VANCOUVER, BC, Oct. 8, 2026 /CNW/ — Intellistake Technologies Corp. (CSE: ISTK) (OTCQB: ISTKF) (FSE: E41) (“Intellistake” or the “Company”), today announced that its acquisition target NanoAi Technologies (“NanoAi”) has commenced laboratory testing of its standoff detection platform against Targeted Explosive Threat 001 at its Dallas-Richardson Op Center. NanoAi is a nanotechnology and artificial intelligence company that has developed a proprietary standoff detection platform for defense, with further applications in law enforcement, border security and critical infrastructure.
Since the acquisition was announced on August 4, 2026, NanoAi has established a dedicated operations center in the Dallas-Richardson area of Texas and assembled the leadership team behind its platform, as announced on October 6, 2026. NanoAi has previously demonstrated standoff detection in bench-level testing. Testing at that facility now extends that capability to the first targeted explosive, Targeted Explosive Threat 001, as explosives are the threat category NanoAi is addressing first.
A successful result would demonstrate that NanoAi’s platform can identify an explosive at standoff, and is expected to support NanoAi’s engagement with prospective defense customers. Further details will be provided as testing progresses.
Craig Micklich, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NanoAi Technologies, commented:
“I served 12 years as a U.S. Navy SEAL. In many situations, the only way to confirm a threat was to approach it. NanoAi is being built to remove that requirement. The platform has proven itself in bench-level testing. Now we take it to the first targeted explosive to validate the accuracy of our hardware and software.”
NanoAi’s Standoff Detection Platform for Defense
Widely used field screening methods, including swab-based screening and ion mobility spectrometry, require physical contact or close proximity to the object being tested. NanoAi’s platform is designed to perform standoff detection, removing the requirement for an operator to approach a suspected threat.
NanoAi has developed a proprietary sensor designed to identify specific threat signatures in the air without physical contact with the source.¹ The sensor is designed for wearable, drone, robotic, vehicle and fixed deployments. The platform is also designed to address multiple threat types. In future development, each sensor is roadmapped to include geolocation, with readings triangulated across a network, and results delivered in real time to operators in the field and to the task force.
Defense is NanoAi’s primary vertical. The platform is designed for battlefield protection, with sensors that can be embedded in operator gear or attached to quick-deployment drones, and for border and installation security.1
Gentex Ops-Core RAILINK Development License
NanoAi holds a license agreement with Gentex Corporation as a development partner for the Ops-Core RAILINK headborne platform, announced by Gentex in June 2025 here: https://www.gentexcorp.com/news/gentex-corporation-announces-agreements-with-new-partners-for-ops-core-railink-power-and-data-arc-rail-system/.
Gentex Corporation, headquartered in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, describes itself as a global leader in personal protection and situational awareness solutions for defense forces, emergency responders, and industrial personnel.2 Its Ops-Core helmet systems are in service with United States and allied forces, and Gentex has supplied U.S. Special Operations Command since that command’s activation in 1987.3
RAILINK is Gentex’s powered rail system for the Ops-Core helmet platform, designed to allow sensors, displays, augmented reality capability, and wireless devices to draw power and share data directly from the helmet. NanoAi was named as one of ten development partners granted licenses to build accessories on that platform, providing a defined integration path for NanoAi’s sensing technology. However, no device has been commercialized at this time.
Dallas-Richardson Op Center
NanoAi has signed a lease for a dedicated operations center in the Dallas-Richardson area of Texas, as announced on August 19, 2026. The facility is located in an established technology and defense corridor and houses the laboratory testing now underway, while supporting the scaling of NanoAi’s engineering, quality and operations teams.
How Intellistake Intends to Extend the Platform
NanoAi provides the detection hardware. Intellistake intends to provide the software to deploy and manage it at scale.
Intellistake’s AI and data infrastructure is intended to receive, process and route detection data from NanoAi’s sensors to operators and the task force in real time, across a full defense deployment, from individual operators to drones, vehicles and fixed installations.
Jason Dussault, Chief Executive Officer of Intellistake, commented:
“Defense is where standoff detection matters most, and it is where NanoAi’s platform is being targeted first. NanoAi has developed a wearable sensor designed to detect threats at standoff. Intellistake is acquiring that platform and intends to build the software to deploy it at scale. With the team and the facility in place, we will provide updates as testing progresses and on each subsequent milestone as it is reached.”

Gelb will lead all aspects of the business, while President and Founder Ken Wood will remain actively involved in key client relationships and LJM’s strategy for future growth.

