BALI, Indonesia, Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Global multi-asset broker VT Markets has announced a year-long partnership as the Official Partner of Island Sports Club, a premier sports and lifestyle network with locations in Canggu and Uluwatu, Bali, Indonesia.

At its core, trading and sporting activities like padel demand the same mindset: focus, calm under pressure, and flawless execution. Whether analyzing global markets or stepping onto the court, success comes down to discipline and mastering the game. Grounded in a shared commitment to discipline and power of community, the partnership reflects VT Markets’ standard for global trading alongside Island Sports Club’s benchmark for athletic excellence.

To mark the launch of the partnership, VT Markets participated as the title sponsor for the highly-popular Island Cup 4 Padel Competition held from October 2 to 4 at Island Sports Club Canggu. The three-day tournament brought together over 250 players and attracted over 2,800 spectators. Competitors battled for an IDR 100 million total prize pool, led by an IDR 20 million cash prize and partner rewards for the Platinum division champions.

Coinciding with the tournament, VT Markets also hosted an exclusive private event from October 2–5 for its top-performing regional partners. Joined by Daniel Munday, Principal Analyst, who led an exclusive sharing session on key market trends and industry outlooks, the four-day trip served as a dual celebration of commercial milestones and community building. The event gave partners the opportunity to experience Bali’s premium active lifestyle, connect directly with VT Markets leadership, and get an insider’s view of the brand’s strategic partnership with Island Sports Club live from the stands.

As VT Markets expands and deepens its presence globally, this year-long collaboration marks the first of many initiatives bridging the worlds of high-performance finance and active lifestyle culture.

GreenStreetAI™ Expands Its MCP Server with Green Street News and New Packaged Workflows

News adds trusted context to every prompt, while new workflows deliver consistent, ready-to-use Green Street intelligence.

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Green Street, the leading provider of Real Assets intelligence, data, news, and predictive analytics, today announced two significant expansions to its MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server: the launch of News, which is live now, and the introduction of new MCP workflows designed to help clients get even more value from their Green Street MCP experience inside Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI platforms.

News brings context to every prompt

Green Street News is the leading global commercial real estate (CRE) news source, delivering breaking stories across the UK, EU, Australia, Canada, and the U.S. With the News tool, users can ask natural-language questions about Green Street News coverage and receive a synthesized answer with a link back to the full article on the Green Street platform. For clients already using Green Street’s existing MCP connectors, News adds a valuable layer of context to every prompt. Whether a question draws on Research, Company Data, Market Data, Forecasts, or Sales Comps, News brings in the developments, transactions, and market activity behind the numbers, so that answers are more complete and better informed.

Because the MCP Server allows datasets to be combined within a single conversation, clients can move from a headline to the underlying data, or from a data point to the story behind it, without leaving the AI tool they already use.

New workflows put Green Street intelligence to work faster

Green Street is also launching a new set of MCP workflows that go beyond single-question retrieval. Each workflow delivers a structured, purpose-built view of Green Street intelligence that is consistent, shareable, and ready to use every time it is run, helping clients save time and standardize how they put Green Street content to work across their teams.

Available workflows include, for example, Ask Green Street Concierge and Get Green Street Digest. Green Street will continue to expand the library by adding new packaged workflows on a regular basis, giving clients a growing set of ways to put Green Street intelligence to work.

“Data is most powerful when it is paired with context. With News now part of the MCP Server, every prompt can draw on the stories behind the numbers, and our new workflows give clients a consistent, ready-to-use way to turn Green Street intelligence into action. We will continue to add new workflows regularly, so that clients get more value from the MCP Server over time,” said Richard Neale, Chief Product Officer at Green Street.

The News tool and the first MCP workflows are available now to Green Street MCP Server clients. Visit greenstreet.com to book a demo and experience the expanded MCP Server.

New AI-Native Wi-Fi 8 Gateway combines next-generation connectivity, local AI computing, and intelligent software

TAIPEI, Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Gemtek Technology Co., Ltd. announced it is highlighting an AI-native Wi-Fi 8 broadband gateway at Network X 2026, developed in collaboration with Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. and gFiber, Inc. to bring Edge AI and next-generation connectivity into the home.

Built on the Qualcomm Dragonwing™ NPro A8 Elite Platform, the gateway is engineered by Gemtek and powered by intelligent software from Genix Networks, a Gemtek subsidiary, with gFiber as the launch service provider. It combines Wi-Fi 8 Quad-Band connectivity, Edge AI computing, and intelligent software for a more responsive broadband experience.

Bringing Intelligence into the Home Gateway

Designed as a home internet hub and a local platform for agentic AI, the gateway supports network optimization, device awareness, security, and proactive management.

Subscribers can use natural-language voice commands to manage their home network and access supported services. Local processing of supported requests can help protect privacy, improve responsiveness, and reduce reliance on the cloud.

Network Intelligence for the User Experience

Genix software connects the gateway, devices, and network through an AI-driven interface. Voice-controlled application integration lets users ask about device activity, performance, and security, and take supported actions.

Reimagining the Role of CPE

Gemtek reimagines Customer Premises Equipment as a striking living-room centerpiece. Combining thoughtful design with intuitive interaction, the gateway brings home connectivity and everyday services into a device people want to see and use.

Roles Across the Collaboration

Qualcomm provides advanced connectivity and AI platform technologies for next-generation intelligent edge devices.

Gemtek leads product and AI system innovation, integrating hardware and Genix software into a carrier-grade gateway.

gFiber defines the subscriber experience and will be the first operator to deploy the gateway.

Together, the three companies are exploring a new broadband model that integrates technology, product and AI system innovation, and service experience from the platform level through to the subscriber experience, with commercial deployment targeted for 2027.

“Bringing intelligence to broadband is as much an integration challenge as a technology challenge. This collaboration combines Qualcomm’s Wi-Fi 8 platform and gFiber’s subscriber experience with Gemtek’s product engineering and Genix software. Together, we are creating a product that operators can deploy and subscribers can use in everyday life.”
