Think41 Earns Claude Select Partner Status With Company-Wide Learning and Proven Customer Delivery

Published

A few Thinkers started learning to build with Claude. Then the whole company followed.

BENGALURU, India, Oct. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Think41 today announced that it has achieved Select Partner status in the Claude Partner Network Services Track, the program Anthropic runs for firms that build and deliver with Claude. Think41 identifies itself as the world’s first full-stack GenAI company to achieve this status with 100% of its workforce completing the Anthropic-recommended Claude Partner Network (CPN) learning path. The recognition brings together the team’s technical expertise, deployed customer solutions and a published customer success story.

A few people at Think41 began learning to build with Claude. They shared what they learned and helped colleagues get started. The effort spread across engineering and delivery, then into Design, HR, Finance and Recruitment. Eventually, it reached the whole organisation. Think41 calls its employees ‘Thinkers’. This time, every Thinker took part.

Fast facts

Think41 is a Select Partner in Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network Services Track100% of Think41’s workforce completed the Anthropic-recommended CPN learning path, including HR, Finance and Recruitment, according to Think41Think41 now has 15+ Claude Certified professionals across Associate and Professional credentialsThink41 built a Claude-powered intelligence layer that runs nine AI-powered workflows in production for Fireside Ventures, according to Think41’s published case study

Why Did Think41 Train Its Whole Company on Claude?

For Think41, being AI-native means everyone can ask how AI could improve their work, from hiring and onboarding to financial analysis, design and IT support. Anthropic’s initial guidance asked Think41 to nominate ten people to complete the CPN learning path, focusing on those who would anchor its Claude practice. Think41 extended that learning across the organisation, including HR, Finance and Recruitment. The CPN learning path gave teams a shared foundation for exploring those possibilities and taking responsibility for how they put AI to use.

Some Thinkers went further, pursuing Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (CCAF) certification. Their roles and starting points differed, but the opportunity to deepen their understanding extended beyond engineering.

“Coming from a product background, I wanted to understand how Claude could shape what we build and how people use it. Earning CCAF certification helped me deepen that understanding. Seeing colleagues from HR, Finance, Recruitment, Design and IT learn alongside engineers made it clear that this was something the whole company could contribute to.” – Anusha Aravapalli, Manager, Growth & Partnerships, Think41

Ownership Is the Culture

Ownership showed up in what people did with their learning. Think41’s first few CCAF certifications became an opportunity to help colleagues build confidence and understand the practical value of the programme. Sharing that knowledge brought the learning back into the team, giving others a clearer starting point for their own study.

“The learning gave me a practical foundation for using AI effectively. After completing the certification, I held an Ask Me Anything session so colleagues could ask questions and understand what to expect. I wanted them to feel confident taking it on, and to see how the learning could help in the work they do.” – Rahul Raj, Senior Engineering Manager, Think41

Within engineering, that same commitment extends to deeper technical study: 20% of the engineering team now holds a Claude certification.

Across functions, the ambition is to carry that ownership into everyday work: questioning how a process could improve, where Claude could help and what greater autonomy would require. Learning gives people the foundation to explore those questions; ownership means following through on the work and taking responsibility for the outcome.

Ownership in Customer Delivery

That ownership also extends to customer delivery. Think41’s teams are deploying Claude-powered solutions within enterprise business processes.

At Fireside Ventures, that work took the form of a Claude-powered intelligence layer for investment and portfolio operations. Think41 connected information across documents, data and business tools through nine AI-powered workflows. The solution is deployed in production and actively used by Fireside’s investment and portfolio teams.

According to Think41’s published case study, cohort-level analysis that previously took up to two days now takes around 10 minutes. Portfolio information can be refreshed weekly instead of monthly, giving teams more frequent access to updated insights.

The Fireside engagement shows how learning translates into deployed work. Think41’s teams take responsibility from design and testing through deployment, with the business outcome guiding the solution.

Sharing the Learning With Enterprise Leaders

Think41 has also conducted Claude workshops with leadership teams at large enterprises. Clients have appreciated these sessions for making AI’s possibilities tangible, with many leaders finding the breadth and maturity of current capabilities eye-opening. The workshops extend the team’s learning into conversations about where AI can improve business processes and what it takes to put those ideas into practice.

“Being AI-native should shape how every Thinker approaches work. Our role is to give people the foundation and confidence to ask better questions, improve how work gets done and take responsibility for the result. That is the culture we want to keep building, inside Think41 and in our work with customers.” – Himanshu Varshney, Co-Founder, Think41

What Claude Select Partner Status Means for Clients

Enterprises are asking how to move from AI experiments to AI that works at scale. Think41’s answer starts with its own team: people who learned Claude together and now deliver with it.

Think41 plans to build on this effort through further certification and enterprise delivery. As more Thinkers deepen their expertise, sharing what they learn will remain part of the work.

