Sungrow Delivers Intelligent Multi-Building Solar Solution for Kempsey Aged Care Facility

Published

on

By

NEW SOUTH WALES, Australia, Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — As Australia’s aged care sector continues to focus on delivering high-quality services while managing rising operational challenges, sustainable and reliable energy solutions are becoming increasingly important. Sungrow, a globally leading PV inverter and energy storage system supplier, has partnered with MNC Solar Power to deliver an intelligent multi-building solar solution for Vincent Court Aged Care in Kempsey, NSW. The 244 kW solar installation is helping the facility reduce electricity costs, improve energy visibility, and strengthen operational resilience while supporting its commitment to providing high-quality care for residents.

Vincent Court is an 86‑bed aged care facility in Kempsey, one of the Mid‑North Coast’s most respected aged care facilities, with commercial kitchens, hot water systems, air conditioning, and essential services around the clock. With the kitchen being the largest energy consumer, powering combination ovens, dishwashers, and daily meal preparation, the facility sought to replace the old ineffective inverter system with a smarter and more reliable energy solution.

The installation features eight Sungrow PV inverters, five SG30CX 30‑kW units and three SG20RT 20‑kW units, all supported by six dataloggers configured in a master‑slave architecture. The new Sungrow inverters deliver clarity, control, and confidence, enabling Vincent Court to visualize generation, consumption, and grid exports through a single intelligent platform.

“The Sungrow system is going to make a significant difference to our energy management and operating costs. We can now clearly see how much energy we are generating and consuming across all buildings. The savings will allow us to invest more resources into supporting our residents.” said Craig Baker, Maintenance Officer, Vincent Court.

The Sungrow inverters provide a modern, scalable solution capable of managing energy across multiple rooftops and switchboards without invasive trenching or complex rewiring.

“With our logger-cascading solution, all loggers communicate over the same network via Modbus TCP, so there’s no need for trenching even with inverters on different buildings. Everything reports back to one master logger and smart meter on the main switchboard, giving the whole site a single, unified view on iSolarCloud.” said Amit Raj Pant, Technical Service Engineer of Sungrow.

The solution enables Vincent Court to achieve:

Centralised intelligent management through iSolarCloudReal-time Multi‑building visibility without trenchingZero‑export capability when requiredScalable integration for future expansion

“Working with Sungrow has been seamless. Their support keeps us at the top of our game, especially on large‑scale sites like this. The new system brings all inverters together into one easy‑to‑use platform, making life easier for both installers and customers.” said Dean Galvin, Managing Director of MNC Solar Power.

With an intelligent management system, multi‑building integration, and strong local technical support, Sungrow remains committed to empowering Australian businesses, communities, and essential services with sustainable energy solutions that create lasting environmental and social value.

LexisNexis Launches Skills in Lexis+® with Protégé™ in Hong Kong, Advancing the Legal AI Solution Built on the Authority Legal Work Demands

Published

on

By

HONG KONG, Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — LexisNexis® Legal & Professional today announced the launch of skills in Lexis+® with Protégé™ in Hong Kong, designed to help law firms, corporate legal departments and legal professionals complete complex legal work faster, with greater accuracy, consistency, confidence and control.

The launch of Lexis+® with Protégé™ in Hong Kong adds guided skills for complex legal work, grounded in LexisNexis legal content, user-uploaded files, CaseBase Hong Kong Citation Service and web sources.

The legal AI market in Hong Kong is moving quickly. New solutions can generate text, summarise documents and automate isolated tasks. But legal work requires something more demanding: current, authoritative legal content; verification tools; a connection to user-uploaded files; governance for confidentiality and privilege; and workflows that reflect how lawyers practise.

That distinction matters. AI without deep legal authority and built-in verification may accelerate work, but it can also heighten risk from invented citations and unsupported conclusions to inconsistent drafting, uncontrolled matter data and weak auditability. Lexis+® with Protégé™ is built to address that reality, combining authoritative LexisNexis legal content, CaseBase Hong Kong Citation Service, user-uploaded files and web sources in one integrated platform so results are grounded, verified and traceable across the full arc of legal work.

At the center of the Hong Kong launch are Skills in Lexis+® with Protégé™, a guided workflow capability that changes how lawyers use AI to complete complex tasks. Users can select a skill directly from the dropdown menu, after which Protégé presents a structured work plan rather than a single response, giving users visibility and control as it executes tasks and produces review-ready legal work product. The initial skills portfolio supports repeatable tasks across regulatory and compliance, corporate and commercial, litigation, pro bono, legal education and training, and general legal tasks. This allows legal teams to reuse proven workflows, apply firm and department standards consistently, and benefit from broader market innovation while keeping work grounded in authoritative LexisNexis content, user-uploaded files and trusted workflow safeguards. Lexis+® with Protégé™ incorporates skills from LexisNexis and Anthropic, with additional skills and capabilities in development.

Skills in Lexis+® with Protégé™ help lawyers and legal teams create ready-to-use legal work outputs through guided, task-specific workflows. Current skills support high-value drafting, review and assessment tasks such as Draft Written Resolutions, Data Processing Agreement (DPA) Review, Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) Generation and Demand Letter Intake & Assessment. Working from LexisNexis content, uploaded templates, selected files and matter materials, these skills help users produce context-aware drafts and responses in Microsoft Word for review, refinement and use in their existing process.

The Hong Kong launch comes as legal professionals are moving from experimentation to legal-grade execution. In a recent LexisNexis APAC AI Sentiment Survey* of Hong Kong legal professionals, AI adoption reached 96.5%, while 71.5% said they would use AI more if it came as guided workflows rather than open chat prompts. At the same time, accuracy and hallucination risk was the top concern, cited by 54.4% of respondents. The findings underscore why legal AI needs trusted sources, structured workflows and transparent verification.

Protégé Vault gives legal professionals a secure intelligence layer for document-led matters. Teams can securely upload, store and analyse collections of matter materials in one workspace, preserving context across sessions for drafting, review and analysis. Outputs link back to source material where available so legal teams can verify findings and defend the work product that follows.

Lexis+® with Protégé™ also brings leading AI models into a secure LexisNexis workspace. Legal AI responses can be grounded in authoritative LexisNexis legal content, Practical Guidance, CaseBase Hong Kong Citation Service and user-uploaded files, while General AI can incorporate real-time web sources when broader context is required. This gives Hong Kong customers model flexibility and source control without forcing work into disconnected tools.

For lawyers, the result is practical and immediate: faster research and drafting cycles, stronger first drafts, more consistent application of firm and client standards, reduced citation and review risk, better handling of matter files, and more secure collaboration between legal teams and clients. In the Hong Kong survey, 75.9% of respondents agreed AI can save time on lower-value work, 65.7% agreed it can help them operate their firm, practice or department more efficiently, and 62.3% agreed it can give their business a competitive advantage. Instead of forcing legal professionals to choose between speed and trust, Lexis+® with Protégé™ brings both into a single legal AI platform.

“Legal AI is moving from experimentation to trusted execution. For Hong Kong legal professionals, the next stage is not just faster answers, but connected workflows grounded in authoritative content, secure infrastructure and professional judgment. Lexis+® with Protégé™ is built for that future, helping teams move from legal questions and documents to review-ready work product in one trusted environment,” said Michael Sit, Managing Director, Greater China, LexisNexis Legal & Professional.

Lexis+® with Protégé™ Skills is now available in Hong Kong, with additional skills and capabilities planned over time. To learn more about Lexis+® with Protégé™: www.lexisnexis.com/en-hk/products-and-services/online-solution/lexis-plus-protege.
