Published

on

Autonomous AI agents now run directly in CI/CD pipelines, enabling continuous development by autonomously writing, reviewing, and maintaining code

SILICON VALLEY, Calif., May 19, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Today, Zencoder announces the launch of Autonomous Zen Agents for CI/CD, bringing groundbreaking AI automation directly into the software development infrastructure. This new capability enables AI agents to operate independently within CI/CD pipelines, autonomously responding to events, implementing changes, and submitting code through standard pull requests. The launch significantly expands Zencoder’s suite of developer tools beyond IDE-based assistance to infrastructure-level automation that works continuously, even when developers are offline.

Zencoder launches Autonomous AI coding Agents for automating CI/CD pipeline

Autonomous Agents: Beyond Reactive Assistance

Zen Agents for CI represent a fundamental shift in AI-assisted development. Unlike IDE-bound coding assistants that require manual prompting, these agents:

Run within existing CI infrastructure, triggered by webhooks from issue trackers or code eventsAutonomously resolve issues, implement fixes, improve code quality, generate and run tests, and create documentationSubmit their work through standard pull requests, maintaining full developer oversightOperate entirely within the customer’s trusted environments, not Zencoder’s servers

“The next evolution in AI-powered development isn’t just about coding faster – it’s about accelerating the whole software development lifecycle, where coding is just one step,” said Andrew Filev, CEO and Founder of Zencoder. “By bringing autonomous agents into CI/CD pipelines, we’re enabling teams to eliminate routine work and accelerate hand-offs, maintaining momentum 24/7, while keeping humans in control of what ultimately ships.”

Real-World Applications That Deliver Immediate Value

Early adopters have already deployed Autonomous Zen Agents across multiple facets of the development lifecycle:

Automated Bug Resolution: When issues are tagged in tracking systems, agents analyze root causes, develop fixes, and create pull requests without developer interventionContinuous Code Quality: Agents proactively identify technical debt, deprecated APIs, and opportunities for improvement, then implement solutionsEnhanced Security Posture: Agents scan for vulnerabilities, and automatically propose patches for security issuesDocumentation Maintenance: When implementation changes, agents ensure documentation stays current by detecting discrepancies and submitting corrections

Oleg Yunin, Head of Engineering at TraceAir, shares his experience: “Zencoder has revolutionized how our team approaches routine development tasks. We’re enthusiastic about deploying Zen Agents to help teams understand our complex microservices architecture. Having autonomous agents that can analyze interdependencies, generate documentation, and even suggest improvements across service boundaries is a game-changer for our growing engineering department. New team members can get up to speed faster while the agents handle routine maintenance tasks.”

Secure by Design, Simple to Implement

Autonomous Zen Agents for CI/CD are built with enterprise security requirements in mind:

Agents run within the customer’s CI environmentAll code changes follow standard review processes through pull requestsComplete logging for agent activitiesCompatible with GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket, CircleCI, Jenkins and other major platforms

Implementation requires minimal setup, with most teams operational in under five minutes:

Install the Zencoder CLI with a single commandConfigure authentication and webhook triggersDefine task types for agent automation

The Future of Continuous Development

This launch follows Zencoder’s recent introduction of the Zen Agents platform and open-source marketplace, which brought customizable, shareable AI agents to development teams. Autonomous CI/CD agents represent the next step in this evolution, moving AI assistance from manual-triggered IDE tools to infrastructure-level automation.

“Today’s release is just the beginning,” added Filev. “Our roadmap includes expanding the capabilities of these agents with web-based administration, multi-agent workflows, and analytics that demonstrate where AI is delivering the most value. We’re building toward a future where human creativity and AI automation work in perfect harmony across the entire software lifecycle.”

Availability

Autonomous Zen Agents for CI/CD are available now in early access for selected enterprise customers. Organizations interested in participating can request access at zencoder.ai/product/zen-agents-ci.

Agoda names five quieter corners of Asia to catch the snow this season

Published

By

SINGAPORE, Nov. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Winter is almost upon Asia, and with it the part of the calendar travelers look forward to: frozen lakes, steaming open-air baths, and towns that come fully alive once the snow settles. Winter trips are shifting away from the big-name resorts, where lift queues and lodging have both grown steeper, toward smaller places where the snow still feels like it belongs to the locals first. Digital travel platform Agoda spotlights five spots across Asia where travelers can take in the season’s sights, from fire festivals to frozen lakes.

