I AM ALS Celebration Video for ACT for ALS

WASHINGTON, Nov. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — I AM ALS and its national force of advocates are celebrating as the President signed the ACT for ALS reauthorization bill into law. This comes after the Senate approved the bill by unanimous consent with just hours left until the law expired, even after the House went home early. The I AM ALS community first identified a major gap in access to investigational treatments and co-authored the original ACT for ALS Act to address it in 2021. Now, with years of success underway, the law has five more years to scale research infrastructure and treatment access, representing an investment of up to an additional $500 million for ALS.

“Over the past 7+ years, this community has changed what’s possible in ALS,” said I AM ALS co-founder Brian Wallach. “The I AM ALS community’s leadership has brought us closer than ever to a cure by unlocking over $2 billion for federal ALS research, expanding and protecting access to life-changing therapies, and accelerating scientific breakthroughs. We thank our ALS congressional champions—including sponsors Senators Coons (D-DE) and Murkowski (R-AK) and Representatives Quigley (D-IL-05) and Calvert (R-CA-41)—and all the tireless advocates who helped renew this historic legislation for five more years.”

Today’s law passage is groundbreaking and thanks to the significant efforts of I AM ALS’ community-led movement. Since ACT for ALS was first signed into law, I AM ALS has monitored and reported on the ground-breaking success of its implementation. Leading into the reauthorization year, I AM ALS built and deployed a comprehensive, multi-pronged advocacy campaign, including:

Building and strengthening relationships with Congressional champions,Deploying a vast grassroots army of volunteer leaders from across the country,Partnering with researchers, other organizations, and celebrity ambassadors—most notably the late actor Eric Dane and professional wrestler Tanea “Rebel” Brooks—to strengthen and amplify our message, andEngaging with top experts in government affairs and public relations.

This year alone, I AM ALS held more than 430 in-person and virtual advocacy meetings and calls, secured more than 38,000 online actions, sent more than 95,000 emails, and gathered more than 20,100 petition signatures in the final weeks before expiration.

Unlike any other legislation the neurodegenerative landscape has ever seen, ACT for ALS has already invested hundreds of millions of dollars into ALS research, provided investigational therapy access for more than 800 patients who would not otherwise have qualified, and built lasting infrastructure for future learnings.

“These past months didn’t just get a critical bill passed; they inspired a community that continually renews itself, welcomes new advocates, develops new leaders, and ensures that every generation is ready to fight for the next breakthrough,” said Troy Fields, volunteer co-chair of the I AM ALS legislative affairs team, and person living with ALS. “ALS is relentless, but we continue to prove so are we.”

“For the past five years, the ACT for ALS has advanced scientific research and helped people with ALS access the promising treatments they need. This reauthorization of the bill continues that work and lends hope to a future where there is a cure for ALS,” said Congressman Quigley. “I’m glad this important bill was signed into law, and I’m thankful to my colleagues in both the House and the Senate for getting this done.”

“I’m thrilled that the ACT for ALS Reauthorization Act has been signed into law, renewing our commitment to finding cures and treatments for ALS,” said Rep. Calvert. “As a Co-Chair of the bipartisan ALS Caucus, I know just how hard those impacted by ALS have worked to get this bill enacted and I applaud their tireless advocacy. With the ACT for ALS Reauthorization Act officially signed into law, we celebrate this victory while remaining focused on the work ahead to end this terrible disease.”

I AM ALS is calling on supporters to thank the Congressional champions who helped make this law possible at bit.ly/A4A-TY

Disciplined commercial monetization and Workforce OS expansion unlock sustainable operating leverage across Southeast Asia

SINGAPORE, Nov. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — YYForce Inc. (Nasdaq: YFOR) (“YYForce” or the “Company”), an AI-enabled workforce management and integrated facility management (IFM) technology provider, today announced significant financial and operational milestones marking a decisive transition toward sustained corporate profitability and positive operating cash flow.

Following its recent corporate transformation and disciplined capital management, YYForce is improving efficiency through its proprietary Workforce OS and 24iFM smart estate platform. By moving beyond initial development into scaled commercial monetization and task-specific automation, the Company has established favorable unit economics across its regional footprint in Singapore, Malaysia, and expanding Southeast Asian markets.

