The popular brand of machine-washable rugs debuts its latest design, available in many sizes and colorways to cater to today’s busy households looking for stylish dėcor that’s easy to clean.

VERNON, Calif., July 2, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — My Magic Carpet, makers of a wide variety of one-piece machine-washable rugs, announces that Co-Founder Monica Dallyn will appear live on HSN on Tuesday, July 2, to present its new Floral Bloom Rug collection in three colorways. She is scheduled to showcase the selection at 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. EST during 12-minute segments.

My Magic Carpet Co-Founder Monica Dallyn will appear live on HSN today, Tuesday, July 2, to present new Floral Bloom Rug collection in three colorways. She is scheduled to showcase the selection at 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. EST during 12-minute segments.

Like all My Magic Carpet rugs, the Floral Bloom collection is designed for convenience. The rugs are lightweight, non-slip and stain-resistant for today’s busy lifestyles. These high-end, stylish rugs can be easily washed and dried, fitting inside standard home washers and dryers. Each rug is designed with soft fabric to provide a cozy feel when walking, sitting or lying on it. The ease in which kid and pet messes are cleaned offers consumers a sense of relief in their daily routines.

“As a working mom, pet owner and entrepreneur, spending my time wisely is of utmost importance, and running a household filled with love and, at times, chaos means finding ways to make everyday life easier for myself and those around me,” said Dallyn. “I realize how difficult it can be to maintain a clean, germ-free home, so I’m thrilled to appear on HSN and discuss the many ways our sophisticated, machine-washable rugs add a lovely accent to homes and can be thrown in the washer and dryer and come they out as good as new!”

Dallyn is a Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising graduate with a degree in Merchandise Marketing. She took her entrepreneurial spirit and set out to create a product that would improve the lives of moms and pet owners like herself. She put much thought into the process, such as providing a unique one-piece design, which means no need to remove a fussy backing. This design feature saves time and ensures a hassle-free cleaning experience.

The affordable and durable rugs are made for every room of the home in several sizes, including long hallway runners. Featuring eco-friendly and allergen-friendly materials, they include a waterproof interior lining to protect floors and are perfect for high-traffic areas.

“When you consider that up to 200,000 bacteria per square inch live in most rugs, it’s an alarming statistic that makes us think about the need to have a regular cleaning method without spending a fortune on professional dry cleaning,” added Dallyn. “With My Magic Carpet, you can finally have peace of mind with a spotless home. Our rugs are so easy to clean; it’s like magic. Tune into HSN and see for yourself!”

The Floral Bloom rugs are priced starting at $69.99. For more information, visit the HSN site.

Phylo’s Biomni Lab to expand the use of AI agents in scientific research at Bayer

Published

on

By

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Oct. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Phylo, Inc. announced today a partnership with Bayer to deploy Biomni Lab, Phylo’s agentic AI platform to accelerate scientific research and evaluation.

Under the agreement, Phylo will provide Bayer with full access to its agentic platform that helps Bayer scientists bring together scientific literature, biomedical data, and analytical methods in one environment, reducing the manual effort required to assemble and assess evidence. The platform’s inspectable workflows preserve the context behind each result, allowing researchers to review the underlying sources, methods, and execution and apply their own scientific judgment. Bayer scientists will gain access to Biomni Lab for workflows focused on assembling literature and omics evidence for drug discovery.

“This partnership reflects our belief that AI should expand scientific curiosity, not just speed up routine work. Giving our scientists an AI partner that brings rigor to every step lets them explore more ideas, ask bolder questions, and find the insights that move drug discovery forward, ultimately accelerating the pace at which we can bring new medicines to patients,” said Sai Jasti, Senior Vice President, Head of Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, Bayer Pharmaceuticals R&D.

“For agentic AI to matter in research, it has to earn the trust of the scientists doing the work. Bayer’s selection of Biomni Lab is a strong endorsement of the scientific rigor and AI capabilities we’ve built into the platform,” said Kexin Huang, Ph.D., Co-Founder and CEO of Phylo. “Our vision is an AI-native operating system for biopharma, where every scientist can direct a team of AI agents to pursue complex research questions. With Bayer, we aim to show what becomes possible when AI capabilities meet deep scientific expertise: more hypotheses explored, more discoveries made, and new possibilities for medicine.”

About Phylo

Phylo’s mission is to bring the best agentic intelligence to every biomedical scientist. Its enterprise-grade AI platform, Biomni Lab, is the first Integrated Biology Environment—a unified workspace where scientists collaborate with AI agents across literature research, experimental design, biological data analysis, and scientific decision-making.

Biomni Lab is now used by leading global biopharma, including Bayer, Chugai Pharmaceutical and Ono Pharmaceutical. Phylo is based in South San Francisco, backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Menlo Ventures.
