NumbersGame adds Stripe, Square and Ramp to its QuickBooks Online and Xero MCP for accounting firms using Claude or ChatGPT

Published

on

Multi-client accounting firms and fractional CFOs can now bring a client’s payments, sales and spend into their own Claude or ChatGPT, next to the QuickBooks Online or Xero file, for month-end close and reconciliation, with a person approving anything that changes the books

NEW YORK, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — NumbersGame (https://www.numbersgame.xyz/), the MCP that connects an accounting firm’s own Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot to every client QuickBooks Online and Xero file, today announced integrations with Stripe, Square and Ramp, and all three are open to every NumbersGame customer.

Revenue lands in Stripe or Square and spending runs through Ramp, and the books live in QuickBooks Online or Xero. Making those agree usually means exports, spreadsheets and re-keying. Now it happens in one conversation.

Stripe: prepare, review, then book. A firm connects a client’s own Stripe account to the QuickBooks Online or Xero company it belongs to. Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot can read charges, fees, refunds, payouts and subscriptions, then prepare period summaries, payout entries, and revenue-recognition and deferral journals. Each is a proposal until a person reviews it. If the Stripe data changes in between, the booking is refused as stale instead of quietly posting a different number, and a payout already in the bank feed isn’t booked twice.

Square: sales and payouts into the ledger. A firm owner or administrator connects a client’s Square account so Claude can book that client’s Square sales and payouts into QuickBooks Online or Xero, using the accounts and classes the firm sets for each category. Claude can read payments, orders, payouts, catalog items, disputes, cash drawers, gift cards, customers, invoices and subscriptions. NumbersGame keeps a record of every period and payout it books, so nothing goes in twice. Changes inside Square itself (customers, invoices, subscriptions) only happen after a person confirms a preview.

Ramp: read-only, by design. Once the client’s Ramp admin approves access, Claude can read card transactions, bills, reimbursements, receipts, statements, purchase orders and Ramp’s accounting setup. NumbersGame never creates, approves, pays or changes anything in Ramp, and it doesn’t keep copies of Ramp records.

“I’ve run a bookkeeping firm since 2011, and the month-end question is almost never inside QuickBooks. It’s in Stripe, or in a Ramp receipt nobody attached. I tested the Ramp connection on my own firm’s clients before we offered it to anyone else. Same rule as everything we build: Claude can prepare the work, but a person decides what goes on the books,” said Anelya Grant, co-founder and CEO of NumbersGame.

Fractional CFOs are already using NumbersGame across multiple client books. “Every time I needed to audit our opex, update our financial models, or verify overdue AR, I had to log into multiple QBO accounts, one client at a time. Now I can ask Claude to pull the data and even run some of the modeling for me. A recent opex audit across three entities would normally have taken me a few days. With NumbersGame it was done in under two hours. It’s one of the most powerful MCPs I have,” said Nicole Jordan-Dahdal, CFO and Founder of PrismEdge.

What firms use NumbersGame for

Stripe, Square and Ramp sit on top of the work firms already run through NumbersGame across their client books. QuickBooks Online or Xero stays the system of record, and Claude prepares the work for an accountant to approve.

Month-end close. Teams run the firm’s own month-end close process across every client file: close checklists, proposed adjusting entries, flagged exceptions and a Close Report PDF, without logging in and out of each client.Reconciliation. Claude compares the general ledger to bank statement data and surfaces unmatched transactions. The point of reconciliation automation here is less manual assembly, so differences go to a reviewer instead of being cleared quietly.Bank feed. The QuickBooks Online bank feed is available to every firm. Each new bank connection starts at propose-only, so nothing posts until the firm widens it, and the firm sets its own confidence bar.Client reporting. Branded profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements come straight from the live ledger in the firm’s own voice, so the client reporting and the books can’t drift apart.Multi-entity reporting. Firms group related QuickBooks Online or Xero companies, review the intercompany eliminations Claude identifies, and run the consolidation from one prompt.

All three connect through OAuth on the provider’s own sign-in screen, so NumbersGame never sees a password. Tokens are encrypted, and access follows the firm’s existing roles.

Availability and pricing

Stripe, Square and Ramp are available to NumbersGame firms today. Each Stripe, Square or Ramp connection uses half a connection credit (a QuickBooks Online or Xero company uses one). Plans start at $59 a month, with a 14-day free trial, and run on the firm’s own Claude or ChatGPT subscription. Details on the Stripe accounting connector are on the NumbersGame site.

