GoDaddy: AI Essentials For Small Businesses to Drive Growth and Save Time

Published

on

ISLAMABAD, Sept. 17, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Generative AI (Artificial Intelligence) is not new, however the recent boom in AI tools available to anyone such as image-generation tools and AI-driven applications, while offering new opportunities, can also place small business owners in new and unfamiliar territory.

GoDaddy shares some ways in which generative AI can help small business owners and entrepreneurs enhance creativity, streamline operations and support customer engagement.

Generate creative and unique business names – The biggest barrier to getting started is sometimes a blank screen. Generative AI is great for helping to get creativity started. If thinking of a catchy business name isn’t your strong suit, consider using AI to kick-start the process. GoDaddy AI Domain Search can help generate potential business names, giving entrepreneurs a list of unique and creative names that they might not have come up with otherwise.

Automate content creation – By simplifying the content creation process and enhancing the effectiveness of published materials, such as website content, newsletters or blogs, AI can help save entrepreneurs both time and money.

Using advanced natural language processing algorithms and deep learning techniques, AI-powered content-generation tools can analyze existing content within a specific industry or niche. Using that information, AI tools can then generate relevant and engaging content. And then, you can update the output to match the overall vibe of your unique business.

To help entrepreneurs be successful in creating prompts to use with AI tools, GoDaddy created a free guide. This guide offers small business owners tips for how to create text and visual prompts.

Enhance customer service – With AI, business owners can quickly craft personalized responses, such as thank-you emails to customers after they make a purchase or sign-up for a service, reminder emails, and responses to inquiries or complaints. By providing fast and personalized responses to customers, using AI-powered tools can help to enhance the overall customer experience, leading to higher satisfaction rates and a stronger brand reputation, and help to drive further engagement with customers.

Support for social media management – Engaging on social media channels is an important part of growing a business in today’s digital environment, but managing multiple platforms and attempting to brainstorm creative new content can feel daunting. AI can help here as well.

Tasks AI can support with include creating a list of key moments and relevant events for a target audience, craft ad copy to grab people’s attention, write simple video scripts, create editorial calendars, and provide creative captions for image-based posts.

GoDaddy Studio creates professional-looking content for a business or personal brand. Anyone can easily and quickly produce engaging content without needing advanced design skills. This free tool is available for anyone looking to enhance their online presence and take advantage of branded content for their social media channels, website, customer email communications, and more.

While AI tools can help save time and money, it is crucial for a human to closely review the output of the AI tool that you choose to use, as AI can return incorrect, false or outdated information or may include content containing third parties’ intellectual property.

“In today’s fast-changing digital world, GoDaddy is equipping small business owners with AI tools and guidance to help them boost their content creativity and streamline operations, saving them time to focus on growing their businesses,” said Selina Bieber, Vice President of International Markets at GoDaddy.

GoDaddy offers a wide array of online resources to help small businesses and entrepreneurs thrive in the digital world, from website building and ecommerce tools to email and digital marketing solutions.

Building on a year of AI advancements, ChurnZero outlines its vision for AI that understands every customer, takes informed action and gives customer teams more control over revenue outcomes

WASHINGTON, Nov. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — ChurnZero, the AI platform and partner for customer growth, is showcasing a year of AI advancements and the future of autonomous customer success at its annual ZERO-IN conference. Last year, the company announced its autonomous AI agents for CS teams at the conference. This year, ChurnZero shows why AI is ready for more responsibility.

ChurnZero’s 2026 Customer Revenue Leadership Study found that 63% of customer leaders lack a consistent way to measure AI’s impact, and teams that cannot measure its impact are four times more likely to require human approval for every AI recommendation. At ZERO-IN 2026, ChurnZero joined customer and industry leaders in Nashville to explore how better implementation, training and business context can unlock AI’s potential as an autonomous teammate, capable of taking meaningful action and elevating every customer interaction.

