As the largest gathering for the natural gas and LNG sector anywhere in the world this year, Gastech’s return to Asia amid rapidly rising energy demand draws more than 50,000 attendees from over 150 countries : dmg events. The event hosts 20+ ministers from Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East, alongside CEOs from the world’s leading energy companies, including Shell, Chevron, ExxonMobil, EGAT, PTT, Gulf, Petronas, TotalEnergies and INPEX.Speaking at the Gastech Inauguration, H.E. Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, said: “The future will be shaped by countries that cooperate, companies that invest, innovators that turn ideas into solutions, and policymakers who are willing to build bridges across borders.”

BANGKOK, Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — As governments and industries across the globe navigate a period of surging demand and transformative economic growth, Gastech 2026 officially opened in Bangkok today, bringing the world’s energy leaders together to advance the partnerships, investments and solutions needed to power the next chapter of global progress.

The event welcomes more than 50,000 attendees, 800+ global exhibitors and 800+ high-level speakers, including senior ministers, policymakers, CEOs and investors from across the global value chain, making it the largest gathering for the natural gas and LNG industry this year. Under the theme “Where Global Supply Meets Demand”, Gastech 2026 turns this global reach into tangible impact, driving coordinated action on the shared global priorities of energy security, affordability and reliability.

Speaking to the inextricable link between energy and economic growth, H.E. Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, opened the Gastech Inauguration with a call for closer cooperation and bolder investment in the energy projects that will underpin Asia’s continued transformation and unlock new opportunities for billions across the globe:

“The world today is facing challenges of extraordinary complexity. Geopolitical tensions are reshaping energy trade while economies are seeking greater resilience. At this defining moment, energy is not simply a commodity, energy is critical, enabling nations to grow, innovate, and improve the quality of life. This is why we must pursue an energy future that balances three essential priorities: energy security, affordability, and sustainability.”

Delivering his opening remarks, H.E. Akanat Promphan, Minister of Energy, set out Thailand’s strategy for meeting surging power needs while building a more competitive and secure system that can support industrial transformation and AI ambition:

“As we look ahead, building energy security while making progress on the energy transition is not just a destination, it is a journey that will require technology, innovation, investment, and cooperation to move forward together. Thailand is not only an ideal venue for Gastech, but also a natural partner for this next generation of energy collaboration, helping to transform today’s challenges into opportunities and ambition into action.”

These opening addresses set the stage for the launch of the Strategic Conference, which featured ministers from Nigeria, Oman, Singapore and Timor-Leste, alongside the policymakers and institutions that set the rules of global energy trade. Together, these decision-makers aligned on a pragmatic response to the world’s mounting energy demands, recognising the value that every resource brings to the diversified and abundant energy mix that keeps global markets moving forward.

The programme opened with its flagship ministerial panel, titled ‘The Energy Reset: Who Controls Power in the New Global Order?’, which examined how ongoing developments are reshaping global energy markets and priorities, and how governments must respond to the energy demands and supply pressures of a rapidly evolving global landscape. H.E. Eng. Salim bin Nasser Al Aufi, Minister of Energy & Minerals, Oman, stated:

“We need more energy, we need more exploration, more collaboration. But in my honest opinion, we need more understanding of each other, and we need more peace to allow us to do what we are good at. Because the fundamentals of producing oil and gas have not changed. If anything, they are better than before. The technology has improved. We know how to produce it, how to liquefy it, how to transport it. The issue now is the last part: getting it out to the consumers who need it most.”

The Strategic Conference also delivered direct insights from one of the 21st century’s most influential global leaders, as the Rt. Hon. Tony Blair, former Prime Minister of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, explored how governments and industry should navigate this evolving landscape, why abundant and affordable energy matters more than ever, and what it will take to turn a period of disruption and competition into one of investment, innovation and growth:

“Energy security is a vital part of every country’s independence and overall security, and we need to have diverse energy supplies for industry and for AI. When you look at energy policy today, it is right up there with defence in terms of how you think about security in the broader sense and economic prosperity for the future.”

The private sector took centre stage as the conference’s leadership sessions convened the executives who produce, finance, ship, trade and deliver the world’s energy. Senior figures from PTT, PETRONAS, INPEX, Woodside Energy, YPF, NNPC, Shell, ExxonMobil, Chevron, JERA, Venture Global, Baker Hughes and Trafigura advanced the partnerships, investment commitments and infrastructure projects needed to accelerate energy growth and meet increasingly complex global demand pressures.

