Causal Launches Causal ONE, a New Intelligence Platform Connecting Audience Discovery and Media Planning

New platform helps marketers challenge audience assumptions, uncover growth opportunities, and translate insights into strategic media recommendations

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Causal, an award-winning provider of advanced digital advertising solutions, today announced the launch of Causal ONE, an intelligence platform designed to transform how marketers approach audience discovery and media planning.

Causal ONE brings brand intelligence, audience discovery, media strategy, and creative inspiration together in one connected experience. Starting with a brand’s website, business objectives, geographic priorities, and targeting inputs, the platform combines brand research with Causal’s performance data and benchmarking capabilities to identify relevant audiences and uncover opportunities that may otherwise go unexplored.

“Causal ONE represents an important step forward for our business and how we help clients approach audience strategy,” said Farshad Fardad, CEO of Causal. “We built it to challenge conventional thinking about audiences and give our teams and clients a more connected way to move from brand understanding to new opportunities. It brings together the expertise and innovation our teams have developed over the past two years in a single experience.”

At the center of Causal ONE are Audience Blueprints, which provide a deeper understanding of potential audiences by explaining the signals behind them, what makes them distinct, and how they could be reached. Rather than stopping at audience identification, the platform enables users to prioritize audiences, explore channel opportunities, and connect those decisions in a strategic media plan.

Causal ONE also incorporates illustrative creative concepts, helping teams visualize potential campaign directions and make emerging strategies more tangible. By connecting audience intelligence with media recommendations and creative exploration, the platform gives marketers a more informed starting point for evaluating opportunities and developing activation strategies.

The initial experience was designed to bring greater value to the early stages of the media planning process, equipping Causal’s teams with a research-led foundation for client conversations. Additional analytical capabilities extend the experience through pixel-based audience insights, live business data, and period-over-period reporting, providing further context for ongoing analysis and planning.

“As a media planner, what I love about the platform is how beautifully it brings together human expertise and agentic technology,” said Shana Atwood, Vice President of Strategic Planning. “By turning our proprietary data into an intelligent starting point, we can get to recommendations faster, giving our teams more time to apply the context and nuance that technology can’t replicate. Tech makes the recommendation faster and better, our people make it meaningful.”

Developed through collaboration across Causal’s technology, decision science, media planning, partnerships, and other teams, Causal ONE reflects the company’s continued investment in connecting its capabilities into a more cohesive approach to audience intelligence and activation.

With Causal ONE, marketers can move beyond familiar audience definitions, explore new possibilities, and connect those discoveries to strategic media decisions.
