MELBOURNE, Australia, Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — AU10TIX, a global identity verification and fraud intelligence company trusted by enterprises worldwide, today announced a partnership with NEO, a leading global provider of self-service terminal technology and automation solutions, to bring real-time identity verification, age assurance, fraud prevention, and compliance capabilities into physical self-service environments.

The partnership combines NEO’s self-service terminal infrastructure with AU10TIX’s AI-powered identity verification technology, helping operators verify identity, confirm age eligibility, detect fraud, and support compliance directly within the self-service journey.

AU10TIX and NEO are already working together on live customer deployments with leading Australian gaming and hospitality venues, where real-time identity verification supports high-volume self-service guest journeys.

The initial focus will be Australia, with plans to expand into Asia, the United States, Europe, and other global markets.

In high-volume venues, every manual identity check adds friction. AU10TIX and NEO help operators bring real-time identity verification into the point of service – across onboarding, re-verification, card reissuance, access, and age-restricted transactions – while meeting the lighting, capture, positioning, hardware, and speed demands of real-world terminal environments.

“As more customer journeys move to self-service, identity verification has to move with them,” said Yair Tal, CEO of AU10TIX. “Our partnership with NEO brings AU10TIX’s real-time identity intelligence into physical environments where speed, accuracy, and compliance all matter. This is about helping operators verify customers, assess risk, and prevent fraud directly in the flow, without sending people back to a manual process.”

By embedding AU10TIX’s technology into NEO’s self-service terminals, operators can run document verification, biometric matching, liveness detection, age assurance, and fraud checks directly inside the terminal workflow.

The partnership also helps operators reduce operational friction. Identity verification workflows can be completed up to 10 times faster than traditional manual workflows. For example, card replacement or reissuance processes that previously took 30 to 40 minutes can now be completed in a few minutes through a streamlined self-service experience.

“NEO’s focus has always been on making self-service faster, simpler, and more effective for operators and their customers,” said Anton Jovanovic, CEO of NEO. “By partnering with AU10TIX, we can add trusted identity verification, age assurance, and fraud prevention directly into the terminal experience. That means operators can complete processes that once took 30 or 40 minutes in just a few minutes, while still meeting the compliance standards their industries require.”

Together, AU10TIX and NEO are helping operators turn physical self-service into a trusted, automated customer experience.
