The transaction demonstrates how Mirae Asset Securities’ US$3 billion structured note programme can extend into on-chain distribution, establishing a model for a broader range of structured products over time while showcasing its advanced tokenisation capabilities and long-term commitment to expanding into digital assets.

HONG KONG, Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Mirae Asset Securities (HK) Limited (“Mirae Asset Securities”) today announced the completion of a tokenised funding note issuance to eligible institutional investors on Solana, a public blockchain network, expanding the digital distribution of its structured products. The transaction was supported by Marketnode, a Singapore-regulated digital market infrastructure operator acting as an authorised distributor.

The transaction involved USD-denominated six-month floating rate notes issued in Hong Kong under Mirae Asset Securities’ US$3 billion Guaranteed Structured Note Programme, with Mirae Asset Securities managing token issuance, payments, and lifecycle management of the tokenised notes.

This milestone highlights Mirae Asset Securities’ robust in-house tokenisation capabilities and operational readiness to power end-to-end digital asset lifecycles. By leveraging its proprietary digital infrastructure, Mirae Asset Securities continues to lead the capital markets’ transition into next-generation financial architectures, actively expanding its footprint across the digital asset ecosystem.

The transaction demonstrates how established structured products can be extended into digitally native distribution, enabling eligible institutional investors to hold the notes in tokenised form on public blockchain infrastructure such as the Solana network. Its successful execution provides a scalable model that Mirae Asset Securities can extend to a broader range of structured products over time.

Kelly Sohn, Head of Digital Assets at Mirae Asset Securities, said: “Mirae Asset has always looked to the future of financial markets and how innovation can create better ways to serve investors. Extending our structured note capabilities into digitally native channels is a natural progression of our strategic focus on digital assets. By building robust internal tokenisation capabilities and leveraging next-generation blockchain infrastructure, we are establishing a flexible foundation to expand our digital product suite and serve institutional investors across global markets.”

Lu Yin, Head of APAC at the Solana Foundation, said: “Public blockchain infrastructure becomes meaningful to capital markets when it can support the products and workflows institutions already use. We’re proud to support this transaction and demonstrate how Solana can connect established financial markets with a growing digitally native ecosystem.”

Andrew Scott, Head of Digital Assets at Marketnode, said: “The next stage of tokenisation is about distribution. Financial institutions already know how to manufacture sophisticated investment products; the opportunity is to connect those products with new institutional investors and new channels. Mirae Asset’s structured note programme shows how established product capabilities can extend into digitally native markets and reach new pools of demand.”
