Financial Highlights Commentary
EPS: Earnings per diluted share in the third quarter of 2026 were $2.49 and $1.82 for Non-GAAP and GAAP, respectively. This compares to $3.94 and $3.28 in the third quarter of 2025. In connection with a tax settlement signed during the third quarter of 2025, the company updated its tax provisions during that quarter, which resulted in a benefit of approximately $1.47 to Non-GAAP and GAAP EPS.
Cash Balances, Marketable Securities & Short-Term Deposits: $4,123 million as of September 30, 2026, compared to $2,817 million as of September 30, 2025. The increase in cash is primarily a result of the $1.8 billion proceeds from our $2 billion convertible senior notes offering, net of issuance costs and net of purchased capped calls. In the third quarter of 2025, the company executed a payment of approximately $160 million for the land of the new Check Point Tel Aviv Campus.
Cash Flow: Cash flow from operations in the third quarter of 2026 was $264 million, which included $10 million in expense related to our currency hedging transactions. This compares to $241 million in the third quarter of 2025, which included $3 million in benefit related to our currency hedging transactions.
Share Repurchase Program: During the third quarter of 2026, the company repurchased approximately 2.5 million shares for a total of approximately $325 million. Over the last twelve months, we have repurchased approximately 9 million shares.
Research & Development Grants: During the third quarter of 2026, the company recognized a $25 million reduction in research and development expenses under Israel’s new research & development tax incentive program. The new Israeli law enacted on March 30, 2026, as part of the 2026 budget, provides tax incentives for research and development activities carried out in Israel. Eligible Israeli companies within multinational groups can receive tax credits for qualifying research & development expenses, which may be used to offset corporate taxes or minimum top-up tax, and unused credits may be converted into cash grants after a defined period.
* Remaining Performance Obligation (RPO) is a measure that represents the total value of non-cancellable contracted products and/or services that are yet to be recognized as Revenue as of September 30, 2026.
** Adjusted Free Cash Flow is a non-GAAP financial measure that we define as Net Cash provided by operating activities, less purchases of property, equipment, Capitalization costs, and other assets, net of Acquisition related costs.

ZKH and Intel Bring Industrial Multimodal AI to the Edge with LingLong Insight 1.0

November 2, 2026By
SHANGHAI, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — ZKH Group Limited (“ZKH” or the “Company”) (NYSE: ZKH), a leading maintenance, repair, and operations (“MRO”) procurement service platform in China, announced that its AI subsidiary, LingLong Intelligence, launched LingLong Insight 1.0 with Intel at Intel Connection 2026 in Suzhou, China. Developed by LingLong Intelligence and powered by Intel’s edge computing technology, the lightweight industrial multimodal AI model brings image and text understanding as well as intelligent verification to industrial worksites, turning industrial knowledge into practical support for on-site decisions.
The wide variety of industrial supplies makes accurate verification when receiving goods a persistent challenge. Two bearings may look almost identical yet differ in a single specification that determines whether they suit a particular machine. Workers must distinguish between such items and check them against delivery documents, a demanding process prone to error. An undetected mismatch can allow the wrong part into inventory, delay critical maintenance, or disrupt production.
LingLong Insight 1.0 combines image and text understanding with industrial knowledge to help distinguish between similar-looking supplies and verify their specifications. The model supports a visual verification workflow that uses industrial cameras to capture images of delivery documents, packaging and labels, identifies the items, and checks their specifications against the delivery documentation. It flags discrepancies alongside the relevant images, helping workers catch potential mismatches before confirming receipt.
With 4 billion parameters, LingLong Insight 1.0 is designed to balance accuracy and processing efficiency for edge deployment. Deployed on LingLong Agent Box with Intel® Core™ Ultra processors, which combine CPU, GPU, and NPU computing, it processes information locally at the workstation, reducing latency and reliance on the cloud while supporting responsive on-site verification.
ZKH’s industrial data and domain expertise are central to the model’s development. Drawing on nearly 30 years of experience in industrial supplies, ZKH has accumulated more than 27 million product records and approximately 4 billion product parameters. By standardizing this data and connecting it with expert knowledge, LingLong Intelligence turns it into a strategic asset: structured, AI-ready knowledge that underpins scalable industrial AI applications. Intel’s edge computing makes on-site AI possible; ZKH’s industrial knowledge makes it reliable.
“Industrial AI is only as good as the knowledge behind it,” said Yang Liu, Chief Technology Officer of ZKH Group and CEO of LingLong Intelligence. “Our industrial data and close understanding of customer needs give us a strong foundation for developing AI that delivers practical value. With Intel’s edge computing technology, we can now take that intelligence beyond the cloud and onto the factory floor, where every decision counts.”
The launch of LingLong Insight 1.0 is part of a broader engagement between LingLong Intelligence and Intel. The two companies intend to deepen their collaboration on industrial AI and jointly explore global market opportunities, combining Intel’s computing platforms and ecosystem resources with LingLong Intelligence’s industrial data and model capabilities to develop scalable edge AI solutions for industries worldwide.
Building on verification at goods receipt, LingLong Intelligence plans to extend the model to warehouse inbound and outbound checks, production-line material verification, and equipment operation and maintenance, bringing AI-powered support to more stages of industrial operations.
