eSign.AI Completes SOC 2 Type II Attestation, Strengthening Trust for Global Digital Transactions

Independent assessment validates the operating effectiveness of key security, availability and confidentiality controls supporting eSign.AI’s global electronic signature and contract execution platform.

HANGZHOU, China, Aug. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — eSign.AI, an AI-powered electronic signature and contract execution platform built for international markets, has completed a SOC 2 Type II examination and received an independent attestation report covering key controls related to security, availability and confidentiality.

Built for cross-border operations, overseas employment, international trade, global supply chains and multinational business management, eSign.AI connects AI-powered contract processing, electronic signatures, digital signatures, identity verification, enterprise governance and system integrations in a unified platform. Its capabilities span the contract lifecycle, from drafting and review to sending, signing, tracking and archiving.

The milestone reflects eSign.AI’s continued investment in trusted infrastructure for enterprises operating across markets, where digital agreements increasingly sit at the center of high-value business processes including procurement, employment, supply-chain collaboration, channel partnerships, financial services and intellectual property agreements.

For global enterprises, electronic signatures are no longer simply a digital replacement for paper. The underlying platform is expected to protect identities, permissions, contract data, signing intent, audit trails and evidentiary records throughout the transaction lifecycle. As a result, security resilience, service availability and traceability have become fundamental requirements in enterprise software procurement.

An AI-Powered Platform for Global Contract Execution

eSign.AI is designed to help enterprises manage more than the signature itself. The platform combines contract workflow automation with AI-assisted capabilities including contract drafting, summarization, risk identification, version comparison and translation, helping legal, procurement, business and management teams process agreements more efficiently.

For cross-border signing, eSign.AI supports multiple identity-verification methods and different levels of electronic and digital signatures based on regional and business requirements. The platform can also connect with local digital identity services, including iAM Smart in Hong Kong and Singpass in Singapore, while supporting signing workflows designed around major regulatory frameworks such as eIDAS in the European Union and the ESIGN Act in the United States.

eSign.AI can be integrated into existing enterprise systems through APIs, Webhooks and single sign-on, allowing electronic signature workflows to connect with collaboration, CRM, ERP, HR, procurement and internally developed business systems. Its integration with Lark, for example, can connect business approval, contract generation, signing and archiving into a more unified workflow.

The platform has also obtained ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701 and ISO/IEC 27018 certifications covering information security management, privacy information management and protection of personal data in public cloud environments. eSign.AI operates data centers in Hong Kong, Singapore and Frankfurt, supporting enterprises with distributed international operations.

Together, these capabilities position eSign.AI as contract execution infrastructure for organizations that need to manage agreements, identities, workflows and compliance across markets rather than as a standalone e-signature utility.

Moving from Digital Signing to Trusted Digital Transactions

SOC 2 is an assurance framework developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) for evaluating controls at service organizations across areas including security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy.

Unlike a Type I report, which evaluates the design of controls at a specific point in time, a SOC 2 Type II examination assesses whether relevant controls operate effectively over a defined period.

For enterprise SaaS, identity and electronic signature providers, this distinction matters. A Type II report is not a one-time security test; it provides customers, procurement teams and compliance functions with independent evidence that key controls are designed and operated on an ongoing basis.

This is particularly relevant for multinational corporations and regulated industries, where supplier assessments may examine access management, encryption, logging and monitoring, vulnerability management, business continuity, data protection and third-party risk.

By completing the SOC 2 Type II examination, eSign.AI provides global customers with a standardized and internationally recognized form of assurance that can support vendor security reviews and enterprise procurement processes.

Securing the Full Contract Lifecycle

The security of an electronic signature platform extends well beyond the moment a signature is applied.

A digital agreement typically moves through multiple stages, from initiation and internal approval to identity verification, authorization, signing, evidence preservation and long-term archiving. At every stage, enterprises need confidence that the right parties are acting with the right permissions, contract content is protected from unauthorized changes, actions are traceable, and evidence can be reconstructed if a dispute occurs.

eSign.AI is built around this broader contract lifecycle. During the signing process, the platform can preserve document versions, signing timestamps, participant records, identity-verification results and operational logs. Completed agreements and supporting evidence can then be retained for internal audit, records management and dispute handling.

For this reason, enterprise-grade electronic signature security requires a broader trust framework covering identity assurance, access control, data protection, service availability and auditability.

The SOC 2 Type II attestation marks another step in eSign.AI’s effort to align its security governance, service continuity and data protection practices with the expectations of international enterprise customers.

Global Trust Tested in Real Business Environments

Security controls ultimately matter most when they support complex, real-world business operations.

According to company materials and customer cases published by eSign.AI, the platform has served global enterprises including Meta, HP and Micron Technology, and is used across technology, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, construction, professional services and other industries.

