Zenoti Launches Predictive Intelligence – The Next Generation of AI for Beauty and Wellness

Published

on

The next evolution of Zenoti’s AI workforce predicts guest churn, optimizes staffing, and forecasts inventory, giving operators across 30,000+ businesses the power to act before problems arise.

SEATTLE, Aug. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Zenoti, the leading AI-powered platform for beauty and wellness businesses, today announced Predictive Intelligence, a suite of AI agents that move software beyond reporting what happened toward forecasting what’s coming – and helping operators act before it costs the business. The shift reflects a broader trend about where the industry is heading: as data becomes connected and decision-ready, the advantage moves from those who react fastest to those who anticipate best.

For decades, this industry has run on hindsight. Managers noticed a valued guest had disappeared only after months of silence. They built next week’s schedule from last year’s averages. Simple inventory replenishment led to over- or under-stocking because it didn’t consider seasonality and appointment behavior. Zenoti Predictive Intelligence closes that gap between what happened and what’s about to happen – and, in doing so, reframes how a business can be run.

“Prediction is only as good as the data it’s built on, and for a long time this industry hasn’t lacked software so much as it has lacked connected, decision-ready data,” said Sudheer Koneru, CEO at Zenoti. “That’s the problem we set out to solve. When a business can see what’s coming, the underlying logic of how it operates changes – from reacting to anticipating. We believe that shift, more than any single feature, is what will separate the operators who thrive over the next decade.”

Three predictive agents, one purpose

Predictive Intelligence takes shape as three agents – Retention Risk, Staffing, and Inventory – each move a core operation from reactive to proactive.

Guest retention – Retain high-value guests before they disappear. The Retention Risk agent reads each guest’s own history to catch the signals a busy front desk misses – falling visit frequency, rising cancellations, declining spend, a frustrated tone in calls – and surfaces the risk on the guest profile in time to trigger proactive outreach and save the relationship.

Staffing – Match labor to real demand. The Staffing agent replaces schedules built on last year’s averages with forward-looking forecasts, reading the business’s own demand – booking velocity, service-specific trends by time block, provider utilization, waitlist pressure, and seasonal patterns – while respecting real-world constraints like staff skills and availability.

Inventory – Forecast demand and protect margins. The Inventory agent forecasts from real consumption patterns – products used per service, upcoming bookings, seasonal demand, and vendor lead times – telling operators when to reorder and in what quantity, so they avoid stockouts, cut write-offs, and free capital tied up in excess stock.

What makes the predictions good: connected data at industry scale

An agent is only as good as the data beneath it, and useful prediction depends on two things that rarely exist together: depth of data about a single business, and breadth of data across many.

On depth, Zenoti already unifies the data that runs a business – appointments and bookings, payments and transactions, inventory consumption, marketing, memberships and renewals, employee performance, guest profiles, and full-service history. Conversational intelligence adds another layer, capturing every phone call, message, inquiry, complaint, and compliment as data the system can learn from. Because these interactions connect rather than sit in silos, each business holds a continuous, connected picture of itself – and forecasts can be tuned to its guests, its seasons, and its patterns.

On breadth, that business-specific intelligence is read against patterns learned across the wider industry: 30,000 businesses and billions of appointments, transactions, and guest interactions. It means a single location’s own signals are interpreted with the context of tens of thousands of peers, so even an unfamiliar pattern can be understood early. The business’s own data leads the prediction; the industry’s scale makes it sharper. No other platform in the beauty and wellness sector can match this depth or breadth of training data, giving the predictive agents the deepest authenticity.

The result is intelligence that flows across every module to inform decisions, rather than data that simply populates dashboards.

What businesses are saying

“We’re not overordering or overspending anymore, so we can be smarter with our budget. The inventory manager predicts what we’ll need from our own trends and lets us order across every location in a few steps – it’s helping us work smarter, not harder.”
 – Mia Crawford – Director of Retail Operations at Viva Day Spa

From hindsight to foresight

Predictive Intelligence points to a longer shift underway in the industry. The next generation of beauty and wellness leaders is less likely to be defined by how well they react to problems than by how many problems they see coming and quietly avoid.

“We think the defining divide of the next decade will be between operators who run on foresight and those still running on hindsight,” said Anand Arvind, CPTO at Zenoti. “Our aim with Predictive Intelligence is to put that foresight within reach of every operator, not only the largest ones. And it compounds – with each interaction the models learn a little more, and the predictions get a little sharper.”

Radware positioned as a Leader in the SPARK Matrix™: API Security, 2026 by QKS Group

The QKS Group SPARK Matrix™ provides competitive analysis & ranking of the leading API Security vendors.Radware, with its comprehensive platform, has received strong ratings across technology excellence and customer impact.

PUNE, India, Aug. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — QKS Group announced today that it has named Radware, a global leader in AI and application security and delivery solutions for multi-cloud environments, as a leader in the SPARK Matrix™: API Security, 2026.