“Customer teams are under more pressure than ever to protect and grow revenue, but their impact has traditionally been limited by how many accounts a CSM can manage. AI is breaking that constraint,” said YouMon Tsang, co-founder and CEO of ChurnZero. “AI can extend a CSM’s best instincts across their entire book of business, understand every account, learn from what’s worked before and take action where teams allow it. We’re moving towards a future where no account goes unmanaged, and customer teams have the freedom to focus their expertise where it matters most.”

ChurnZero’s AI progress
Over the past year, ChurnZero has expanded its AI capabilities to help customers identify what needs attention and respond more effectively. Key advancements have included:

Agentic Essentials: Agentic Essentials is a complete agentic AI system in one subscription, including more than 20 ready-to-deploy AI agents that act as digital teammates to detect risks and expansion opportunities, execute workflows, handle cross-functional account handoffs, and enrich customer data using intelligence grounded in each company’s unique business context.Context and Knowledge Sources. AI is only as good as the data it works from. ChurnZero connects AI to a customer’s business context through a Customer Intelligence Profile and product documentation from tools like Zendesk Guide, Confluence, SharePoint, Intercom, and Notion, and matches AI drafts to each sender’s writing style.AI Steps in Automated Plays: ChurnZero introduced AI personalization into automated plays, enabling AI to update email content in existing customer plays based on real-time customer data, eliminating reliance on dated templates. Automated outreach reads like it came from someone who knows the account, at the volume automation allows.Kit: ChurnZero’s conversational AI assistant, Kit, understands a company’s customers, how its team operates, and what success looks like, using account data and internal knowledge to deliver relevant, contextual answers. Teams can ask questions about individual customers or their entire book of business, then put those insights to work by creating tasks, drafting personalized outreach or building dynamic segments to launch plays and journeys.ChurnZero Connect: ChurnZero Connect and API links ChurnZero to Claude, ChatGPT, Slack, Copilot Studio, Gemini Enterprise, Glean and other AI tools, with read and write access. Teams use their customer data in the AI tools they already work in. Admin-controlled permissions ensure teams retain control over how customer data is accessed and used.

ChurnZero has also earned multiple industry recognitions this year, including the SaaS Awards and CODiE Awards, as well as a spot on G2’s Best Customer Service Software list. ChurnZero also achieved the highest customer satisfaction score among customer success platform (CSP) leaders in the G2 spring and fall grids, and has 1400+ five-star reviews on G2, more than any other CSP.

ChurnZero’s AI future — coming soon
ChurnZero’s vision for the next phase of AI is the end of the unmanaged account, where AI knows every customer, acts at the right moment and brings in human expertise when it matters. The company’s product roadmap will focus on:

AI CSMs: Companies can assign an AI customer success manager with its own name, inbox and accounts. These AI CSMs work on every account within the configured permissions and bring in a human for sensitive conversations.AI agents built around customer strategy: Customer teams can brief AI agents on each customer segment and build new agents just by describing a recurring task, with no developers required.AI for renewals: Teams get an AI forecast and conversation prep for every renewal, plus a daily ranked list of the customer risks and opportunities to act on first.Work in conversation mode: Teams can run their workday in conversation with Kit, ChurnZero’s AI assistant, from meeting prep and exportable reports to building dashboards and workflows, and approve every change before Kit makes it.Automation that adapts to each account: Automated customer workflows will now use AI to decide which accounts to include, which approach to take and how to personalize every message.

Atomicwork Launches AI Coworker Marketplace for Enterprise IT and Security

Certified AI Coworkers come pre-built with verified integrations, specialized skills and enterprise controls to handle operational roles across IT and security

SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Atomicwork today announced its AI Coworker Marketplace, giving enterprise IT and security teams access to pre-built, certified AI Coworkers designed to take on operational roles across cloud infrastructure, access management, security and device operations.

The marketplace introduces Atomicwork-certified AI Coworkers with verified integration and skill coverage for the systems required to perform their roles. Each AI Coworker has also been evaluated against realistic enterprise use cases, giving organizations a faster way to deploy AI workers without having to build and validate them from scratch.

