JAAM AUTOMATION LAUNCHES NEW AI PLATFORM TO BRING PEOPLE, SYSTEMS AND AI TOGETHER TO MANAGE COMPLEX BUSINESS PROCESSES

M. by jaam brings Agentic Work Management to existing business processes, helping organisations understand how work gets done and gradually give AI more responsibilityLaunch comes as 88%[1] of organisations use AI, but only 7% have fully scaled it, highlighting the challenge of moving from AI adoption to business-wide impact

LONDON, Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — jaam automation has today launched M. by jaam, a new AI platform that brings people, systems and AI together, helping businesses understand how work gets done and gradually give AI more responsibility.

Business processes rarely run through a single system or team. Work, knowledge and decisions are spread across people, applications and different stages of a process, making it difficult for AI agents to understand what needs to happen next. As businesses move from experimenting with AI to asking it to take on real work, connecting AI to the wider business context is becoming critical.

M. by jaam coordinates work across people, systems and AI agents, giving organisations the visibility and control to introduce AI at their own pace. With 88%[2] of organisations now using AI but only 7% having fully scaled it, the challenge is shifting from adoption to making AI work effectively across the business. McKinsey found that while 80% of employees say AI has improved their individual productivity, only 37% of organisations report a positive impact on EBIT.

M by Jaam’s Context Engine

At the heart of M. is its Context Engine, which brings together information about the organisation, its knowledge and the work happening now and over time. This helps M. understand how work moves through the business and what needs to happen next, giving AI the context it needs to work within existing processes. As work happens, M. can learn from decisions, outcomes and patterns to improve future work and automation.

M. can use its own AI agents, as well as agents that a business has already built, allowing organisations to build on existing AI investments rather than start again.

Andrew Murphy, Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder at jaam automation said, “Many businesses have adopted AI incredibly quickly but are struggling to make it work across the business. Every organisation has its own processes, systems, people and ways of doing things. If we’re going to ask AI to take on more of that work, it needs to understand how the business actually works.”

He continued: “Business context is a bottleneck in AI adoption, and that’s the thinking behind M. by jaam. Businesses can build that understanding through the work they’re already doing, then introduce AI where it makes sense and give it more responsibility as confidence grows.”

Built around the technology businesses already have

M. is designed to work with the technology businesses already use, including Microsoft Azure AI, Copilot and Power Platform, as well as other business systems, the in-built agents within M. and custom-built applications. With the number of active Microsoft 365 agents growing 15x in a year[3], M. gives organisations a way to bring together the AI capabilities they already have alongside people, systems and business processes. Businesses can also bring their own AI agents into M., allowing them to build on existing investments rather than start again

Lucy Bourne, Co-Founder at Oaka Studio (a specialist Microsoft partner growth and strategy consultancy) said “AI is changing how organisations work, however successful adoption is about more than introducing new technology. It’s about bringing AI, people and existing systems together in a way that is practical, secure and governed. M. by Jaam provides a way to introduce AI progressively while maintaining visibility and control. Its alignment with the Microsoft ecosystem and ability to work with Microsoft Partners also provides a practical route for organisations already invested in Microsoft technologies to explore what agentic work can look like in practice.”

M. helps businesses move towards more automation, at their own pace

M. has been created to let organisations start with the technology and processes they already have, then introduce AI assistance, automate parts of the work and gradually increase the amount that AI can handle.

M. takes organisations through five stages:

Analyse – Understand requirements, information, knowledge and processes.Build – Turn that understanding into the structures and work needed.Work – Support live work with the right context and information.Intelligence – Monitor progress, spot risks and flag where action is needed.Optimisation – Identify where AI, agents and automation can improve the process.

The launch comes as businesses face a growing challenge in coordinating AI agents alongside people and existing technology. Gartner identified “Universal Orchestration” as an emerging enterprise challenge in February 2026, as organisations look to coordinate AI agents, bots and people across different systems and vendors.

M. sits within this wider shift towards Agentic Work Management, helping businesses coordinate work across people, systems and AI while building the context needed to introduce greater automation

About jaam automation

jaam automation helps organisations automate complex business processes, combining people, systems and AI to make work more efficient, resilient and scalable. About M. by jaam

M. by jaam is an Agentic Work Management platform from jaam automation that orchestrates work across people, AI agents and business systems. Its Context Engine brings together organisational knowledge, business processes, live work and historical data, giving people and AI the context they need to work effectively.

M. enables organisations to introduce AI progressively, deciding where people remain involved and where AI can take on greater responsibility. Its goal is to help businesses automate more routine work while enabling people to focus on judgement, creativity and direction.

Appointments of Professor Lawrence Loh, Associate Professor Eugene K.B. Tan, Professor Louis Chen and Farah Jaafar deepen RFI’s expertise in law, governance, digital policy and cross-border capital markets

SINGAPORE, Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The Responsible Fintech Institute (RFI) has appointed Professor Lawrence Loh, Associate Professor Eugene K.B. Tan, Professor Louis Chen and Ms Farah Jaafar as Executive Fellows. RFI has also elevated Distinguished Professor Patrick H. M. Loh, who joined as an Executive Fellow in April 2026, to Co-Founder, in recognition of his contributions to the Institute’s strategic direction.