Tengku Muhammad Taufik, President & Group CEO, PETRONAS, said: “The theme of Gastech 2026 – Where Global Energy Supply Meets Demand – could not have been more appropriate because that is what Asia needs. What we like about working with our partners in Asia is that policymakers have been pragmatic, they have not forced a fuel idealism or ideology-driven policy that compels people to respond in unrealistic ways. Policymakers have moved to far more pragmatic approaches in deciding how the energy mix is built.”

The opening day also saw the launch of specialised programmes unfolding alongside Gastech’s leadership sessions: the Electrification Strategic Programme, delivered in partnership with EGAT; the Global Energy Regulators Forum; the Low Carbon Solutions and Hydrogen programmes; and a dedicated Japan Energy Programme examining how the country’s LNG strategy is shaping markets across the region.

Drawing particular attention was the launch of AixEnergy, a new event co-located with Gastech which tackles the defining relationship of the decade: how artificial intelligence is transforming energy operations, and how the sector is racing to supply the energy that will power AI and the data centres driving record growth in electricity demand.

Beyond the conference, Gastech’s exhibition is where strategy becomes commercial reality. Anchored by co-hosts Chevron, ExxonMobil and Shell, with Thailand’s National Consortium Partners EGAT, PTT and Gulf and National Consortium Supporters RATCH and EGCO, the show floor connects the entire industry from demand to delivery.

From the start of the day, the floor was busy with bilateral talks, innovation showcases and the development of new commercial partnerships, with the week’s first agreements already forming. With Gastech 2025 driving a record $60 billion in deals, 2026 will continue to facilitate the projects and investments that will reshape worldwide energy growth.

Launching the 54th year of Gastech, Christopher Hudson, President of dmg events, welcomed government and industry leaders with a clear message: meeting the world’s growing demand for energy will require collaboration at an unprecedented scale. He said:

“No single nation, no single company, no single technology alone can deliver energy at the scale this moment demands. It takes partnership. It takes collaboration. It takes technology. That is why Gastech exists. This is not another conference. This is a working room where diplomacy happens, policy gets shaped, and deals get signed.”

With leaders from every sector and region in attendance, Gastech 2026 continues to hold its place as the meeting point where the global energy industry moves from ambition to action. Over the days ahead, conversations will centre on the mounting energy needs of widescale electrification and AI expansion, as the event lays the foundations for the next chapter of global progress.

Agentic compliance infrastructure provider selected by national RIA to modernize communications archiving and deploy AI governance purpose-built for SEC and FINRA oversight

NEW YORK, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Hadrius, the leading agentic compliance infrastructure for financial services firms, today announced that Ritholtz Wealth Management (“Ritholtz”), a national RIA overseeing more than $9.4 billion for individuals, high-net-worth clients and institutions, has selected Hadrius to monitor Claude Enterprise activity and data access as well as archive user interactions with Claude. The oversight provided by Hadrius enables Ritholtz to safely deploy Anthropic’s enterprise Claude chatbot across its entire workforce.

Hadrius’ monitoring tool represents the first AI governance module tailored specifically to financial services. The partnership originated when Ritholtz approached Hadrius needing specialized AI oversight aligned with SEC requirements. While regulators have established that existing supervisory obligations apply to AI, specific monitoring standards remain unwritten. Hadrius leveraged its deep expertise in AI and wealth management compliance to rapidly build and deploy the precise oversight solution required.

“Compliance officers are being asked to roll out technology no one has written the rules for yet,” said Thomas Stewart, Co-Founder & CEO of Hadrius. “This tool lets firms treat AI activity the way they already treat email: logged, reviewable, and ready for an examiner. We’re proud to partner with Ritholtz on innovating the type of oversight that lets advisors leverage AI without compromising regulatory compliance.”

Built around Hadrius’ integration with Claude’s Compliance API, the tool delivers real-time usage metrics to ensure employee LLM activity conforms to data security standards and automatically archives according to SEC and FINRA recordkeeping rules. As part of the firmwide rollout, Ritholtz will also consolidate all non-AI communications archiving onto Hadrius, marking a key step toward a unified compliance ecosystem.

“AI is coming to every wealth management firm whether they have a strategy for it or not,” said Josh Brown, CEO of Ritholtz. “We know our people are going to use these tools, and we want them using the best ones with the right guardrails in place. The question was how do we give everyone access to Claude while giving our compliance team the visibility and controls they need? Hadrius understood that immediately. They built the infrastructure that lets us embrace this technology nimbly and responsibly. That’s how you actually innovate in a regulated industry.”