About NumbersGame

NumbersGame is an MCP for accounting firms, bookkeepers and fractional CFOs. It connects a firm’s own Claude or ChatGPT to every client QuickBooks Online and Xero file, so a team can reconcile, close and produce client-ready reports in one conversation, with a person approving every write. Multi-client accounting firms use it for month-end close, reconciliation, bank feed coding, client reporting and multi-entity reporting, and fractional CFOs use it to check a client’s books before they build a forecast. It’s accounting automation for firms that want AI agents doing the preparation while an accountant makes the call, and it runs on the firm’s own Claude or ChatGPT plan with no per-token charge from NumbersGame. It is listed in Anthropic’s Claude connector directory. It was built inside AG Accounting (https://anelya.net/), the San Francisco bookkeeping and CFO firm Anelya Grant founded in 2011, which has served more than 1,500 clients. ATTOM ENHANCES RENTAL AVM WITH AI-POWERED MODEL COVERING NEARLY 100 MILLION U.S. HOMES

Enhanced model expands coverage by about 40% and delivers a 5.9% median error on homes not yet listed for rent

IRVINE, Calif., Nov. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — ATTOM, the leading provider of property data, AI-powered intelligence, and real estate analytics solutions, today announced enhancements to its Rental AVM, introducing an AI-powered model that estimates current monthly market rent for nearly 100 million U.S. single-family homes, condominiums, and townhouses, an increase in coverage of about 40%. The model delivers a 5.9% median absolute error on homes before they are listed for rent, helping businesses evaluate rental potential and make more informed decisions.

“Estimating rental values is difficult because leases are private and many homes have no rental history,” said Rob Barber, CEO at ATTOM. “With these enhancements, we’re extending the same approach driving ATTOM Intelligence, combining trusted property data with advanced AI and analytics, to many more homes, so customers get more meaningful insights and can make better-informed decisions.”

Key Enhancements Include:

Expanded Coverage: Rental estimates for nearly 100 million single-family homes, condominiums, and townhouses across all 50 states and the District of Columbia, a coverage increase of about 40%.Improved Accuracy: A 5.9% median absolute error on homes before they’re listed for rent, with calibrated low and high values that tighten as the evidence behind an estimate grows.AI-Powered Modeling: Multiple machine-learning models evaluate property characteristics, property value, rental history, and recent rental activity, weighing each based on the available evidence for a property.Listing-Based Training: The model is trained and benchmarked on observed rental listings, cleaned to remove duplicates, placeholder rents, and unrealistic prices.

“Our enhanced Rental AVM evaluates multiple sources of rental information and adapts to the evidence available for each property,” said Aaron Wagner, Head of Data Science at ATTOM. “That adaptability is what allows us to estimate rent for homes with no rental history and extend coverage to nearly 100 million properties, while keeping the ranges calibrated to the strength of the evidence behind each estimate.”

Built for Real-World Applications
ATTOM’s enhanced Rental AVM supports a range of business needs, including:

Real Estate Investors and Rental Operators: Screen acquisitions, evaluate rental potential, compare rental income with property values, and support rent-setting decisions.Mortgage Lenders and Insurers: Assess rental income for investment-property and DSCR loans, monitor portfolio exposure, and support loss-of-rent analysis.Real Estate Portals and AI Developers: Integrate rental estimates into property listings, investment tools, and AI-powered applications through ATTOM’s MCP Server.

Updated monthly to reflect new rental activity and changing market conditions, the enhanced Rental AVM is available through ATTOM’s APIs, bulk data licensing, Snowflake, Databricks, and MCP Server.

Recognition honors Cummings’ leadership in transforming Terakeet and building a new model for enterprise reputation management in the age of generative AI

SYRACUSE, N.Y., Nov. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — ADWEEK today announced that Terakeet CEO & Co-Founder Mac Cummings has been named to the 2026 ADWEEK Innovator 50 list, which recognizes leaders driving innovation and shaping the future of marketing, media and technology.

Cummings was recognized for his leadership and vision in anticipating how generative AI would reshape enterprise reputation and positioning Terakeet to address the emerging challenges facing the Fortune 100 and its executives.

Over the past year, Cummings has led Terakeet’s transition from enterprise search marketing to global reputation management. The shift expanded the company’s focus beyond search visibility to the ways brands and executives are represented across search engines, generative AI platforms and the broader digital ecosystem.

“AI has changed what’s at stake for the Fortune 100,” said Cummings. “Reputation risk now moves across search and AI at the same time, and most brands don’t have the infrastructure to manage it. We built the Reputation Operating System to give them the technology, intelligence and expertise to understand those risks and strengthen their position before issues escalate.”

To better serve these customers, Cummings directed investments in proprietary technology, expanded the company’s expertise in cybersecurity and reputation risk, and established new strategic partnerships.

The recognition comes as Terakeet celebrates its 25th anniversary, marking a quarter century of evolution alongside major shifts in technology and the digital landscape. Cummings co-founded Terakeet in 2001 and has led the company through each stage of its growth, from its origins in search to its current focus on enterprise reputation management.

“The responsibility of a leader isn’t to protect the business model that worked yesterday but to recognize where the market is going and build for it,” Cummings said. “For Terakeet, that has meant looking past short-term fixes and building the infrastructure enterprises need to understand risk and protect trust in the AI era.”

About Mac Cummings

Mac Cummings is the CEO and Co-Founder of Terakeet. He co-founded the company in Syracuse, New York, in 2001 and has led its evolution across search marketing, digital strategy and enterprise reputation management. Today, Cummings oversees Terakeet’s business strategy and the continued development of its reputation management capabilities and technology.

About Terakeet

Terakeet is an enterprise reputation management company that helps brands and executives understand and manage how they are represented across search engines, generative AI platforms and the broader digital ecosystem. Founded in 2001, the company combines proprietary technology, intelligence and strategic expertise to support enterprise reputation programs.