Lokesh Biswal, Analyst at QKS Group, states, “Radware stands out in API security by combining continuous discovery, contextual testing, runtime posture management, and active mitigation in a single platform, which gives buyers more than just visibility into their attack surface. Its strongest value is the ability to detect and block business logic abuse and API-layer DDoS in real time, making it well suited for enterprises that need deep protection across complex, hybrid environments.”

QKS Group defines API Security as a set of tools, platforms, and practices that protect application programming interfaces across their full lifecycle from design and development through testing, deployment, and runtime operation by discovering all API assets, enforcing authentication and authorization controls, detecting and blocking malicious traffic, assessing posture against security policies, and integrating protection into DevSecOps workflows. API security platforms defend against OWASP API Top 10 threats, bot-driven abuse, credential stuffing, business logic exploitation, injection attacks, and sensitive data exposure across REST, GraphQL, gRPC, WebSocket, and other API protocols through a combination of behavioral analytics, machine learning-based anomaly detection, schema enforcement, and automated response capabilities operating across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

Radware differentiates itself in API Security by combining continuous API discovery, testing, runtime posture management, and real-time attack mitigation on one connected platform. Unlike vendors that stop at inventory or analysis, Radware is built to identify exposed APIs from live traffic, map business logic, and block malicious activity in production as it happens. And unlike typical API security tools that focus mainly on discovery or retrospective posture findings, Radware also brings runtime risk assessment, behavioral AI-based API-layer DDoS protection, bot/ATO defense, schema enforcement, and threat correlation into the same operating model. That makes it a strong fit for enterprises that want to secure APIs as part of a broader application protection stack, especially in hybrid or architecture-sensitive environments.

The QKS Group SPARK Matrix™ includes a detailed analysis of the global market dynamics, major trends, vendor landscape, and competitive positioning. The study also provides a competitive analysis and ranking of the API Security, 2026 providers in the form of the SPARK Matrix™. The study also provides strategic information for users to evaluate different vendor capabilities, competitive differentiation, and market positions.

“Organizations demand API security solutions that go beyond discovery to stop attacks in real time,” said Connie Stack, Chief Growth Officer at Radware. “We believe QKS Group’s recognition validates our approach to helping customers discover, protect, and manage APIs through a unified platform that is designed to deliver comprehensive security across modern application environments.”

Wipfli Report: Tribal Gaming Revenue Up, Profits Tightened by Rising Costs

Annual study of 113 tribal casinos across 18 states finds strong revenue growth, healthy balance sheets and continued pressure from operating expenses

MILWAUKEE, Aug. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Tribal casinos generated strong revenue growth in 2025, with average casino revenue increasing by $14 million, or 16%, year over year. However, rising operating costs and ongoing inflationary pressures limited profitability gains, according to Wipfli’s 28th Annual Indian Gaming Cost of Doing Business Report.

Based on survey responses from 113 tribal casinos across 18 states, the report found that average operating expense margins increased from 73.59% to 74.50% of revenue, contributing to a decline in average net profit margins from 26.12% to 24.50%.

Despite margin compression, tribal gaming operations continued to outperform many sectors of the hospitality and entertainment industry. The report found that approximately 25 cents of every revenue dollar remains available to support tribal government programs, community services, infrastructure investments and economic development initiatives.

“Tribal gaming remains one of the strongest-performing sectors in hospitality and entertainment, but operators are facing a different challenge than they were a few years ago,” said Grant Eve, partner and leader of Wipfli’s tribal gaming practice. “Customer demand remains strong, yet rising costs continue to pressure margins. The operators that will thrive in the years ahead are those that actively manage expenses, invest strategically and protect the competitive advantages that have made tribal gaming so successful.”

The report identified several key trends shaping tribal gaming performance:

Gaming revenue continued to grow, driven by strong customer demand and slot machine performance.Operating costs increased, putting pressure on profitability despite higher revenues.Performance gaps widened between urban and rural properties and among top-performing casinos.Marketing investments became more efficient, aided by data analytics and emerging AI capabilities.Balance sheets remained healthy, allowing many tribal casinos to continue reinvesting in their operations and communities.

The report also highlights several issues expected to influence the future of tribal gaming, including unregulated prediction markets, pressure on discretionary spending, strategic capital reinvestment decisions and the ongoing importance of balancing technology investments with high-touch guest experiences.

“Technology can help improve efficiency, but tribal gaming is fundamentally a people business,” Eve said. “The most successful properties are finding ways to automate routine tasks while preserving the personal interactions that create memorable guest experiences and long-term customer loyalty.”

The report concludes that the tribal gaming industry remains fundamentally strong, supported by loyal customer bases, healthy balance sheets and ongoing consumer demand. Properties that successfully manage expense growth, optimize gaming operations, defend compact exclusivity and make targeted investments in guest experiences are expected to continue generating strong returns for their tribal nations.
