on

Market expands at 12.96% CAGR; direct-to-chip liquid cooling grows to USD 17.33 billion while retrofit spending reaches USD 18.41 billion by 2035

LONDON, Oct. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The “Green Data Center Market – Growth, Share, Opportunities & Competitive Analysis, 2026-2035” report has been added to the DC Market Insights offering. The global Green Data Center Market was valued at USD 26.71 billion in 2025 and is projected to reach USD 90.38 billion by 2035, growing at a CAGR of 12.96%. AI-driven rack density is increasing the value of efficient power and cooling systems per MW, while water constraints, grid pressure and energy costs are pushing operators to combine liquid cooling, heat reuse, renewable power and facility retrofits.

Key Takeaways

AI halls carried approximately USD 3.09 million of green power and cooling content per MW in 2025, materially increasing green infrastructure value per unit of IT capacity.Direct-to-chip liquid cooling is projected to grow from USD 2.41 billion in 2025 to USD 17.33 billion by 2035.Retrofit spending is forecast to increase from USD 5.21 billion to USD 18.41 billion as existing facilities adapt to denser AI workloads and stricter efficiency targets.North America led with 41.4% of the 2025 market, followed by Asia Pacific at 28.4% and Europe at 21.3%.Grid capacity is an increasingly important constraint, making energy efficiency a capacity-enablement issue rather than only an ESG objective.

Scope & Segmentation – Green Data Center Market

The report covers green data center power solutions, cooling solutions, monitoring and management software and services. It evaluates air cooling with economizers, direct-to-chip liquid cooling, immersion cooling, rear-door and in-row heat exchangers and heat reuse systems across hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, edge and modular facilities.

“Green data center investment is moving from a compliance conversation to a capacity conversation. AI racks create more heat and draw more power, so efficient cooling, power distribution and reuse strategies can determine whether a site can support the next phase of compute growth. The strongest opportunities are therefore in technologies that improve both sustainability and usable capacity.”

– Satyabrat Rajawat, Senior Research Analyst, Strategic Advisory, DC Market Insights, report author

Why This Report Matters

Data center growth is increasingly limited by power and water availability. Green infrastructure can unlock capacity by reducing facility overhead, improving PUE and supporting higher rack densities. The report provides investors, operators and equipment vendors with a market view that connects sustainability spending directly to AI density, retrofit requirements and regional infrastructure constraints.

Market Overview

The market increased from USD 7.25 billion in 2020 to USD 26.71 billion in 2025 as operators invested in more efficient power, cooling and control systems. AI infrastructure is accelerating this shift because high-density halls require advanced thermal management and greater electrical efficiency. The forecast also includes a growing retrofit market as existing data centers are upgraded rather than replaced.

Market Insights

Direct-to-chip liquid cooling is one of the clearest growth pools, but the market extends beyond cooling. Power quality, monitoring software, economization, heat reuse and water-saving designs all contribute to green infrastructure spending. Europe remains strategically important due to efficiency and sustainability requirements, while North America leads in absolute spending and Asia Pacific benefits from rapid new capacity deployment.

Why Was D-Wave Sued?

(ii) the foregoing was reasonably likely to negatively impact the Company’s business and reputation; and
(iii) as a result, defendants’ public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.

Why Did D-Wave Stock Drop?

According to the complaint, the truth started to emerge on August 6, 2026, when D-Wave announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2026. Then, on August 25, 2026, D-Wave issued a press release “announc[ing] that John Markovich is retiring and thus resigning from his position as Chief Financial Officer effective September 2, 2026.” On this news, D-Wave’s stock price fell $1.84 per share, or 9.51%, closing at $17.51 per share on August 26, 2026.

What Can D-Wave Shareholders Do Now?

Published

on

By

SINGAPORE, Oct. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — BUUU Group Limited (Nasdaq: BUUU) (“BUUU” or the “Company”) today announced that its board of directors has approved a ten-for-one (10-for-1) forward split of the Company’s ordinary shares, to be effected by subdividing each of the Company’s issued and unissued Class A ordinary shares and Class B ordinary shares into ten shares of the same class (the “Share Subdivision”). The Share Subdivision is intended to make the Company’s Class A ordinary shares more accessible to a broader base of investors and to enhance their trading liquidity. Subject to processing by Nasdaq, the Class A ordinary shares are expected to begin trading on a split-adjusted basis on the Nasdaq Capital Market at market open on October 26, 2026, under the Company’s existing symbol “BUUU.”

The Share Subdivision follows BUUU’s completion on September 15, 2026 of its acquisition of a 60% equity interest in Brightray Science Inc., through which the Company has established industrialized AI data center delivery as its core growth business.

Details of the Share Subdivision

Key date. The Class A ordinary shares are expected to begin trading on a split-adjusted basis on the Nasdaq Capital Market at market open on October 26, 2026.

Ratio and mechanics. As a result of the Share Subdivision, each issued Class A ordinary share and each issued Class B ordinary share will be automatically subdivided into ten shares of the same class. As a result, each shareholder will hold ten shares of the relevant class for every share held immediately before the Share Subdivision (equivalent to nine additional shares for each share held). The Class A ordinary shares will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “BUUU.” The new CUSIP number of the Class A ordinary shares following the Share Subdivision will be G1739L110.

Authorized and outstanding shares. In connection with the Share Subdivision, the maximum number of shares the Company is authorized to issue will increase proportionately from 500,000,000 shares of no par value, divided into 250,000,000 Class A ordinary shares and 250,000,000 Class B ordinary shares, to 5,000,000,000 shares of no par value, divided into 2,500,000,000 Class A ordinary shares and 2,500,000,000 Class B ordinary shares.

Rights and ownership unchanged. The rights and restrictions attaching to each class of shares will remain unchanged, including the voting rights of one vote per Class A ordinary share and twenty votes per Class B ordinary share, and all shares of each class resulting from the Share Subdivision will rank pari passu in all respects with each other. The Share Subdivision will not change any shareholder’s percentage ownership interest or voting power in the Company. No fractional shares will result from the Share Subdivision.

No action required unless you hold physical certificates. No action is required by shareholders. Shareholders who hold Class A ordinary shares through a bank, broker or other nominee will have their positions automatically adjusted to reflect the Share Subdivision, subject to their nominee’s particular processes. The Company’s transfer agent, VStock Transfer, LLC (“VStock”), will update the holdings of registered shareholders in book-entry form. Registered shareholders holding share certificates will be asked to deliver a letter of transmittal to VStock to surrender their certificates to VStock in exchange for the right to receive post-Share Subdivision ordinary shares in electronic, book-entry form.

Outstanding securities. Proportionate adjustments will be made, to the extent provided by their respective terms, to the number of Class A ordinary shares issuable upon the exercise, conversion or settlement of, and to the exercise price or other per-share terms of, the Company’s outstanding warrants and other securities exercisable for, convertible into or settleable in Class A ordinary shares.

Approval. The Share Subdivision was approved by the Company’s board of directors on September 28, 2026.

The Company will furnish a copy of this press release to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on Form 6-K.
