Marine Security Project to Be the First Tenant, Advancing the Company’s Advanced Manufacturing Strategy in the UAE

UMM AL QUWAIN, UAE, Sept. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Robo.ai Inc. (Nasdaq: AIIO) (“Robo.ai” or the “Company”) today announced that a groundbreaking ceremony was held in Umm Al Quwain for Phase I of the ALIF Holding Group Industrial Park (the “Industrial Park”). The first of the Industrial Park’s three planned phases will have a designed gross floor area of approximately 8,845 square meters and is expected to involve the refurbishment of existing factory premises to provide local integration and manufacturing capabilities for ALIF Holding’s industrial projects. The site is intended to be held by a majority-owned subsidiary of ALIF Holding whose registration in Umm Al Quwain is in progress; the related transfer procedures are underway and subject to approval by the competent authorities.

The Phase I groundbreaking marks an important step in ALIF Holding’s efforts to bring its projects into operation through the Industrial Park and establish a local industrial platform. For Robo.ai, the Industrial Park is an important part of its advanced manufacturing strategy. It will support the industrial application of relevant technologies and products in the UAE, facilitate commercialization with government, critical infrastructure and industrial customers, and underpin the development of the Company’s intelligent infrastructure business.

Robo.ai previously announced plans to establish Alif Maritec, focused on marine security and intelligent maritime infrastructure. It is expected to be the first majority-owned subsidiary project to move into Phase I following refurbishment and operational readiness. Its proposed portfolio focuses on three areas:

Marine oil spill emergency response. The proposed system would connect spill detection, containment and recovery with water-quality verification. It is intended to link the main stages of marine pollution response, from identifying a spill and limiting its spread to recovering spilled material and checking water conditions, supporting coordinated emergency operations.

Land border security. For desert border protection, the planned solution would combine physical barriers, field sensors and unified command. By connecting on-site protection and detection with early warning and response coordination, it is intended to help operational teams understand conditions along the protected boundary and organize responses.

AI-enabled defense and intelligent monitoring. The proposed portfolio includes AI-enabled defense systems and a smart monitoring platform for critical infrastructure protection. The platform would use AI analytics and sensor data fusion to bring multiple sources of information into a real-time view of on-site conditions, supporting centralized command, assessment and coordinated response.

Phase I is intended to provide facilities for local manufacturing of these proposed products and for the integration of equipment and software systems, connecting development of the Industrial Park with specific project needs. Other ALIF Holding projects would be accommodated as business needs evolve.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by H.E. Dr. Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi, Chairman of ALIF Holding, together with Sheikh Ali bin Abdulrahman Al Nuaimi, a member of the ruling family of the Emirate of Ajman, and Sheikh Saqr bin Saud Al Mualla and Sheikh Al Mualla bin Ahmed Al Mualla, members of the ruling family of the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain. The attending guests spoke highly of ALIF Holding’s industrial development plans and progress.

The ALIF Holding Group Industrial Park is planned to be developed in three phases. Phase I will use and refurbish existing factory premises to accommodate near-term projects; Phase II will involve the construction of new factory facilities to expand manufacturing capacity; and Phase III will provide reserve space for future projects and business expansion. This phased approach is designed to align facility development with business needs while balancing near-term plan with long-term growth. ALIF Holding aims to have at least three project companies establish operations in the Industrial Park by the end of 2026, subject to the availability and readiness of suitable premises and progress of each project.

SAN JOSÉ, Costa Rica, Sept. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Americas Cardroom has 13 Day 1 flights remaining in its $2.5 million guaranteed 25th Anniversary Tournament. The flights run through Monday morning, September 28, ahead of Day 2 on Monday and the final table on Tuesday, September 29.

The direct buy-in is $250. Twelve remaining flights are Turbos, while the Main flight begins Sunday, September 27, at 1:05 p.m. ET. Sunday also has Turbos at 10:15 a.m. and 7:05 p.m. ET.

Thursday and Friday each have Turbo flights at 12:05 p.m., 3:05 p.m. and 6:05 p.m. ET. Saturday’s three start at 1:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. ET. The last Turbo begins Monday at 8:05 a.m. ET, before Day 2.

In conversation with Greene, Adjunct Professor of History at Northwestern University, Pasler will share the photographs, diaries and documents her father preserved while working in prison administration at Nuremberg. “My father worked at Nuremberg and never told us,” said Pasler. “Eleven years ago, after losing him, I inherited his U.S. Army documents, photographs, and memorabilia. That discovery led me to found Descendants Media Group and create Courtroom 600—to teach World War II through the lens of accountability. On this historic anniversary, I reflect on the trials’ legacy and echoes from the past that continue to ring true today.”

From a family archive to classrooms nationwide

Pasler transformed her father’s collection into a virtual museum of more than 300 curated Nuremberg primary sources, most never before seen online. Told through images and captions, the story of the trial has reached audiences in more than 55 countries. With educator partners, she then created Courtroom 600, a curriculum for grades 7–12 social studies organized around the four counts of the Nuremberg indictment. Rather than teaching WWII and the Holocaust as separate histories, Courtroom 600 uses the trial record to show students how Nazi racial ideology, rooted in antisemitism, drove the war in Europe and led to genocide. Its focus on perpetrators, evidence and accountability reflects Nuremberg’s lasting legacy: the principle that individuals, including the highest officials of a state, can be held responsible for crimes against humanity. Students examine the evidence and reach conclusions for themselves.

“The Nuremberg record is irrefutable. When students hold the same evidence the prosecutors presented, the atrocities stop being abstract, and they understand what happens when hateful ideology is put into action,” said Don Fulmer, Social Studies Department Chair at Lake Park High School. Fulmer is implementing Courtroom 600 across all grade levels this school year.

At a recent workshop for The National WWII Museum in New Orleans, 65 educators from 31 states rated the curriculum 4.7 out of 5 for likelihood of classroom implementation, consistent with earlier programs in New York, Nebraska and Illinois. Among surveyed students, 97% recognized that Jews were central to Hitler’s war plans.

Expanding the mission

With a recently awarded $25,000 grant from a Chicago Jewish family foundation, Courtroom 600 will launch a National Educator Fellowship in January 2027. Six secondary social studies teachers from across the country will pilot the curriculum in classrooms and each train three colleagues, reaching 24 educators in the first year.

Descendants Media Group is also developing Response Ready, a pilot lesson designed for Jewish students in grades 7–8 to help them build resilience to antisemitism by tracing accusations from the Middle Ages to the memes and coded language online today. The lesson pilots this fall in five Chicago-area Jewish day schools and congregations, supported by the Jewish United Fund of Metropolitan Chicago and the Jewish Federation of Omaha.