Key Operational and Financial Inflection Drivers

Accelerating Path to Net Profitability: Scaled customer adoption across enterprise hospitality, commercial real estate, and integrated facility management has driven margin expansion. The Company’s hybrid workforce model; combining flexible on-demand labor with specialized service automation, has unlocked meaningful operational leverage, steering consolidated results toward GAAP net profitability.

Positive Operating Cash Flow: Optimization of working capital, streamlined accounts receivable collection cycles, and recurring software-and-service contracts have strengthened the Company’s liquidity profile, generating robust organic cash inflows.

Proven Unit Economics & Payback: Task-specific service robotics and smart facility deployments – including enterprise-grade rollouts at landmark hotel and commercial properties, have demonstrated rapid payback periods and measurable ROI for clients, leading to improved customer retention and multi-site contract expansions.

Streamlined Capital Structure: Following the strategic optimization of its balance sheet earlier this year, including the elimination of tranche-related debt instruments and the establishment of a clean capital structure – YYForce is operating with zero debt overhang, enabling cash flow from operations to directly fund accretive growth initiatives.

Executive Commentary

“The global market narrative has reached an important turning point: long-term enterprise value is no longer defined by speculative AI concepts, but by concrete monetization, disciplined execution, and measurable return on investment,” said Mike Fu, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of YYForce Inc.

“At YYForce, we have anchored our business model in real-world utility. By deploying task-oriented robotics and AI-driven scheduling across high-friction sectors like facility operations and hospitality, we are solving acute labor constraints for our enterprise partners while driving healthy gross margin expansion. Today, our operational momentum has brought us to a clear financial inflection point. With disciplined cost controls, robust recurring revenue, and an optimized balance sheet, YYForce is uniquely positioned to deliver sustainable profitability and enduring shareholder value.”

Strategic Outlook

Looking ahead to fiscal 2027, YYForce will continue executing against three primary financial and strategic priorities:

1.  Expanding High-Margin Enterprise Contracts: Deepening wallet share with existing regional hotel chains, transport hubs, and commercial complexes while onboarding new blue-chip institutional facilities.

2.  Capital Efficiency & Cash Discipline: Maintaining strict operating expenditure control, preserving capital resources, and reinvesting operating cash flows into commercial opportunities with attractive potential returns.

3.  Cross-Border Scalability: Leveraging its asset-light Workforce OS architecture to expand seamlessly into high-demand regional markets across Southeast Asia and the broader Asia-Pacific corridor.

Tencent Cloud Enterprise Unveils Full-Stack Intelligent Private Cloud for Sovereign Agentic AI

Introducing two major solutions, the Full-Stack Intelligent AI Suite and Lite DeploymentAnnouncing joint research with Gartner and Omdia

SHENZHEN, China, Nov. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — At the AI-Powered Private Cloud for Global Markets session of the 2026 Tencent Global Digital Ecosystem Summit, Tencent Cloud Enterprise (TCE) set out how highly regulated industries can run production-grade agentic AI inside their own boundaries. Under the theme “Full-Stack Intelligence, Sovereign AI,” TCE launched two major solutions, the Full-Stack Intelligent AI Suite and Lite Deployment, as well as introducing the joint research reports with Gartner and Omdia.

“Once an agent starts touching core business data and calling critical systems, the question is no longer whether the model is strong enough,” said Kaibo Sha, Vice President, Tencent Cloud. “It is where the data is processed, who operates the system, and what foundation the agent runs on. Full-stack intelligence is the capability we build. Sovereign AI is the boundary we keep.”

Full-Stack Intelligent AI Suite — from token supply to agent runtime

The Full-Stack Intelligent AI Suite, Tencent Cloud Enterprise’s flagship release of the year, marks the shift from a full-stack cloud to a full-stack intelligent cloud. It spans four selectable layers — a converged compute, storage, and networking foundation; a model service layer built on TokenHub, the private MaaS platform for LLM services; an agent runtime layer with a cloud-native sandbox, egress control, and identity credentials; and an agent application layer. Customers can enter at any level and expand upward.

LLM Service TokenHub turns raw computing power into token services that are callable, meterable, and operable, published on a unified, industry-standard inference API with multi-tenant isolation and token-level metering down to individual users and API keys. Built-in inference acceleration delivers more than 250,000 TPM of measured single-accelerator throughput, cache hit rates above 90%, and up to 220% throughput gains on alternative silicon.