The proliferation of AI tools has created a new source of employee activity for regulated financial firms to supervise and retain. Hadrius brings that activity into the same compliance infrastructure as other communications channels, helping firms like Ritholtz reduce blind spots while maintaining searchable, audit-ready records.

About Hadrius
Hadrius is agentic compliance infrastructure for financial services firms. Built by compliance professionals and AI experts, Hadrius consolidates every point of compliance risk into an audit-ready system of record, reducing manual compliance review by 70%. Hadrius has raised $27 million in funding and is trusted by more than 500 financial institutions and investment firms.

TWELVIO SIGNS GLOBAL GROWTH AGREEMENT WITH RETARGET.GG TO SCALE A NEW MARKETPLACE FOR BLOCKED TRAFFIC

Published

Retarget.gg transforms blocked customer journeys into revenue, and after reaching 15 million users in three months, it is ready to take the model worldwide

TORONTO, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Twelvio, a leading social and digital entertainment marketing agency, today announced a collaboration agreement with Retarget.gg, an affiliate marketplace that turns geo-blocked and non-converting traffic into revenue.

In its first three months, Retarget.gg recorded:

More than 15 million user journeys retargetedMore than 12 million relevant offers displayedMore than 1 million clicks generated

Retarget.gg addresses a costly problem: businesses pay to attract visitors, but when an offer is unavailable in a user’s location, that customer journey and its commercial value typically ends.

Through a simple integration, Retarget.gg detects where a visitor is coming from, applies geographic rules, and displays relevant offers available in that market. The original business earns from traffic it cannot serve, participating brands reach high-intent potential customers, and the visitor receives a useful alternative instead of a dead end.

Unlike traditional advertising retargeting, Retarget.gg acts when a visitor reaches an unavailable offer, connecting that user with an alternative they can access.

“Businesses continue to invest heavily in acquiring traffic while overlooking the value of visitors already reaching their websites,” said a Twelvio spokesperson. “Retarget.gg turns that missed demand into a new revenue channel. It is more than an affiliate tool. It is a marketplace for customer intent, connecting traffic that one business cannot serve with another business that is ready to convert it. Twelvio will help take that opportunity to new partners, markets, and industries worldwide.”

From North American Gaming to Global Markets

Under the agreement, Twelvio will support Retarget.gg’s growth through affiliate relationships, strategic brand partnerships, performance marketing, market entry, and expansion into new industries.

Retarget.gg is currently deployed across multiple sweepstakes and real-money casino brands in North America. Gaming, with its complex regulatory requirements, has provided a strong proving ground for technology designed to match visitors with offers available in their market.

Beginning in October, immediately following SBC Summit Lisbon, Retarget.gg plans to expand worldwide and beyond gaming.

The model can serve industries where customer access depends on geography, licensing, eligibility, inventory, delivery, or product availability. Retarget.gg’s long-term ambition is to create a global marketplace for customer intent, transforming interrupted digital journeys into valuable commercial connections.

Twelvio and Retarget.gg to Showcase Collaboration at SBC Summit Lisbon

Twelvio and Retarget.gg will jointly showcase their collaboration at SBC Summit 2026, taking place in Lisbon from September 29 to October 1.

Both companies will be represented at the Invicta Entertainment Group stand B551 in Hall 2, where visitors can experience Retarget.gg’s platform in action and meet the teams supporting its partnerships, commercial growth and international expansion.

“Invicta Entertainment Group has spent the past 10 years building, launching, and scaling businesses across the gaming industry. That experience helps us identify ventures with the potential to solve real commercial problems and reshape the market,” said Yuliya Ivanisova, Chief Commercial Officer of Invicta. “Our group invests in the most promising ventures, and Retarget.gg is part of that vision. Together with Twelvio, we are proud to showcase its capabilities at SBC Summit in Lisbon.”

“This collaboration brings together two highly complementary strengths,” said Alex Green, CMO of Retarget.gg. “Retarget.gg provides the technology and a proven monetization model, while Twelvio brings the commercial relationships, performance-marketing expertise, and international reach needed to scale it. Together, we can help more businesses recover revenue from traffic they cannot serve while giving more brands access to high-intent customers worldwide.”

During a live demonstration, visitors will see how Retarget.gg identifies blocked traffic, matches users with available offers, and tracks performance through one analytics dashboard. The Twelvio and Retarget.gg teams will also meet with operators, brands, affiliates, and traffic partners interested in joining the marketplace ahead of its worldwide expansion.