With Rob at the helm, we are well positioned to keep investing in our people, technology, and services while staying focused on the results that matter most to those we serve.”
Prior to joining LJM, Gelb spent more than seven years as CEO of Valenz Health, where he transformed a single point-solution provider into an integrated healthcare platform spanning cost containment, payment integrity, and self-funded employer solutions. Under his leadership, Valenz completed eight acquisitions, grew from 62 to 520 employees, and achieved approximately 30% compound annual growth, including more than 15% organic growth. The company was named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in six of his seven years. Earlier in his career, he led strategy and growth at Coventry Workers’ Compensation Services and held senior leadership roles at York Risk Services Group, Intracorp, and Medlogix. CUJO AI and F-Secure Announce Strategic Partnership to Deliver Seamless Consumer Security Across Home and Mobile

Joint offering combines best-of-breed home network, endpoint and scam protection, helping Tier-1 CSPs strengthen consumer trust in the age of AI-driven threats.
LOS ANGELES, Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — CUJO AI, a global leader in cybersecurity, device and network intelligence for service providers, and F-Secure, a global leader in consumer cybersecurity and scam protection, today announced a strategic partnership to help the world’s leading Tier-1 Communication Service Providers (CSPs) deliver a seamless security experience that protects consumers across home networks and personal devices.
AI is rapidly changing the scam landscape, making fraudulent content easier to produce, more convincing and increasingly difficult for consumers to distinguish from legitimate interactions. At the same time, scams increasingly cross traditional boundaries between networks, devices, applications, and digital services.
The partnership brings together CUJO AI’s home network cybersecurity and granular device and network intelligence with F-Secure’s endpoint and embedded security capabilities, covering device, scam, identity and privacy protection. Together, the companies will help service providers protect consumers across the home network and individual devices while creating a seamless security experience at home and on the go. As consumers increasingly move between home broadband, mobile networks, applications and connected devices, their security needs extend across multiple environments. Yet protection is often delivered through separate products and experiences. CUJO AI and F-Secure are working together to simplify that landscape, helping service providers bring complementary cybersecurity capabilities into a more seamless and cohesive consumer experience.
“Consumers don’t think about security in silos; they simply expect to be protected wherever they connect,” said Remko Vos, CEO of CUJO AI. “We already enable service providers to protect millions of homes through advanced network-based cybersecurity, scam protection and device intelligence. By combining these capabilities with F-Secure’s endpoint security and scam protection expertise, we can help service providers close the gap between home network and device protection and create a more seamless security experience for consumers.”
CUJO AI provides cybersecurity directly at the home network level, protecting connected devices without requiring security software to be installed on each individual device. Its platform also provides deep intelligence into connected devices, applications and network behavior, helping service providers identify threats, understand their subscribers’ connected environments and deliver subscriber-facing security services at scale.
F-Secure complements these capabilities with endpoint and consumer cybersecurity solutions spanning device protection, scam protection, identity, privacy and embedded security, bringing visible value for consumers into everyday digital interactions. Together, the companies will reduce fragmentation between network and endpoint protection and help service providers deliver a more integrated security experience across home and mobile environments.
“The trust advantage for CSPs in the agentic AI era has never been clearer, and we recognize the importance of equipping the world’s leading providers to succeed in protecting their customers in a holistic way,” said Timo Laaksonen, President and CEO of F-Secure. “We are delighted to be partnering with CUJO AI to help us achieve this; this partnership demonstrates a natural evolution in providing the best-of-breed solution with holistic protection for an evolving threat landscape.”
Through the partnership, CUJO AI and F-Secure will collaborate with the world’s leading service providers on opportunities including integrated network and endpoint protection, seamless security across broadband and mobile environments, simplified customer experiences, and new security propositions designed to strengthen subscriber engagement, retention and monetization.
The partnership also creates opportunities to combine security and intelligence across the connected environment, helping operators better understand their customers’ devices and digital experiences while protecting them across multiple touchpoints.
About CUJO AI
CUJO AI enables service providers to understand, serve, and protect consumers with advanced cybersecurity and granular network and device intelligence. The CUJO AI Intelligence platform – built on 72,000 device models and deployed across 63 million homes – gives service providers deep, continuous visibility into every connected device and network behavior from day one.
CUJO AI Services delivers active security, digital parenting, and scam protection for service providers ready to monetize that intelligence with subscriber-facing products. Advanced AI algorithms help service providers uncover previously unavailable insights to raise the bar for customer experience and retention with new value propositions and improved operations.
CUJO AI is trusted by the world’s largest broadband operators, including Comcast, Charter Communications, T-Mobile, Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom, TELUS, Sky Italia, Sky UK, Rogers, Cox, Shaw, Videotron, BT and EE.