Tongwei’s TNC 2.0 FULLX G12R-48: A New Residential Solar Module Designed to Get More from Every Rooftop

Published

on

By

CHENGDU, China, Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Tongwei Solar has introduced the TNC 2.0 FULLX G12R-48, a 48-cell residential solar module delivering up to 490 W at 24.5% efficiency in a compact 1,762 × 1,134 × 30 mm format. Available in Full Black and Black Frame versions, it combines high power output with strong energy generation, installation flexibility and a design suited to modern homes. Zander Yuan, Director of Product & Technology at Tongwei Solar, explains how the module helps homeowners get more from their available roof space.

What makes the TNC 2.0 FULLX G12R-48 stand out from other rooftop solar modules?

Residential rooftops often have limited space, so every module needs to deliver more. The TNC 2.0 FULLX G12R-48 reaches 490 W, around 30 W more than conventional TOPCon modules of a comparable format, helping homeowners install more capacity without increasing the number of modules.

A module’s rated power is only one measure of its performance. Under Tongwei’s test conditions, the module achieved an average 3.3% higher per-watt energy generation than copper-plated back-contact (BC) modules. This advantage is supported by lower leakage current and stronger low-light performance. Comparative testing shows that at an irradiance of 200 W/m², a TNC module retains 19.42 W of an initial 100 W, compared with 18.60 W for a copper-plated BC module. By reducing leakage-related losses and performing better under weak sunlight, the module can make more effective use of available sunlight, particularly in the early morning and late afternoon.

How do these performance advantages translate into real value for homeowners?

What matters to homeowners is how much electricity their system generates over time, not just the power rating on the module. In tests conducted in Yancheng, the TNC module achieved 447.56 equivalent full-load hours, compared with 433.27 for copper-plated BC modules. Its generation advantage reached up to 12.32% during early morning and late afternoon under the tested conditions.

These gains can help households make better use of their rooftop systems, including during periods when electricity prices are higher. Higher generation per watt can also create opportunities to reduce upfront costs. Based on specific pricing assumptions, a 485 W TNC module could deliver comparable energy output to a 500 W copper-plated BC module, potentially saving more than €400 in module costs for a 12-module system. Actual results and savings will depend on installation conditions, local electricity tariffs and product pricing.

How does the module adapt to different rooftops, and what about its appearance and durability?

Not every rooftop has an ideal orientation or remains free of dust. German-condition simulations showed lower low-light generation losses for the TNC module across different orientations than for the copper-plated BC module tested. It also recorded smaller power losses under light, moderate and heavy soiling conditions, helping maintain energy output when conditions are less than ideal.

Appearance matters too, particularly for residential installations. The TNC 2.0 FULLX G12R-48 comes in Full Black and Black Frame versions to suit different roof designs. Its zero-cell-gap layout and concealed current-collection features create a clean, uniform look without sacrificing performance. The dual-glass construction and protective sealing are designed to support long-term reliability in outdoor environments.

How does the TNC 2.0 FULLX G12R-48 fit into Tongwei’s vision for residential solar?

Residential solar needs to balance power, energy generation, installation flexibility and appearance. A module that performs well on paper must also make sense for the roof it goes on and the people who live beneath it.

The TNC 2.0 FULLX G12R-48 brings these priorities together in a compact format. Its high power output helps maximise installed capacity, its energy-generation performance supports better use of available sunlight, and its two design options give homeowners greater choice.

Ultimately, the goal is to make residential solar more practical and valuable, helping homeowners get more from every rooftop.

Toku Brings Carrier-Grade APAC Connectivity to Zoom Contact Center

Published

Toku’s local numbers and voice connectivity for Zoom Phone now extend to Zoom Contact Center across 14 Asia Pacific markets.

SINGAPORE, Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Toku Ltd. (SGX: TKU) (“Toku” or the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), a Singapore-headquartered AI-powered customer experience (CX) platform, has extended its carrier-grade local numbering and public switched telephone network (PSTN) connectivity to Zoom Contact Center, giving enterprises a new choice of connectivity provider in Asia Pacific, selectable directly in the Zoom web portal. Toku has been a Zoom connectivity partner for Zoom Phone since 2021; the integration brings the same service to Zoom’s contact centre platform.

Contact centres place heavier demands on voice quality, local presence and regulatory compliance than internal telephony, and AI raises the bar again. Enterprises on Zoom Contact Centre can now deploy AI virtual agents that talk to their customers alongside human teams, and every one of those calls still needs a local number and in-country routing. Those pressures compound when operations span markets with different carrier and numbering rules.

That is why Toku was built from the network up. It owns the connectivity and the AI layer above it, and the volume of voice traffic it carried rose in the first half of 2026, as reported in July. Enterprises can deploy the full 360° CX Platform or take one element on its own, such as connectivity, alongside the software they already use.

“The most underrated line item in AI infrastructure is the carrier contract. A voice agent is only as fast as the network it answers over, and in Asia Pacific that is settled carrier by carrier, country by country. Toku exists to be the infrastructure that voice agents run on, and from today Zoom Contact Center customers can build on it without leaving the platform they have chosen,” said Thomas Laboulle, Founder and CEO of Toku.

To get started, customers select Toku as their provider in the Zoom Admin Center, while Toku contracts with the customer separately from the Zoom subscription for connectivity, numbering and usage. The service for Zoom Contact Center is available in 14 markets: Australia, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
