LISLE, Ill., March 4, 2025 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Dealer eProcess is proud to announce that Sherpa AI, its industry-leading website and industry-exclusive personalization platform, is now an in-program solution for Stellantis US dealers. This powerful innovation enables dealers to leverage intuitive AI-powered technology to deliver the hyper-personalized shopping and enhanced customer experiences today’s car buyers expect—while also driving more conversions, leads, and sales.

“As more OEMs recognize the value of Sherpa AI, we continue our mission to solve common dealership problems with innovative technology,” remarked Joe Gillespie, CEO of Dealer eProcess.

Sherpa AI provides dealers with advanced website personalization and data-driven insights that improve engagement and maximize return on investment. By tracking shopper interactions, preferences, and lead activity, dealerships can make informed adjustments to their digital strategy and eliminate one-size-fits-all website experiences. Sherpa AI’s exclusive Inventory Performance Summary provides an unmatched level of visibility into website inventory trends, analyzing shopper behavior at a model-specific level to highlight conversion-driving events, top-performing colors, most sought-after features, and average views per model. These insights allow dealers to optimize their inventory strategy, improve merchandising decisions, and stock vehicles that align with actual customer demand. To meet the varying needs of dealerships, Sherpa AI is available in three tailored packages, allowing Stellantis dealers to choose the level of personalization and insights that best align with their business goals.

For car shoppers, Sherpa AI delivers an unparalleled level of website personalization, dynamically adjusting content in real time to create frictionless, tailored shopping experiences. The “My Garage” feature further enhances engagement by remembering search preferences and previous selections—without requiring a login—so shoppers can seamlessly continue their buying journey whenever they return. With intelligent SRP filtering, website visitors always see the most relevant inventory and information, keeping them engaged and increasing the likelihood of conversion. The Sherpa AI Shopping Assistant, a Dealer eProcess exclusive, builds a custom web page for each visitor, analyzing their browsing behavior, preferences, and first-party data to display the most relevant inventory, personalized vehicle recommendations, incentive details, brochures, and more—all in one intuitive space. The Customer Preferences Page, another DEP-exclusive feature, allows shoppers to customize their site experience, ensuring they receive content aligned with their interests while also providing dealers with key behavioral insights to enhance lead quality.

“As more OEMs recognize the value of Sherpa AI, we continue our mission to solve common dealership problems with innovative technology,” remarked Joe Gillespie, CEO of Dealer eProcess. “With intelligent website personalization, Stellantis dealers can attract, engage, and convert more shoppers while providing a seamless experience that keeps customers coming back.”

No other solution comes close—Sherpa AI seamlessly connects dealer group websites, ensuring that each shopper’s personalized experience follows them across multiple rooftops. Whether they switch between locations or return later, their preferences, search history, and tailored recommendations stay with them, creating a continuous, hyper-personalized journey that keeps them engaged and drives conversions. Now part of Stellantis’ approved vendor program, Sherpa AI joins Dealer eProcess’ suite of cutting-edge digital solutions, which includes award-winning websites, digital marketing services, and Amazon Advertising offerings. Lunai Bioworks Announces Receipt of Nasdaq Determination and Intention to Voluntarily Delist and Deregister

Published

on

By

SACRAMENTO, Calif., Oct. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Lunai Bioworks Inc. (Nasdaq: LNAI) (the “Company”) announced that on October 21, 2026, it received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) stating that the Company no longer complies with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1), which requires minimum stockholders’ equity of $2,500,000. The Company reported a stockholders’ deficit of $(9,024,946) in its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, and does not meet the alternative market value of listed securities or net income standards. Because the Company is subject to a mandatory Hearings Panel Monitor under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5815(d)(4)(B), Nasdaq staff determined to delist the Company’s securities. Trading in the Company’s common stock on Nasdaq is expected to be suspended at the opening of business on October 30, 2026.

The Company will not request a hearing. Rather than contest the staff determination, the Company’s Board of Directors approved on October 22, 2026 the voluntary withdrawal of the Company’s common stock from listing on Nasdaq under Rule 12d2-2(c) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The Board took this action because of the staff determination and the Company’s financial condition, and concluded that the cost of continued listing and SEC reporting is not justified.

The Company notified Nasdaq of its intention on October 22, 2026. The Company intends to file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on or about November 2, 2026, and expects the delisting to become effective on or about November 12, 2026. The Company then intends to file a Form 15 to suspend its SEC reporting obligations, to the extent it is eligible to do so. The Company’s SEC reporting obligations will continue unless and until they are terminated or suspended in accordance with the SEC’s rules.

The Company does not intend to arrange for quotation of its common stock on any over-the-counter market and cannot assure that any trading market for its common stock will exist after trading on Nasdaq is suspended.

Forward-Looking Statements
This press release contains forward-looking statements, including statements regarding the expected suspension of trading, the expected timing of the Form 25 and Form 15 filings, and the expected timing of delisting and deregistration. Actual results may differ materially due to risks and uncertainties, including Nasdaq and SEC procedures and the Company’s financial condition. The Company undertakes no obligation to update these statements, except as required by law.

Resolution on a long-term incentive program

The Extraordinary General Meeting resolved to introduce a long-term incentive program (the “P11”) for employees of the group in the United States, Scotland, Sweden, India and China.

Resolution to authorise the Board of Directors to resolve on directed issue of Series C shares

The Extraordinary General Meeting resolved to authorise the Board of Directors to, until the next Annual General Meeting, resolve on a new issue of no more than 7,280,000 Series C shares to be subscribed for by a bank or securities company at a subscription price corresponding to the quota value.
