Handshakes Launches AI Agent to Transform Corporate Due Diligence and Investigation

Published

on

Drawing on decades of regulatory expertise, the beta AI-powered agent runs due diligence, risk screening, vendor onboarding and conflicts-of-interest checks in simple workflows.

SINGAPORE, Aug. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Handshakes, a leading provider of corporate intelligence and due diligence data, today announced the launch of the Handshakes Agent, an AI-powered investigative tool that draws on more than a decade of regulatory intelligence to automate end-to-end due diligence, risk screening, vendor onboarding and conflicts-of-interest (COI) checks.

The Handshakes Agent performs more like a seasoned analyst than a generic AI tool. What sets the Agent apart is its grounding in real-world risk management and compliance practice, informed by domain expertise developed through years of hands-on collaboration with regulators and financial institutions across the region. Beyond structured data, the Agent is designed to reason the way experts do, how they approach a case, prioritise red flags and evolve risk assessments.

“The Handshakes Agent distills more than a decade of advisory experience with regulators and financial institutions into workflows that expedite due diligence and investigations,” said Ivan Seah, Chief Commercial Officer at Handshakes. “It reflects the broader evolution of data analytics, from simply supplying data to delivering intelligence clients can act on.”

With a simple entity-name query, the Agent retrieves Handshakes entity reports, maps ownership networks, screens risk databases and generates a synthesised summary of its findings. This complements the Handshakes APP with enhanced AI-driven capabilities that expedite investigations and surface insights, equipping compliance teams with the tools needed to mitigate financial crime and regulatory risks more effectively.

The Agent is grounded in official data sources spanning company registries and capital markets within ASEAN, global watchlists for sanctions and PEPs screening, court litigation records and Handshakes’ own Regulatory, Enforcement & Disciplinary (RED) repository. The insights are supported by Handshakes’ proprietary entity maps, which distill complex network relationships into clear, intuitive visualisations.

This launch marks an evolution in how Handshakes distributes its intelligence and handles complex queries, leveraging large language models (LLMs) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors to keep pace with the growing complexity of cross-border ownership structures and regulatory demands facing clients today. This facilitates perpetual monitoring across multiple degrees of connection within Handshakes’ graph databases, surfacing risk and opportunities as they arise.

Symbos Receives Frost & Sullivan’s 2026 Australian Transformational Innovation Leadership Recognition for its Customer Experience Management Services

Published

The company is setting a new benchmark in Australian CXM through outcome-focused commercial models, strategic consulting, and technology-enabled service delivery.

SAN ANTONIO, Aug. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Frost & Sullivan is pleased to announce that Symbos has received the 2026 Australian Customer Experience Management Services Transformational Innovation Leadership Recognition for its differentiated approach to delivering measurable business value. The recognition reflects Symbos’ ability to challenge conventional service models, align solutions with evolving enterprise priorities, and create greater value for organizations navigating an increasingly complex CX landscape.

Frost & Sullivan evaluates companies through a rigorous benchmarking process across two core dimensions: strategy effectiveness and strategy execution. Symbos excelled in both, demonstrating a clear ability to align its growth strategy with changing buyer expectations while executing an integrated portfolio of customer experience, enterprise enablement, digital enablement, and managed services capabilities.

“Symbos has distinguished itself by identifying a structural gap in Australia’s CXM services market and building a proposition around the outcomes customers increasingly demand. Its combination of consulting-led engagement, outcome-based commercial models, technology integration, and a flexible delivery footprint demonstrates a differentiated approach to customer experience transformation,” said Krishna Baidya, VP, ICT Practice at Frost & Sullivan.

Guided by a growth strategy centered on strategic acquisitions, consulting-led solution design, technology integration, and outcome-based engagements, Symbos has rapidly assembled capabilities designed around evolving enterprise requirements. Backed by Allegro Funds, the company strengthened its position through acquisitions spanning receivables management, debt collection software, and revenue operations, with each capability contributing to a broader customer experience management ecosystem.

Innovation remains central to Symbos’ approach. Its Symbos Edge environment connects partner technologies for routing, virtual agents, knowledge management, and analytics into a single, white-labeled solution. This enables clients to focus on business outcomes rather than individual technology platforms, while supporting digital front doors designed to achieve 30% to 40% containment targets.

“We believe the future is AI-first, but distinctly human. Technology brings intelligence and scale; people bring judgement, empathy and creativity. Powered by a great culture, that’s how Symbos turns AI into exceptional human experiences and better outcomes,” said Avik Choudhuri, Group CEO at Symbos.

Symbos’ customer-first approach further strengthens its market position. The company embeds consulting into every bid, beginning with an assessment of the client’s value chain, customer pain points, and opportunities for transformation before developing a solution blueprint. Its Convergence model extends this engagement beyond implementation through executive forums, quarterly roadmap cycles, and innovation councils that keep transformation and outcome commitments at the center of the client relationship.

Company-reported results demonstrate the potential impact of this model across diverse sectors. In financial services, a Symbos engagement delivered a 21% uplift in cross-sell conversion and a 20% reduction in cost-to-serve. For a regional water utility, its redesigned operation deflected 62% of inbound contacts and recorded zero critical system failures during peak disruption events. In healthcare insurance, its generative AI layer achieved 92% accuracy in categorizing interactions and reduced investigation times by 70%.

