SAN JOSE, Calif., March 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ —  AI is reshaping industries at an unprecedented pace, and HOMEE AI is at the forefront of this transformation. Specializing in Spatial Intelligence, the Asia-based AI company is redefining how we interact with physical spaces through Xplorer & HOMEE CASA, two AI-driven solutions tailored for the PropTech and furnishing industries. At NVIDIA GTC 2025, HOMEE AI will unveil next-gen AI features to accelerate digital transformation in the spatial industry.

Bringing AI-Driven Spatial Transformation to the PropTech Industry
HOMEE AI integrates advanced spatial intelligence—including Scene Understanding, Multimodal AI, Generative AI, and AI Agents—to power Xplorer and HOMEE CASA. These AI-driven solutions transform physical spaces into high-fidelity 3D digital twins, revolutionizing property visualization, spatial interaction, and AI-assisted design. With seamless SaaS integration, HOMEE AI enables scalable digital transformation for PropTech, real estate, and furnishing industries.

New HOMEE AI’s Xplorer AI features debuting at GTC 2025 include:

CleanView Auto: AI automatically detects and removes clutter in scanned spaces, providing a pristine digital environment.Domain-Specific LLMs Fact Checker: Ensures real estate data remains accurate and up to date, enhancing both agencies and buyer confidence.

Meanwhile, HOMEE CASA introduces SnapSpace, an AI-powered feature that transforms 2D photos into interactive 3D spaces, automatically furnishing interiors with AI-curated layouts.

Xplorer: Reinventing Real Estate with AI-Powered Spatial Exploration

Launched in Q4 2024, Xplorer has already been deployed by the leading real estate groups, solving industry pain points and enhancing operational efficiency. By scanning a property with a smartphone, realtors can instantly generate 2D floor plans and 3D models, allowing buyers to explore digital twin spaces remotely from any angle, anytime.

With real estate-specific AI models, users can interact with AI via voice or text in multiple languages, receive personalized property recommendations, and access real-time market insights, financing options, and regulatory advice. This accelerates decision-making, optimizes the sales process, and creates a win-win scenario for the industry and consumers.

For interior designers and furnishing brands, HOMEE CASA offers an AI-powered design experience, allowing users to scan a space, describe their preferred style, and see instant 3D visualizations of potential layouts. AI automatically suggests furniture based on real dimensions, materials, and budgets, enabling real-time customization before purchase. This reduces return rates, minimizes carbon footprint, and enhances the online-to-offline shopping experience.

Pushing PropTech Boundaries with Next-Gen AI Features

HOMEE AI has even bigger plans for H1 2025, with Xplorer set to launch three groundbreaking AI-powered features:

AI-Guided Property Tours: An interactive AI navigator that provides voice-driven real estate walkthroughs in 3D digital twin environments.AI-driven Conversational Exploration: Context-aware AI dynamically adjusts conversations based on user queries, offering deeper insights and tailored recommendations.AI GeoGuide: AI recommends properties based on nearby amenities such as schools, parks, and transit options, providing a more holistic home-buying experience.

“HOMEE AI is setting new standards in AI-driven spatial intelligence,” said Kenny Du, Founder & CEO of HOMEE AI. “With Xplorer’s real-time 3D scanning speed doubling in Q1 2025 compared to Q4 2024, we are pushing the boundaries of AI-powered spatial computing. StyleMagic allows users to seamlessly change interior styles without structural distortions—ensuring no wall penetrations or window misplacements—a pioneering technology that sets a new industry benchmark. Xplorer also features highly precise spatial recognition, accurately identifying object types, dimensions, and details while constructing digital twins for small and mid-sized objects within a space. Our team continues to push innovation forward, dedicated to building must-have AI solutions for the industry.”

Redefining Human-Space Interaction Through AI

“HOMEE AI is fundamentally reshaping how people engage with physical spaces,” Du continued. “By combining AI-powered spatial computation with Vertical AI expertise, we are breaking down barriers between real estate, furnishing, and interior design. Our goal is to digitally transform these industries and redefine how people interact with spaces. With a scalable and adaptable AI framework, we are expanding from Taiwan into the U.S. and Asia, forging global partnerships and unlocking new AI-driven business opportunities.”

Company presents financial technology platforms and shares experience in adapting solutions for Southeast Asian markets

HONG KONG, Nov. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Beyondsoft showcased its financial AI and digital solutions at Hong Kong FinTech Week x StartmeupHK 2026, where the company also shared its experience of adapting fintech capabilities developed in China to the needs of Southeast Asian markets.

The company presented its AI agent platform, mobile application development platform and enterprise digital currency payment collection system. Its team met with financial institutions, technology companies and industry organisations to discuss AI applications, implementation challenges and opportunities for collaboration across the region.

AI and Digital Solutions for Financial Services

Beyondsoft’s AI agent platform combines large language models with industry knowledge bases to support risk management, oversight of funds, automated regulatory reporting and targeted customer engagement. The platform is designed to bring AI into financial workflows and help institutions explore end-to-end automation of core business processes.

Built on Beyondsoft’s proprietary technology, the mobile application development platform supports financial apps across multiple device environments and enables faster updates, helping teams improve development and delivery efficiency.

The enterprise digital currency payment collection system provides payment collection services for financial institutions and corporate clients through a customised software-as-a-service model.

Conversations at the exhibition focused on where financial AI agents could be most useful, how to implement them and how to assess their business value. The team also discussed potential partnerships in mobile financial services and digital payments.

Adapting China’s Fintech Experience to Southeast Asian Markets

As part of the event, Ariel Lin, who leads Beyondsoft’s Innovation Lab and AI Practice, delivered a presentation on adapting China’s financial AI capabilities to Southeast Asian markets.

Drawing on China’s experience in core banking, AI-powered lending at scale and generative AI in production, Lin emphasised that international expansion requires more than exporting products. Technical expertise, experienced people and proven delivery practices are equally important.

Customer expectations, operations and infrastructure vary across Southeast Asia. Technology providers need to adapt their solutions to each market and work with local teams to build the skills needed to maintain and develop them. Technology transfer and knowledge sharing can help local businesses build these capabilities over time.

Addressing Local Regulatory Requirements

The presentation also examined differences in regulatory requirements across Southeast Asia, with examples from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. Topics included data protection, biometric identity verification, the fairness and explainability of AI-assisted decisions, and financial data sharing.

For cross-border projects, these requirements need to be considered from the outset. Data use must comply with applicable purpose limitations and consent requirements. Biometric applications require attention to liveness detection and accuracy, while AI-assisted decisions need to address fairness and explainability. Financial data sharing must also comply with local banking secrecy and credit information requirements.

Lin emphasised that compliance needs to be built into solution design and implementation to help financial institutions manage the risks of deploying AI across markets.

Experience in Cross-Border Delivery

Beyondsoft’s work for the overseas branches of a Chinese global bank illustrated the demands of cross-border technology delivery. The projects covered personal and corporate mobile banking, credit card applications, mobile workplace tools and mobile learning platforms.

The work required experience in financial systems development, coordination across platforms and complex project delivery. For institutions operating across borders, individual applications also need to work together, support business continuity and meet regional requirements.

With its International Headquarters in Singapore, Beyondsoft continues to connect technology expertise from China with business needs in Southeast Asia. Drawing on its financial technology experience and global service network, the company will explore AI applications and service models suited to regional markets, working with industry partners to bring AI into financial business processes.
