WeInfuse and Clarion Partner to Bring AI Agents to the Infusion and Pharmacy Front Office

Published

on

Clarion’s AI agents connect directly to WeInfuse to resolve routine patient calls using live order, authorization, and appointment data.

DALLAS, Oct. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — WeInfuse, the premier software platform for infusion providers and pharmacies, announced a strategic partnership with Clarion, an end-to-end platform that runs the front office for medical practices with AI agents.

As demand for infusion therapy continues to grow, providers and pharmacies face increasing administrative demands, from managing inbound phone calls and scheduling requests to coordinating referrals and prescription refills. Through this partnership, WeInfuse and Clarion are bringing AI agents into infusion operations, helping clinical teams automate routine communications, improve responsiveness, and dedicate more time to patient care.

WeInfuse’s cloud-based platform manages the end-to-end workflows of infusion providers and pharmacies, including intake, scheduling, clinical documentation, inventory management, dispensing, and billing. Clarion connects directly to WeInfuse, so its agents see each patient’s orders, prior authorization status, and upcoming appointments in real time. They resolve routine calls end to end and route everything else to the patient’s clinic. Together, the two platforms cover not only the clinical and operational aspects of infusion care, but also the communications that connect patients and care teams.

“As a physician, I’ve seen firsthand how administrative work pulls clinical teams away from the patients who need them,” said Clarion Co-Founder & CEO Ryan Gallagher, MD. “Infusion is one of the most operationally complex areas of care. Every treatment depends on the order, the authorization, and the chair all lining up at the right time. Connected directly to WeInfuse, Clarion’s agents run that front office work end to end, so infusion providers and pharmacies can grow without burning out their teams.”

“Our clients have enough on their plates without having to spend so much of their day answering phones, managing scheduling requests, and chasing down information,” said WeInfuse Co-Founder & CEO Bryan Johnson. “We see a tremendous opportunity for AI to take some of that work off their hands. That’s what makes this partnership with Clarion so exciting. It’s another way we can help our clients operate more efficiently and give their teams more time to focus on patients.”

Medix Infusion, a national multi-site infusion center and pharmacy organization and a longtime Clarion customer, is the first provider to utilize the WeInfuse and Clarion integration, and is already seeing positive results. Clarion’s agents now work directly from Medix’s data in WeInfuse, using the same orders, authorizations, and schedules the Medix team relies on every day. “Our team spends a lot of time on the phone coordinating care, answering questions, and making sure patients have what they need,” said Medix CEO & President Carmine DeNardo. “That’s an important part of what we do, but it’s also time-consuming. We saw an opportunity with WeInfuse and Clarion to make that process easier for our team and our patients, and we’re already seeing the benefits. It’s helping our team work more efficiently, and we’re excited to see what else we can accomplish as we continue leveraging the integration.”

SAN DIEGO, Oct. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Shareholder rights law firm Robbins LLP reminds investors that a class action was filed on behalf of all persons who purchased or otherwise acquired D-Wave (NYSE: QBTS) securities between February 26, 2026 and August 25, 2026, inclusive (the “Class Period”). D-Wave is a company engaged in quantum computing.

The complaint alleges that D-Wave overstated its business and financial prospects.

The complaint alleges that D-Wave overstated its business and financial prospects.

Investors who purchased D-Wave Quantum Inc. securities during the Class Period and suffered significant losses should contact Robbins LLP before December 15, 2026 for information about the lawsuit.

Why Was D-Wave Sued?

According to the complaint, during the Class Period, defendants failed to disclose that:

(i) defendants materially overstated D-Wave’s business and financial prospects;
(ii) the foregoing was reasonably likely to negatively impact the Company’s business and reputation; and
(iii) as a result, defendants’ public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.

Why Did D-Wave Stock Drop?

According to the complaint, the truth started to emerge on August 6, 2026, when D-Wave announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2026. Among other things, D-Wave reported revenue of just $3.08 million, compared to $3.1 million for the same period in the prior year, falling short of analyst expectations ranging from $4.03 million to $4.08 million. On this news, D-Wave’s stock price declined $1.99 per share, or 9.28%, to close at $19.41 per share on August 6, 2026.