Frost & Sullivan commends Symbos for establishing a differentiated position in Australia’s customer experience management services market. Its outcome-oriented commercial model, consulting-led approach, technology capabilities, and flexible delivery footprint demonstrate strategic agility and a strong focus on measurable customer value. Company-reported CXM revenue grew approximately 55% between 2023 and 2025, while its client base expanded from 90 to 225 organizations, further reflecting the momentum behind its growth strategy.

Each year, Frost & Sullivan presents the Transformational Innovation Leadership Recognition to a company that demonstrates excellence in developing and implementing strategies that create measurable customer and competitive impact. The recognition highlights forward-thinking organizations that are reshaping their industries through innovation, strategic execution, and growth excellence.

Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Recognition
Frost & Sullivan’s Best Practices Recognitions honor companies across regional and global markets that exhibit exceptional achievement and consistent excellence in areas such as leadership, technological innovation, customer experience, and strategic product development. Each recognition is the result of a rigorous analytical process in which Frost & Sullivan industry experts benchmark performance through comprehensive interviews, deep-dive analysis, and extensive secondary research. The goal is to identify true best-in-class organizations that are driving transformative growth and setting new industry standards.

Gen Precision Launches Automated DIMM Final Test System GTK-SPT1 for Unattended DRAM Module Testing

Published

Gen Precision’s GTK-SPT1 automates DDR4 and DDR5 DIMM final testing and burn-in, processing approximately 2 DIMMs/min with about 97% less operator handling time.

TAOYUAN, Aug. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Gen Precision has launched the GTK-SPT1, an automated DIMM final test system designed to increase testing throughput as AI and server demand put growing pressure on memory DDR4 and DDR5 production. The system automates previously manual DIMM final test handling and operation, reducing the time spent on repetitive module-by-module processing. The latest system further reduces the overall footprint and streamlines automated handling and test workflows to improve production-line efficiency.

Simultaneous DIMM Testing for Higher Throughput

GTK-SPT1 transforms the final functional and burn-in verification of completed DIMM modules from a manual, one-by-one process into an automated workflow capable of testing multiple modules simultaneously. The system automates loading and unloading, while a robotic arm picks and places two DIMMs at a time for testing. GTK-SPT1 can be configured for Long-DIMM and SO-DIMM applications, including test processes before or after heatsink installation, based on specific product and test requirements. It also integrates with existing test software to form a complete automated final-test workstation.

“Automation should do more than remove manual steps. It should help manufacturers make better use of the test capacity already in place,” said Yulin Lee, Vice President of Automation at Gen Precision. Through automated batch operation, GTK-SPT1 reduces operator handling time by approximately 97%, allowing operators to step away from the test station during the test cycle. Under current test conditions, GTK-SPT1 processes approximately 2 DIMMs per minute and automatically records test data to improve traceability throughout the final-test process.

Proven Automation for Memory Manufacturing

Gen Precision has built extensive experience in memory manufacturing automation, with systems deployed by leading memory manufacturers across projects including:

Dual-labeling automation systemsCustomized SSD assembly lines

Beyond automation system integration, Gen Precision can incorporate robotics, PLC control, and AOI as required, supported by in-house precision machining and tooling capabilities. This combination enables the company to support system development from mechanical design and integration through production deployment.

Caladan Goes Live on BitGo’s Go Network for Institutional Settlement

Published

By

SINGAPORE, Aug. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Caladan and BitGo Bank & Trust, National Association (“BitGo Bank & Trust”), an OCC-regulated digital asset trust bank and subsidiary of BitGo Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BTGO) (“BitGo”), are expanding their partnership with the integration of BitGo’s Go Network for institutional settlement. Caladan’s API Liquidity counterparties can now settle trades through the Go Network, extending the institutional settlement infrastructure available to desks executing through Caladan. The integration is live as of today.

Settlement quality is one of the primary buying criteria for institutional crypto counterparties. The choice of settlement venue determines counterparty risk exposure during the window between trade execution and final settlement, and the operational standards of the settlement provider become part of the buyer’s own risk posture. BitGo’s Go Network is an institutional settlement network built on BitGo’s qualified custody infrastructure, designed for participants who require both speed and institutional-grade controls.

“Settlement is where institutional trust is earned or lost. Our counterparties need to know that every link in the execution chain meets the same standard as the most regulated parts of their own operation. Going live on BitGo’s Go Network gives them that assurance and adds another settlement option alongside the channels we already support.” — John Gu, CEO, Caladan

“The Go Network was designed to enable institutional participants to settle digital asset trades with the same operational rigor and controls they expect from financial market infrastructure. Caladan’s integration expands access to that settlement infrastructure for institutional market participants in Asia, and reflects our continued focus on building secure, regulated infrastructure for the digital asset economy.” — Abel Seow, Managing Director and Head of APAC Sales, BitGo

What the integration delivers

Settlement on the Go Network is available immediately to all Caladan API Liquidity counterparties.

For counterparties already operating BitGo accounts, the integration removes friction. Settlement of trades executed through Caladan can be directed to the existing BitGo relationship without additional onboarding, account setup, or custody changes.

For counterparties evaluating institutional settlement infrastructure for the first time, the Go Network provides access to settlement infrastructure built on BitGo’s qualified custody foundation and designed for institutional digital asset markets.

About Caladan

Since 2017, Caladan has facilitated over $170 billion annually in trading volume, operating across 65+ exchanges worldwide.