The appointments come as digital finance goes mainstream and regulators, institutions and technology providers seek to ground innovation in digital assets, AI and cross-border payments in sound legal, ethical and governance foundations.

As Executive Fellows, they will engage regulators and standard-setting bodies, contribute to principles-based industry frameworks, and strengthen RFI’s partnerships across the region.

Welcoming the appointments, Chia Hock Lai, Chairman of RFI, said, “Lawrence, Eugene, Louis and Farah bring deep experience in law, governance, digital policy and capital market development, the disciplines that responsible digital finance depends on. I also congratulate Patrick on becoming a Co-Founder, recognising his central role in building the Institute.”

Professor Lawrence Loh is Director of the Centre for Governance and Sustainability at NUS Business School, where he leads the Singapore Governance and Transparency Index and the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard project. He holds a PhD in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is a regular commentator on governance and sustainability for outlets including the BBC, Bloomberg, CNN and The Straits Times.

“Trust is the foundation of every financial system, and it is built on transparency and good governance,” said Professor Lawrence Loh. “I am pleased to help RFI support an industry that grows responsibly and sustainably.”

Associate Professor Eugene K.B. Tan is Associate Professor of Law at Singapore Management University (SMU) and an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. Educated at the National University of Singapore, the London School of Economics and Stanford University, where he was a Fulbright Fellow, he specialises in constitutional and administrative law and the ethics and policy of artificial intelligence. He served as a Nominated Member of Parliament from 2012 to 2014 and, from 2019 to 2026, as Singapore’s Representative and Alternate Representative to the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights.

“As AI and digital assets reshape financial services, the key questions are about accountability and public trust, not just technology,” said Associate Professor Tan. “I look forward to helping RFI develop frameworks that are principled, practical and grounded in the rule of law.”

Professor Louis Chen is widely recognised for his contributions to digital governance, sustainable digital economy development and cross-sector institutional collaboration. Through his leadership at the Digital Governance Association (DGA), he has helped advance dialogue on responsible innovation, AI governance and the future of digital ecosystems.

“Trusted digital finance depends on governance that keeps pace with technology,” said Professor Chen. “I look forward to helping RFI bring policymakers, academics and industry together towards a secure, interoperable digital economy.”

Ms Farah Jaafar is a senior executive, board advisor and governance leader with close to 30 years of experience across capital markets, offshore finance, fintech and digital assets. As former Chief Executive Officer of Labuan IBFC Inc., she led the international positioning of Malaysia’s international business and financial centre as a regional hub for cross-border financial solutions. She has chaired risk committees in regulated brokerages and pioneered licensed fintech and digital asset infrastructure in Asia. She chairs the Women in Fintech Group of the Asia Fintech Alliance, which represents fintech associations across 15 Asian markets.

“A rising tide lifts all boats,” said Ms Jaafar. “Digital finance can widen access and create opportunity, but only if it earns the confidence of regulators, investors and the public. I look forward to strengthening that collaboration with RFI.”

Distinguished Professor Patrick H. M. Loh was conferred the inaugural Singapore Distinguished Professor title by Murdoch University, Australia, in 2024. He is Senior Fellow and Advisory Board Member at the Centre for Governance and Sustainability at NUS Business School, and Chairman of the Advisory Board at Murdoch University in Singapore. He was awarded the Public Service Star (BBM) and the Public Service Medal (PBM) by the President of the Republic of Singapore.

“The calibre of leaders joining us shows that responsible innovation needs collaboration across law, governance, industry and policy,” said Distinguished Professor Patrick Loh. “I look forward to expanding RFI’s impact across the region and beyond.”

The RFI Executive Fellowship is designed for senior leaders with at least 20 years of experience in executive leadership and a demonstrated track record in shaping financial policy or institutional strategy. Fellows are expected to operate with institutional neutrality while contributing to globally aligned and responsible financial systems.

TruTrade Introduces a New Era of Automated Trading for Retail Traders

Published

By

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Sept. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — TruTrade, a U.S.-based software company specializing in automated trading technology, is introducing a new era of automated trading designed to give retail traders access to sophisticated technology without the complexity traditionally associated with professional trading systems.

As financial markets and trading technology continue to evolve, retail traders are increasingly looking beyond conventional approaches that require constant chart monitoring, manual execution and active position management. TruTrade has developed its technology around a different approach: allowing software to handle key components of the trading process automatically.

TruTrade‘s automated trading technology is designed to execute and manage trades based on predefined parameters, reducing the need for users to continuously monitor markets throughout the trading session.

“The way people interact with the financial markets is changing,” said Brian Nutt, Co-Founder of TruTrade. “Technology has reached a point where sophisticated automation no longer needs to be limited to professional trading environments. Our goal is to make automated trading technology easier for retail traders to access, understand and use.”

Rather than requiring users to manually identify every potential opportunity and manage each position themselves, TruTrade‘s software is built to automate the trading process from execution through position management.

The company has focused heavily on simplifying the user experience while continuing to develop the underlying technology. This approach is designed to serve traders with varying levels of market experience, including individuals who may not have the time or desire to spend an entire trading session watching charts. TruTrade also provides prospective clients with access to recorded trading demonstrations, allowing them to see the company’s technology operating during actual market sessions.

As automated trading technology continues to evolve, TruTrade remains focused on bringing sophisticated trading capabilities once associated with professional trading environments to the retail market.
