NEW YORK and SEOUL, South Korea, May 28, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — dxFeed, a leading market data solutions and award-winning IaaS provider for the global financial industry, both traditional and crypto, announces its partnership with Eugene Investment & Futures, a prominent brokerage firm based in South Korea. This collaboration marks the launch of a new product for both investors and traders, atop the Market Data Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) provided by dxFeed.

The Korean market has long grappled with limitations in accessing comprehensive market data, particularly in the options segment. Market data vendors used to only provide access to a limited number of tickers, constraining the trading capabilities of market participants.

With the new Eugene Investment & Futures offering, Korean investors and traders will now have access to the full universe of Options Price Reporting Authority (OPRA) feed.

OPRA is an industry-led consortium of exchanges, including the Chicago Board of Options Exchange, NYSE American, Nasdaq BX, Boston Options Exchange, and others. The consortium is responsible for aggregating and disseminating National Best Bid and Offer and Trade information for listed options contracts in the U.S.

By strategically offering the whole universe of OPRA data to Eugene Investment & Futures customers, OPRA aims to transform the accessibility and reliability of market data in the Korean financial landscape. This is all made possible by the dxLink CDN — an innovative IaaS solution built by dxFeed.

Market data availability and delivery are often obstacles during the design and implementation of new trading products and features. dxFeed provides a variety of market data types, both real-time and historical, in a single normalized format, including end-user distribution, exchange reporting, and UX integration. Carefully designed dxFeed graphic widgets may provide a drop-in replacement for legacy user interfaces, enhancing market data availability and user experience simultaneously.

dxFeed’s scalable low-latency infrastructure ensures the delivery of consolidated and top-notch market data, from diverse providers to subscribers worldwide. Within a month of beginning the project, dxFeed has built a separate dxLink CDN Point of Presence (PoP) in South Korea to distribute data close to subscribers and minimize delays in market data delivery.

With the ability to rapidly reconfigure and accommodate growing performance demands, dxFeed is equipped to serve hundreds of thousands of concurrent clients, with the potential to scale the solution even further.

Key highlights of dxFeed’s offer for the Korean market include:

Commenting on the collaboration, Oleg Solodukhin, CEO at dxFeed stated, “We are thrilled to partner with Eugene Investment & Futures to introduce this game-changing solution to the Korean market. We’ve carefully researched the existing Korean Internet infrastructure and cloud facilities, and are confident our solution will provide the best user experience across the country. We want to empower traders with unparalleled access to market data, while simplifying the data delivery process through our robust IaaS platform. This collaboration represents a significant milestone in our mission to democratize reliable access to high-quality market data globally.”

Coalmarch’s team, client relationships, and pest and lawn care expertise join Scorpion, gaining more technology, data, and resources for Coalmarch clients

SALT LAKE CITY, Oct. 19, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Scorpion, the leading provider of digital marketing and technology solutions for local businesses, today announced it has acquired Coalmarch Marketing, a Raleigh, North Carolina-based digital marketing agency dedicated to the pest control and lawn care industries since 2004. The move deepens Scorpion’s investment in pest control, lawn care, and landscape marketing, bringing Coalmarch’s team, its client relationships, and more than two decades of experience to Scorpion.

“This is really about two great teams coming together,” said Trey Pelz, Scorpion’s General Manager of Pest. “Coalmarch has built something special: great people, strong relationships, and a team that truly understands this industry. We don’t want to change what’s already working. We want to build on it and put more behind it. There’s no technology that can replace a great relationship, but we can give it more tools, better data, and more resources to help these businesses grow. That’s really what this is about: keeping what works, and giving it more.”

“We’re entering one of the most interesting periods marketing has ever seen, and we’re investing heavily in the technology and data behind it,” Pelz said. “Coalmarch’s clients keep the high-touch, industry-specific experience they already know, now with even more behind it.”

Jeff Davis, CEO of Coalmarch, shares that view. “I’ve gotten to know Trey and the Scorpion team well, and I’ve seen firsthand how they operate,” said Davis. “They share the same commitment to client growth that we’ve built Coalmarch on, now backed by a level of technology and investment that makes what we’ve built even stronger.”

Coalmarch clients now gain access to RevenueMAX, Scorpion’s AI-powered solution built to turn marketing into measurable revenue, not just leads.

“Welcoming Coalmarch to Scorpion is another intentional step in our M&A strategy,” said Kirby Oscar, SVP of Corporate Development at Scorpion. “This investment deepens our vertical commitment and supports a key pillar in our long-term growth plans. Coalmarch’s team has built an impressive business that has helped the pest, lawn, and landscaping industries grow, and we’re looking forward to accelerating that growth.”

Respectively, Scorpion and Coalmarch bring more than two decades of pest and lawn-specific marketing experience under one team.

Company Revenue Share Details

The Environment, Health, and Safety Market remains highly competitive and fragmented, with no single vendor controlling the overall market because it covers environmental management, occupational health and safety, risk management, compliance, sustainability, and operational risk. Wolters Kluwer has strengthened its position with the Enablon platform, which combines EHS, operational risk, process safety, ESG, and AI-powered capabilities. Cority maintains a strong position through its integrated CorityOne platform, supported by EHS, sustainability, and ESG capabilities and acquisitions such as Greenstone. EcoOnline has expanded its global EHSQ footprint through acquisitions, including Alcumus’ EHS software business, adding complementary risk, compliance, and sustainability capabilities. Other major participants, including VelocityEHS, Intelex, Sphera, Benchmark ESG, Ideagen, SAP, IBM, and Evotix, contribute through EHS management, environmental compliance, operational risk, sustainability, and workplace safety solutions. Overall, demand for integrated cloud platforms, AI-enabled risk management, mobile workforce solutions, sustainability reporting, and connected EHS data is increasingly shaping competition, while the lack of standardized standalone EHS revenue reporting makes precise company revenue-share comparisons difficult.
