same consistent conditions every time. The monitor’s Dynamic Action Sync technology further minimizes input lag for faster reactions, with performance that shines brightest in FPS games where accurate aiming and near-instantaneous visual confirmation are key to victory.

The new UltraGear gaming monitor also takes motion clarity to the next level with Motion Blur Reduction Pro, LG’s advanced technology built to give players less blur and more control during fast-paced gameplay. By making moving objects appear sharper and easier to track, MBR Pro5 helps players follow rapid lateral movement with greater ease, lock onto targets with improved precision and stay focused through the most intense moments of competitive esports play. The monitor further supports fluid, virtually tear-free performance with NVIDIA® G-SYNC® Compatible and AMD FreeSync™ Premium, ensuring smooth, low-latency gameplay at high refresh rates so every frame stays sharp. Paired with an advanced IPS panel and low-reflection film, the monitor further elevates gaming immersion, offering exceptional color consistency and heightened visibility while drastically reducing glare.

25-Inch Display for Esports and Competitive Gaming
The 25G590B centers its design around a 25-inch FHD display, a size that has become a gold standard among competitive gamers, letting players take in the entire screen without shifting their gaze and keeping every enemy, icon and cue within easy reach when reflexes matter most. That same attention to detail carries through to the monitor’s physical build, with a sleek, minimalist stand that gives the setup a clean look while taking up very little desk space, leaving players free to move their mouse without obstruction.

Calibration markings etched into the stand allow for quick, repeatable adjustments to height, swivel and tilt, so a favorite setup can be recreated in seconds. Smaller design choices round out the experience, including a built-in hook for neatly storing headsets within arm’s reach and the glow of the UltraGear Emblem lighting, which brings a customizable ambient touch that nods to the brand’s signature aesthetic.

AI-Powered Features for More Immersive, Focused Gameplay
The 25G590B goes beyond raw speed with on-device gaming AI features designed to sharpen both immersion and usability. AI Scene Optimization brings added realism and depth to every scene, intelligently adjusting picture settings, while AI Sound delivers a more authentic spatial audio experience along with clearer in-game communications when paired with a compatible headset. Together, these intelligent capabilities work in step with the monitor’s ultra-fast performance, rounding out an ideal platform built for competitive gaming.

1 Based on published specifications of the gaming monitor segment as of May 2026.
2 Performance based on internal testing. Maximum refresh rate of up to 1000Hz (1100Hz O/C) requires Windows 11 operating system, NVIDIA RTX 50 series, or AMD Radeon™ RX 9070, 9060 or 7900, series (or newer) and connection via DisplayPort 2.1. Actual 1000Hz performance may be affected by various external factors, including PC specifications (CPU, GPU, memory), game-specific frame rate limitations, operating system version, and graphics driver version. Overclocked 1100HZ operation may limit Adaptive-Sync functionality, as AMD FreeSync™ Premium is not supported and NVIDIA G-SYNC® compatibility is only certified at 1000Hz.
3 Based on expert insights from RTINGS and Screen Size Checker.
4 AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility are disabled when MBR Pro is enabled.