Across the suite, agent behavior is fully auditable, runtime environments are provisioned in minutes, and unified training and inference scheduling raises heterogeneous compute utilization by up to 60%. Data, model weights, and inference traffic never leave the customer’s sovereignty boundary. The suite is compatible with mainstream x86 and ARM processors and multi-vendor accelerators, has been validated at 10,000-GPU scale, and delivers financial-grade resilience of RTO ≤ 2 minutes and RPO = 0.

Tencent Cloud Enterprise Lite Deployment — production-grade from eight servers

Tencent Cloud Enterprise Lite Deployment addresses what has become the decisive question in private cloud projects: how small a credible start can be. Hardware and operating costs keep rising, pilot-first is now the standard path, and budgets are committed in stages — yet a small footprint must still grow into production without re-platforming.

Lite Deployment delivers a complete full-stack cloud from eight servers — three master, three block storage, and two network function nodes — with no reduction in core IaaS capability. An AI-only entry point starts from three servers, with private model services out of the box. The same architecture then scales from a single availability zone to metro dual-AZ active-active and on to cross-region disaster recovery, ensuring the platform a customer validates on is the platform they scale. Delivered as software on existing hardware, it requires no capital-heavy refresh and carries no minimum spend.

One of the largest futures brokerages by brokered turnover and client assets took this route: a full-stack private cloud carrying core trading systems across heterogeneous chip architectures, with AI started on three servers and extended as volumes grew.

A Practical Guide to Building Sovereign AI Cloud Platforms, with Gartner

Tencent Cloud Enterprise and Gartner jointly released A Practical Guide to Building Sovereign AI Cloud Platforms, a reference for regulated industries building self-controlled AI platforms. It frames sovereignty as a spectrum resting on three pillars — data, operations, and technology — and sets out adoption paths for financial services, healthcare, public service cloud, and telecommunications.

Gartner research cited in the guide underlines the urgency: by 2028, strict data sovereignty and privacy regulations will compel over 25% of enterprises in regulated industries to repatriate their primary GenAI workloads on-premises; through 2029, dependence on proprietary foundation models will leave over 50% of GenAI adopters locked into a single public cloud provider’s ecosystem; and only 17% of organizations report having enough talent to support AI adoption. (Full Report: https://intl.cloud.tencent.com/resources/whitepaper/101580)

Telco Cloud and AI Transformation, with Omdia

Tencent Cloud Enterprise and Omdia jointly released Telco Cloud and AI Transformation: Global Market Opportunities and Case Studies. The whitepaper documents the operator shift from connectivity provider to cloud and AI enabler, against mobile ARPU declining roughly 2% annually while OTT players capture more than 70% of network traffic value.

Omdia projects $160 billion in telco-led AI data center investment between 2026 and 2031, equivalent to 9% of combined fixed and mobile capex, and identifies three transformation trends: full-stack industry cloud platforms, national cloud infrastructure, and AI monetization beyond GPU-as-a-Service toward MaaS and token-based business models. It recommends that operators act now on the sovereign AI window and choose software-independent, hardware-open full-stack partners with proven white-labelling capability. (Full Report: https://intl.cloud.tencent.com/resources/whitepaper/101582)

Customer Practice Across Markets

Customers presented their own deployments at the session: Shanghai Xuhui District, on a multi-chip government cloud with tidal compute scheduling; Shenzhen Second People’s Hospital, on a hospital-wide foundation for agentic AI in clinical, service and management workflows; and a large, diversified organization in Hong Kong, China, on migrating from VMware Tanzu to a cloud-native hybrid cloud on Tencent Cloud Enterprise. A Thai digital infrastructure provider, previously using VMware, launched two data centers on Tencent Cloud Enterprise in eight weeks and now runs a white-labelled, metered cloud business.

About Tencent Cloud Enterprise

Tencent Cloud Enterprise is a full-stack private cloud and industry cloud platform that brings capabilities validated at public cloud scale into environments under customer control. Delivered as software across open, heterogeneous hardware, Tencent Cloud Enterprise scales from three servers in AI-only deployments to tens of thousands of nodes, from public-cloud-connected to fully air-gapped environments.
