AI Match, AI Candidate Summary, and AI Interview help frontline employers evaluate candidates faster and more consistently while keeping hiring decisions in human hands.

CHICAGO, Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Hireology, the hiring platform built for frontline, skilled-labor, and multi-location employers, today announced the general availability of its AI Hiring Intelligence suite. Featuring AI Match, AI Candidate Summary, and AI Interview, the suite helps hiring teams review applications, identify relevant qualifications, and conduct structured screening interviews. Among customers using AI Match, average time to hire decreased by 20%, from 15.5 to 12.4 days.

Hireology’s new AI Hiring Intelligence suite helps employers review applicants faster, cutting time to hire by 20%

For many frontline employers, rising application volume has made it harder to identify the right candidates quickly. Auto-apply tools and one-click applications add to the workload for managers who are often hiring while running the business. In Hireology’s 2026 Survey, 63% of employers cited candidate quality and skills alignment as their biggest hiring challenge. Yet, 40% have not implemented AI in their hiring workflows, and 70% rate their understanding of AI as moderate or limited.

“Too many qualified candidates get lost in applications that hiring managers simply don’t have time to review,” said Adam Robinson, CEO and Co-Founder of Hireology. “We’re building AI to help managers give more applicants meaningful consideration and spend more time getting to know the people they could hire. The decisions about who moves forward and who gets hired belong to the employer. Our job is to help them make those decisions with better information and less administrative work.”

Built around the realities of frontline hiring

Hireology developed its AI solutions in-house to address the needs of frontline employers, where role-specific qualifications matter, managers balance hiring with daily operations, and candidates often apply around their shifts. That development draws on 16 years of experience supporting hiring across more than 20,000 employers, encompassing 56 million applications and 1.3 million hires.

The AI Hiring Intelligence suite brings three capabilities into the hiring workflow:

AI Match evaluates applicants against employer-defined, job-specific attributes, including relevant certifications and licenses. Managers can see the evidence behind each evaluation, helping them quickly identify qualifications that align with the role. Built-in safeguards flag potentially discriminatory criteria during setup.AI Candidate Summary turns each application into a concise summary of candidate strengths, areas to explore further, and tailored interview questions, helping managers prepare for more productive conversations.AI Interview provides structured voice screening that candidates can complete on their own schedule in a supported language of their choice. Responses are evaluated against consistent, job-specific criteria and delivered with a complete transcript for the hiring team to review. The tool does not automatically advance or decline candidates.

Together, these tools help employers evaluate more candidates consistently while giving managers more time to focus on interviews, relationships, and hiring decisions.

Faster review, faster offers, faster hiring

Across 614 active customers evaluating 46,618 applicants in 2026, accounts using AI Match saw improvements at several stages of the hiring process:

20% reduction in average time to hire: From 15.5 days before implementation to 12.4 days.Faster initial application review: From 2.8 days to 1.9 days.Faster time to offer: From 10.1 days to 8.5 days.

Employers also saw faster hiring for key frontline roles. Average time to hire for automotive service technicians decreased from 17.9 to 14.0 days, while healthcare caregiver hiring decreased from 13.8 to 10.5 days.

Hireology customer Leppo Rents has also used AI Match and AI Candidate Summary to streamline high-volume hiring. Read the Leppo Rents customer story to learn more.

“At Chelsea, we seek to partner with organisations that share our ambition and innovative mindset. We are pleased to welcome Sokin to the Chelsea family and look forward to working together in the years ahead.”

Private investment comes as Arcanus builds out Canadian manufacturing capacity for autonomous aerial systems

DUBAI, UAE, Oct. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Yazan Al Homsi, a UAE-based investor and managing partner of Catalyst Communications DMCC, has invested US$500,000 in Arcanus Aerial Systems Inc., a Toronto-headquartered developer and manufacturer of unmanned aerial systems for defence, public safety and critical infrastructure customers. Al Homsi is an investor only and holds no operational, advisory or board role with the company. Other terms were not disclosed.

Arcanus is a Canadian-controlled company. It currently lists more than 15 platforms across heavy-lift, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR), cargo, strike and counter-drone missions. According to the company, its published line-up includes:

AB 516e: a long-endurance vertical take-off fixed-wing aircraft rated for three hours of flight.AE 401: a counter-drone interceptor with a top speed of 300 km/h.AC 5250: a cargo platform with a 250 kg payload and a range of more than 2,300 km.

Alongside defence, Arcanus markets its systems for wildfire detection, search and rescue, Arctic sovereignty, border and maritime patrol, and pipeline and power line monitoring.

The company has spent 2026 assembling its domestic production base. In April, Arcanus signed a binding term sheet with Portugal-based Beyond Vision, granting it rights to manufacture, commercialize and support Beyond Vision’s unmanned aerial systems in Canada.

In June, Arcanus announced a five-year agreement appointing FeralX Systems Inc. as a non-exclusive Canadian contract manufacturer for several of its platforms.

“Canada has the engineering talent to build these systems at home, and recent years have shown how much depends on having that capacity domestically,” said Yazan Al Homsi. “What stood out to me about Arcanus was the manufacturing groundwork already in place: licensing, a production partner, and a range of aircraft that serves wildfire crews and search-and-rescue teams alongside defence customers.”
