IntelAgree Expands Saige Assist: Agent and Simplifies Contract Creation in Latest Release

Published

on

TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — IntelAgree, a leading AI-powered contract lifecycle management platform, recently announced the release of skills in Saige Assist: Agent (Agent) and the ability to hide questions based on user permissions in the Add Contract wizard.

Both features are part of IntelAgree’s ongoing push to make contract management easier, smoother, and a natural part of how teams already work. One expands what a team can do with AI across all their contracts, the other simplifies how a new request begins, and together they bring the platform a step closer to the people it serves at every stage of the contract process.

Skills in Saige Assist: Agent

A skill is a saved workflow Agent can rerun on demand, so a recurring task like a biweekly report or a standard contract-type review provides consistent results.

Skills are Markdown files, so a team can build their own in IntelAgree or load in a workflow from another LLM. Either way, Agent runs it with the full context of their repository, drawing on every agreement the team has signed, its version history, and the redlines and comments behind each one.

With skills, users can:

Create, search, manage, and edit skills from their own page in Saige AssistDownload a skill as a markdown file and hand it to a teammate to load into their AgentRun skills in IntelAgree’s Microsoft Word Add-in while redlining a contract

Beyond skills, this release expanded both what Agent can find and what it can do. Its search now covers more contract and configuration data, including business keys, attribute risk scores, and contract risk scores, giving Agent more context to use when it provides answers. With stateful actions, Agent can also do the work in the same conversation, creating ad hoc approvals and reminders, editing playbooks, adding attachments, and tagging colleagues in comments.

As Agent takes on more, this release also gives users tighter control while it works. A Stop button halts Agent mid-request, and Steer redirects it, sparing a user from waiting for a wrong answer and prompting again. Human judgment sets the direction on every request, start to finish.

“Contract work should meet people where they already are, and now it does,” said Kyle Myers, Chief Product Officer at IntelAgree. “A team can run its own workflows on a deal with the deal’s full history of versions and comments behind them, all within the organization’s guardrails. Freedom and control in the same place is what teams should expect from AI in a contract platform.”

Hide Questions Based on User Permissions

Adding a contract now takes fewer steps for business users. IntelAgree can hide the questions that don’t apply to a user, so the “Define Contract” page shows only the fields they actually need to fill in.

Administrators enable it from the “Configuration” page and choose which questions to hide. Once a question is set to hide, IntelAgree applies the default value automatically when a user has only one option to choose from.

While this new feature benefits all users, one big advantage is for teams that rely on the request process. Since requesters have narrower permissions, a shorter form lets them submit a contract for review without filling out unnecessary questions or stopping to ask what a field means.

“A contract request should feel effortless, no matter who’s submitting it,” said Michael Schacter, Director of Product Management at IntelAgree. “When the form shows a requester only what their role calls for, contracting becomes intuitive for the whole business. The fewer questions in the way, the faster a request becomes a contract.”

Parksy.com Free Driver Tools In One App: Fine Appeals, Sign Scanning, Car Finding and Crash Reports

Published

A fine under the wiper, a sign you cannot decode, a car you cannot find, a crash to document — Parksy built a free tool for each and skipped the invoice.

SYDNEY, Aug. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Parksy (parksy.com) has gathered its free driver tools into a single hub, and the collection reads like a list of the four worst moments of car ownership. A fine under the wiper. A sign you cannot decode. A car you cannot find. A crunch in a car park. The parking marketplace now offers a free tool for each, most of them usable without so much as an email address.

The AI-powered appeal calculator handles the fine. A driver describes what happened, and the tool identifies which grounds of appeal are worth arguing and helps draft the letter — while being candid when a ticket was fairly issued and not worth fighting. The sign scanner handles the pole of stacked restrictions: photograph it, and the tool answers whether you can park there and until when. The find-my-parked-car tool remembers what the multi-storey made you forget. And the car accident report walks a shaken driver through documenting a collision at the scene — photos, details, witnesses, a GPS-stamped location — then produces a PDF an insurer can use, working even without phone signal.

Founder Daniel Battaglia says the bundle is the strategy, not a loss leader that wandered off. “Every one of these tools exists because drivers kept hitting the same four walls. Other companies looked at those walls and saw four subscription products. We think the fastest way to be the platform drivers trust with parking is to be useful on the worst day they have with a car, and to not send an invoice afterwards.”

The tools sit alongside Parksy’s marketplace, where finding parking and listing a space are also free, with no commission taken from anyone. The company’s position is consistent to the point of stubbornness: across 57 countries, the platform does not charge for introductions, information or emergencies.

All four tools are available now at https://www.parksy.com/blog/free-driver-tools, with the wider platform website and apps (both IOS and Android).

“People assume there is a catch, and the catch is that there is no catch,” Battaglia said. “The tools are free because they should not cost anything. It is parking, not wizardry.”

Jukebox Expands Free Background Remover With 25MB Uploads, Free Image Upscaling and New Creative Effects

Latest update adds larger uploads, built-in image upscaling, new filters, layered outlines and paper cutout effects.

VANCOUVER, BC, Aug. 29, 2026 /CNW/ — Jukebox Print has released a major update to its free online remove background tool, increasing the maximum upload size from 20MB to 25MB per image and adding built-in image upscaling along with a new collection of creative effects. The tool supports JPG, PNG and WebP files, allows up to 50 images to be uploaded at once, and remains free to use with no registration required.

The biggest addition is image upscaling directly inside the download workflow. Once a background has been removed and the image is finished, users can upscale the final image before downloading it, without moving the file into another application. Jukebox has also expanded its creative tools with new filters, layered outlines, custom strokes, gradient outlines, wavy and jagged edges, fades and paper cutout effects. Multiple outline layers can be stacked, reordered and adjusted individually for colour, thickness and style, giving users much more control over the finished cutout.

The update continues Jukebox’s move beyond basic background removal into a more complete creative image tool. Users can add text, mask images into shapes, apply shadows, use stock photography, upload their own backgrounds or create new backgrounds with AI. Finished cutouts can also be sent directly into the Jukebox Sticker Maker to continue designing and prepare artwork for custom sticker printing. With larger 25MB uploads, image upscaling and the expanded Effects 3.0 controls, this is the most powerful version of Jukebox’s background remover released to date.
