RADIANT LOGISTICS ACQUIRES WHITACRE LOGISTICS’ DALLAS OPERATIONS

Strengthens Intermodal and Over-the-Road Brokerage Platform; Taps Jeff Vielhaber to Lead Network Development Efforts at Radiant Road & Rail

RENTON, Wash., Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Radiant Logistics, Inc. (NYSE American: RLGT), a leading provider of technology-enabled global transportation and value-added logistics solutions, today announced the acquisition of the Dallas Operations of Whitacre Logistics Services, LLC through its wholly owned subsidiary, Radiant Road & Rail, Inc., effective October 1, 2026. Whitacre’s Dallas Operations operates as an intermodal and over-the-road brokerage serving companies across a range of industries including building materials, industrial manufacturing and packaging. The Company structured the transaction similar to its previous transactions, with a portion of the expected purchase price payable in subsequent periods based on the future performance of the acquired operations.

On a post-closing basis, the acquired operations will operate as part of Radiant Road & Rail under the continued leadership of Jeff Vielhaber who will also assume responsibility for agent network development at Radiant Road & Rail. Jeff will report to Chris Brach, SVP and General Manager of Radiant’s U.S. brokerage operations.

QuickLogic Announces Inducement Grant Under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4)

SAN JOSE, Calif., Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — QuickLogic Corporation (NASDAQ: QUIK) (“QuickLogic” or the “Company”), a developer of embedded FPGA (eFPGA) Hard IP, Strategic Radiation Hardened and Antifuse FPGAs and ruggedized programmable logic solutions, today announced that the Compensation Committee of its Board of Directors granted restricted stock unit awards for 51,502 shares of the Company’s common stock (the “New-Hire RSUs”) to James Sullivan, the Company’s new Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. The award was previously announced on September 21, 2026 and granted by the Compensation Committee on October 5, 2026, as an inducement material to his entering into employment with the Company, pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4).