For HP, eSign.AI provides standardized electronic signature services designed to support international regulatory requirements across sales agreement workflows in more than ten Asia-Pacific markets. The deployment includes capabilities such as single sign-on, preconfigured contract templates and bulk signer management to improve the efficiency and security of cross-regional agreement processes.

For Micron Technology, eSign.AI supports an electronic signature environment for cross-border supply-chain agreements. The published case describes an initial SaaS-based deployment for rapid rollout, with the option to connect internal business systems through APIs as requirements expand. The solution is designed to improve signing efficiency while strengthening the management of compliance evidence across international supply-chain transactions.

For Canada Goose, eSign.AI integrates SaaS-based signing workflows with Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on, helping centralize account and contract signing management. The project also includes plans to connect with Workday, supporting use cases such as procurement, supplier management and overseas employee administration.

Additional customer cases published by eSign.AI include China State Construction International, Winner Medical, Beyondsoft, Law Business Research, Mixue and Green Tea Restaurant Group. These deployments span HR, procurement, supplier agreements, legal services and other operational workflows, including integrations with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce.

Together, these cases illustrate a broader shift in the role of electronic signatures: value is increasingly defined not only by how quickly a document can be signed, but by how securely the signing process can integrate into existing enterprise systems, adapt to different regulatory environments and remain auditable across high-volume, cross-border operations.

From Global Product Expansion to Global Trust Infrastructure

As companies expand internationally, their expectations of digital infrastructure are changing.

The first questions are often whether electronic signatures are legally valid and whether the software works in a particular market. Increasingly, however, enterprise customers are asking a deeper set of questions: How is signing data protected? How are cross-border risks managed? How resilient is the service? Are audit and evidentiary records complete? Can the provider demonstrate that its security controls operate consistently over time?

SOC 2 Type II helps provide a common framework for answering those questions.

For security teams, the report offers independent assurance materials that can be incorporated into vendor assessments. For legal and compliance teams, it can reduce uncertainty during supplier review. For procurement and business teams, standardized assurance can help streamline security discussions and enterprise onboarding.

More broadly, the milestone reflects how the globalization of electronic signature services now depends on more than localized language, interfaces and workflows. It also requires globally understood security standards, compliance practices and mechanisms for demonstrating trust.

As AI-powered contract management, agent-based workflows and cross-border digital transactions continue to evolve, the security responsibilities of platform providers will only increase. For enterprises, trusted electronic signature and contract execution infrastructure will become an increasingly important foundation for operating securely across markets.

Unisound 2026 Interim Results: Revenue Up 38.7% YoY, Token Business Surges 760%, Large-Model Commercialization Accelerates Across the Board

Published

on

By

HONG KONG, Aug. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — On August 28, Unisound (09678.HK) announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026.

The results show that the company generated revenue of RMB 562 million in the first half of 2026, up 38.7% year over year, with commercialization accelerating across the board. Token business revenue increased by approximately 760% YoY, with a gross margin of over 60%, marking Unisound’s entry into a phase of accelerated large-model commercialization as it moves from technological leadership toward value leadership.

Strategic Focus on Three Core Segments, Valuation Framework Shifts Toward a Platform Model

In the first half of 2026, Unisound sharpened its strategic focus on three core segments: Enterprise AI Services, Token Business, and Edge AI. Under the new structure, the company is moving beyond the label of a traditional AI project delivery provider and transforming comprehensively into an AI platform company. The value created by AI is no longer diluted by traditional businesses, fundamentally reshaping the company’s valuation framework.

All three core segments delivered solid growth:

Enterprise AI Services: Comprising agent applications, agent platforms, and industry solutions, the segment generated RMB 478 million in revenue, up 35.7% YoY, further consolidating the company’s industry-leading position.

Token Business: Revenue reached nearly RMB 30 million, with second-quarter revenue increasing by more than 500% quarter over quarter, making it a new growth engine for the company.

Edge AI: Revenue reached RMB 53.8 million, up 9.2% YoY, while overseas chip shipments increased 50% YoY, demonstrating strong growth resilience.

In terms of operating quality, revenue from repeat purchases accounted for more than 60% in the first half of the year, while average customer spend increased significantly. Repeat purchases and upselling from existing customers provided further support for revenue growth. During the reporting period, administrative expenses fell sharply by 37.8%, with all savings redirected to R&D. The net loss margin narrowed by more than 31 percentage points YoY, while overall gross margin remained stable with a modest increase. As of now, total contract value in 2026 has increased 65% YoY, the order backlog has exceeded RMB 1.5 billion, and cash reserves are approaching RMB 1.0 billion, making the path to profitability increasingly clear.