Then, on August 25, 2026, D-Wave issued a press release “announc[ing] that John Markovich is retiring and thus resigning from his position as Chief Financial Officer effective September 2, 2026.” On this news, D-Wave’s stock price fell $1.84 per share, or 9.51%, closing at $17.51 per share on August 26, 2026.

What Can D-Wave Shareholders Do Now?

Investors who purchased D-Wave Quantum Inc. securities during the Class Period may be eligible to serve as lead plaintiff. The lead plaintiff is a court-appointed investor who represents the interests of all class members throughout the litigation. Stockholders who wish to seek appointment as lead plaintiff should contact Robbins LLP before the December 15, 2026 deadline for information about the appointment process.

Shareholders do not need to serve as lead plaintiff to share in any potential recovery. Investors who do not seek appointment may remain absent class members.

Does It Cost Anything to Participate?

No. Robbins LLP represents investors on a contingency fee basis, with no upfront or out-of-pocket fees or expenses.

Published

on

By

SINGAPORE, Oct. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — BUUU Group Limited (Nasdaq: BUUU) (“BUUU” or the “Company”) today announced that its board of directors has approved a ten-for-one (10-for-1) forward split of the Company’s ordinary shares, to be effected by subdividing each of the Company’s issued and unissued Class A ordinary shares and Class B ordinary shares into ten shares of the same class (the “Share Subdivision”). The Share Subdivision is intended to make the Company’s Class A ordinary shares more accessible to a broader base of investors and to enhance their trading liquidity. Subject to processing by Nasdaq, the Class A ordinary shares are expected to begin trading on a split-adjusted basis on the Nasdaq Capital Market at market open on October 26, 2026, under the Company’s existing symbol “BUUU.”

The Share Subdivision follows BUUU’s completion on September 15, 2026 of its acquisition of a 60% equity interest in Brightray Science Inc., through which the Company has established industrialized AI data center delivery as its core growth business.

Details of the Share Subdivision

Key date. The Class A ordinary shares are expected to begin trading on a split-adjusted basis on the Nasdaq Capital Market at market open on October 26, 2026.

Ratio and mechanics. As a result of the Share Subdivision, each issued Class A ordinary share and each issued Class B ordinary share will be automatically subdivided into ten shares of the same class. As a result, each shareholder will hold ten shares of the relevant class for every share held immediately before the Share Subdivision (equivalent to nine additional shares for each share held). The Class A ordinary shares will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “BUUU.” The new CUSIP number of the Class A ordinary shares following the Share Subdivision will be G1739L110.

Authorized and outstanding shares. In connection with the Share Subdivision, the maximum number of shares the Company is authorized to issue will increase proportionately from 500,000,000 shares of no par value, divided into 250,000,000 Class A ordinary shares and 250,000,000 Class B ordinary shares, to 5,000,000,000 shares of no par value, divided into 2,500,000,000 Class A ordinary shares and 2,500,000,000 Class B ordinary shares.

Rights and ownership unchanged. The rights and restrictions attaching to each class of shares will remain unchanged, including the voting rights of one vote per Class A ordinary share and twenty votes per Class B ordinary share, and all shares of each class resulting from the Share Subdivision will rank pari passu in all respects with each other. The Share Subdivision will not change any shareholder’s percentage ownership interest or voting power in the Company. No fractional shares will result from the Share Subdivision.

No action required unless you hold physical certificates. No action is required by shareholders. Shareholders who hold Class A ordinary shares through a bank, broker or other nominee will have their positions automatically adjusted to reflect the Share Subdivision, subject to their nominee’s particular processes. The Company’s transfer agent, VStock Transfer, LLC (“VStock”), will update the holdings of registered shareholders in book-entry form. Registered shareholders holding share certificates will be asked to deliver a letter of transmittal to VStock to surrender their certificates to VStock in exchange for the right to receive post-Share Subdivision ordinary shares in electronic, book-entry form.

Outstanding securities. Proportionate adjustments will be made, to the extent provided by their respective terms, to the number of Class A ordinary shares issuable upon the exercise, conversion or settlement of, and to the exercise price or other per-share terms of, the Company’s outstanding warrants and other securities exercisable for, convertible into or settleable in Class A ordinary shares.

Approval. The Share Subdivision was approved by the Company’s board of directors on September 28, 2026.

The Company will furnish a copy of this press release to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on Form 6-K.