The initial lineup includes Atom, an employee support operations AI Coworker, along with Cloud Ops Engineer, Access Ops Manager, Network Ops Engineer, Sec Ops Manager and Device Ops Engineer. These AI Coworkers can work across enterprise systems including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Okta, Active Directory, Splunk and Datadog.

“Enterprise IT teams don’t need another catalog of agents that can perform a handful of demos. They need AI Coworkers they can trust with real operational work across the systems their businesses depend on,” said Vijay Rayapati, CEO and co-founder of Atomicwork. “We’ve built these AI Coworkers around specific IT and security roles, equipped them with the tools and skills those roles require, and evaluated them against realistic enterprise scenarios so customers can deploy them with greater confidence to be their eyes, ears and hands when they need a second pair.”

Building an AI workforce for enterprise IT

Atomicwork enables service teams to design, deploy and govern AI Coworkers that handle operational roles rather than individual tasks. Each AI Coworker can have its own operating procedures, tools, permissions, reporting structure and budget, and organizations can measure its work using many of the same operational metrics they already use for human teams, including mean time to resolution and tickets handled.

The marketplace extends that model by giving customers AI Coworkers that Atomicwork has already built for specific operational domains. Certification verifies that each AI Coworker has the integrations and skills required for its designated role and has been evaluated against realistic enterprise use cases.

The Cloud Ops Engineer, for example, works across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform to perform diagnostics, triage incidents and identify gaps across cloud environments. It combines platform-specific diagnostic capabilities with skills for escalation and issue resolution, drawing on an organization’s existing skill and code libraries.

The Access Ops Manager works across enterprise identity and access systems to help teams manage employee access requests and automate recurring provisioning workflows. The Sec Ops Manager supports security operations across enterprise security platforms, while the Device Ops Manager focuses on device-related IT operations.

Each AI Coworker comes equipped with the skills and integrations required for its role, reducing the work IT teams would otherwise spend connecting systems, defining procedures and validating an agent’s capabilities.

Giving enterprises a faster path to trusted AI operations

Cloud infrastructure, security operations and network operations require specialized expertise and generate large volumes of recurring operational work. Enterprises introducing AI into these environments also have to determine which systems an agent can access, what actions it can take and how those actions should be governed.

Most agent marketplaces provide a catalog of available agents but offer limited evidence of what those agents can actually do. Atomicwork’s certification process addresses that gap by verifying that each AI Coworker has the necessary integration and skill coverage for its operational role and has been vetted against realistic enterprise scenarios.

Atomicwork also provides governance controls across network access, tools and code execution to help organizations manage how AI Coworkers interact with enterprise systems.

Customers can deploy certified AI Coworkers using different AI models and agent harnesses, including within their own infrastructure. Once deployed, organizations can evaluate their performance as they work on tickets and review weekly recommendations for improving their skills and operating procedures. These recommendations compare actual performance against expected behavior and identify areas where an AI Coworker may need improvement.

Atomicwork also supports Okta’s Cross App Access, or XAA, protocol, an OAuth extension designed for secure agent-to-app and app-to-app connections. XAA enables AI Coworkers to act on behalf of authorized users while maintaining enterprise access controls.

Early deployments across enterprise IT

Enterprises are already deploying Atomicwork AI Coworkers to automate recurring IT operations. After Atom, Access Ops Manager is the second most deployed certified AI Coworker, helping organizations handle employee access requests and provisioning workflows. Across Atomicwork customers using access automation, applications that don’t require approval have a median turnaround time of just 18 seconds, while those requiring approval have a median turnaround time of 2.5 hours.

The marketplace represents the first stage of Atomicwork’s broader plan to create an ecosystem for enterprise AI Coworkers. The initial marketplace consists of AI Coworkers built and certified by Atomicwork, while third parties can contribute skills and integrations through its MCP store and skill registry.

Over time, Atomicwork plans to expand the marketplace to allow third-party organizations to publish their own AI Coworkers and validate them against Atomicwork’s enterprise evaluation benchmarks.

About Atomicwork