Architecture Upgrade Drives Platform Transformation, U2 Enters the Global Top Tier

During the reporting period, Unisound continued to enhance its three-layer architecture of “Foundation Capability Layer – Intelligent Construction Layer – Value Operation Layer.” Its agent platform, UniAgentOS, has accumulated 1,773 agent instances, with a single module reused up to 119 times. Project implementation costs as a share of total costs fell from 21% in the same period last year to 17%. The revenue model has expanded beyond one-off project delivery to include platform subscriptions, usage-based calls, and ongoing operations, further strengthening revenue continuity.

On the technology front, Unisound has continued to expand the U-Model family around U2, driving ongoing breakthroughs in general-purpose foundation models, industry-specific models, and multimodal capabilities. Across the global LLM landscape, U2 has entered the top tier in multiple challenging benchmarks, spanning long-context understanding (AA-LCR), knowledge reasoning (GPQA Diamond), instruction following (IFBench), agent execution (SWE-bench Verified), and complex tasks (WildClawBench). Its overall performance ranks among the top 25 on LLM Stats and eighth among global model providers.

Going forward, Unisound will continue to pursue its “strong foundation models, deep applications” strategy, with a greater focus on post-training. The company will continue iterating U2 as well as models for the three healthcare domains, speech, and document intelligence. Leveraging its three-layer architecture, Unisound will further increase the reuse rate of agent modules and expand into more industries and regions. In a safe, compliant, and controllable manner, it will advance intelligence to greater heights and for the greater good, creating long-term value for society.

Spokesperson Quote

“The Eleva 300X was built around a simple standard: a HEPA rating should describe the clean air an air purifier delivers to a room, not just what the filter can capture in isolation. That’s why we, as the category leader, designed the Levoit Eleva 300X air purifier as a complete, fully sealed filtration system. Its system-level HEPA performance accounts for the filter, seals, housing and airflow path, helping minimize unfiltered air bypass and giving consumers greater confidence that the air returned to the room has passed through the HEPA filtration system.”

— David Yoon, Director of Product Commercialization Team, Levoit

System-Level HEPA Filtration, Explained

The Eleva 300X air purifier is built as a fully sealed system, so intake air is routed through the HEPA Filter with no internal gaps for air to bypass it. That means the unit’s 99.97% HEPA rating* down to 0.3 microns, reflects particle filtration of the air actually delivered back into the room, rather than a lab measurement of the filter media in isolation.

DuoShield™ Filtration System

The Eleva 300X pairs the HEPA Filter — the unit’s Main Filter — with a separately replaceable Activated Carbon Filter. The included Essential Activated Carbon Filter reduces common household odors, gases, and VOCs, and can be upgraded with a specialized Pet, Smoke & Cooking or Premium Activated Carbon Filter depending on the household’s needs. Choose the Smoke & Cooking Filter for wildfire smoke, cooking odors and VOCs; the Pet Filter for pet-related odors; and the Premium Filter for stronger, lingering household odors and VOCs. This technology is what allows the HEPA and Activated Carbon Filters to be replaced independently of one another, so routine maintenance only requires replacing the spent filter, not the entire filtration system.

AirSight® Plus 2.0 Smart Sensor and Auto Mode

A built-in 3-channel laser sensor, AirSight® Plus 2.0, continuously measures PM1.0, PM2.5 and PM10 particle levels. That real-time data enables an Auto Mode that adjusts fan speed to current conditions, running quietly and efficiently when air quality is good, and increasing output only when particle levels rise. Current air-quality readings and AQI, along with daily, weekly, and long-term air-quality trends, are displayed on the unit and in the VeSync app.

Quiet, Livable Design

Designed for bedrooms and other living spaces, the Eleva 300X operates between 20 and 50 dB with a compact 9.4-by-9.4-inch footprint that fits on a nightstand, shelf, or floor. Its display can be turned off at any fan speed, including its highest, allowing full-speed filtration without adding light to the room. A single circular touch panel controls power, fan speed, Sleep Mode, display lights and air-quality readings, while an easy-release button simplifies filter changes.

Energy Efficiency and Low-Cost Ownership

The Eleva 300X is Energy Star® 3.0 certified — a tier reached by roughly a quarter of room air cleaners evaluated by the EPA — with annual energy use of 145 kWh‡ and power draw up to 25.5 W. Its Main Filter is tested to last up to two years†, and because the Activated Carbon Filter can be replaced separately, routine upkeep means replacing only the spent filter rather than the whole assembly. Total cost of ownership over five years, including the purchase price, is $384.92§. The unit is backed by a 2-year limited warranty.

Smart App and Voice Controls

The VeSync app manages settings, schedules and air-quality monitoring for the Eleva 300X, with voice control available through compatible third-party voice assistants including Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. The app’s smart filter tracking measures Main Filter life based on actual usage rather than a fixed calendar and sends separate replacement reminders for the Main Filter and Activated Carbon Filters.
