Dallas community marks prestigious recognition with residents, board leadership and the team behind its service experience

DALLAS, Nov. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Residents, board members and the FirstService Residential management team recently gathered at Residences at the Stoneleigh to celebrate its VERIFIED™ Luxury Residences designation from Forbes Travel Guide and to receive the plaque commemorating the achievement.

The reception recognized not only the designation, but also the people and service culture behind it and the community’s ongoing commitment to delivering an exceptional resident experience.

“Dallas has no shortage of extraordinary places to live, but true luxury is about more than the building itself,” said Stephanie Summerall, general manager of Residences at the Stoneleigh. “Our goal is to give residents a level of service that stands alongside the world’s finest hospitality brands, while still feeling personal and distinctly Stoneleigh. This recognition is meaningful because it reflects the experience our team works to create every day.”

Located in Dallas’ vibrant Uptown neighborhood, Residences at the Stoneleigh blends Art Deco-inspired architectural character with modern residential design, positioning the property as one of the city’s most distinctive upscale addresses. Residents enjoy walkable proximity to dining, the Katy Trail, the Arts District, and many of Dallas’ premier cultural destinations.

Residences at the Stoneleigh earned the VERIFIED Luxury Residences designation following a comprehensive verification process evaluating its service culture, operational practices and resident experience against the program’s standards. The designation recognizes luxury residential communities committed to exceptional resident experiences inspired by the service culture of the world’s finest hospitality brands.

FirstService Residential, which manages Residences at the Stoneleigh, is the first property management brand to collaborate with Atelier CX, the consulting division of Forbes Travel Guide, on the development of a brand-wide Service Excellence program that brings world-class hospitality standards into residential living. Today, the company manages seven Forbes VERIFIED Luxury Residences, more than any other residential property management company, and continues to expand its Service Excellence program across hundreds of high-rise communities.

With the plaque now on display, the celebration marked an important milestone for Residences at the Stoneleigh while reinforcing the commitment behind the recognition: continuing to elevate the experience residents receive every day.