Zao Onsen, Japan

Up in Yamagata, freezing wind and snow coat the conifers until they stand like hooded figures across the slopes — the juhyo (snow monsters). On winter evenings they’re lit from below, turning an ordinary ski field into something closer to a dream.

Taebaek, South Korea

Away from the Olympic crowds of Gangwon’s better-known towns, Taebaek hosts a late-January snow festival built around hand-carved snow and ice sculptures, sledding hills, and mountain trails that lead to some of Korea’s most reliable early-season powder.

Gulmarg, India

High in Kashmir, Gulmarg rides one of the world’s loftiest cable cars up into wide, lightly tracked bowls. Mornings bring tea sellers and the smell of woodsmoke; afternoons bring long, quiet descents that few travelers outside the subcontinent have discovered.

Kanas, China

Tucked into the far north of Xinjiang near the Altai Mountains, Kanas turns almost silent in winter: a long glacial lake freezes over, snow piles onto the roofs of the old Tuvan villages, and smoke curls from log cabins where families still see out the season in the traditional way.

Sapa, Vietnam

Sapa is proof that snow in Southeast Asia isn’t a myth. When cold air drops over the Hoàng Liên Son mountains, frost and the occasional dusting settle over the rice terraces, and the hill-tribe markets carry on trading in the mist, blankets and all.

“Winter in Asia has so much to offer travelers willing to look a little further afield,” said Jay Lee, Regional Director, North Asia at Agoda. “From a snowy mountain village to a warming soak in an outdoor onsen, these destinations offer different ways to enjoy the season and experience local life. With Agoda’s wide range of stays, travelers can find a base that suits their budget and make a winter escape their own.”

With over 6 million properties, more than 130,000 flight routes and a wide range of activities to choose from, travelers can discover and plan their next winter escape on Agoda.com or the Agoda app.

Datavault AI Founder Nathaniel Bradley Sues Board

Published

By

WILMINGTON, Del., Nov. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Lawsuit Alleges Chairman and CFO Brett Moyer Engineered a Weekend Lockout While Keeping a $90–$100 Million Financing Offer From Independent Directors

Datavault AI Founder Nathaniel Bradley Sues Board

Nathaniel Bradley, the founder whose technology became Nasdaq-listed Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT), today filed a lawsuit in the Delaware Court of Chancery asking the court to declare his contested ouster as CEO void and restore him to office. The complaint alleges that Board Chairman and CFO Brett Moyer “suspended” Bradley without a Board vote, cut off his email, and then rushed through a defective Sunday meeting, all while a $90–$100 million financing lifeline sat on the table.

On October 30, two days after Bradley asked the Board to consider removing Moyer as CFO, Moyer “suspended” Bradley on his own perceived authority. According to the complaint, no Board meeting was held and no written consent was circulated. This was done despite Datavault’s own Bylaws, which give only the full Board the power to remove officers.

The lawsuit further alleges that Moyer and certain unnamed directors shut Bradley out one day after he brought the company a $90–$100 million funding offer that could have substantially improved its financial position. Rather than present the offer, Moyer “suppressed, withheld and concealed” it from the company’s independent directors.

Last night, Bradley released the following statement:

“While I remain confident in Datavault AI’s technology, product offerings, and patent-protected innovations, I strongly dispute the legal validity of the Board’s decision to remove me as President and Chief Executive Officer.

“During my tenure, we increased revenue by more than 1,300% in my first year, alongside record trading volumes, and built the foundation for continued growth. We assembled a portfolio of more than

100 patents and pending applications, including newly issued U.S. patents in data valuation, tokenization, and wireless audio. We launched the Information Data Exchange, NIL Vault, and American Political Exchange, and signed licensing and tokenization agreements that bring real-world assets, from carbon credits to gold, copper, and geothermal energy, onto our platforms. We also completed strategic acquisitions, including API Media Innovations, that expanded our reach into digital twins, sports, and live events. We broadened our strategic partnership network, including with IBM,

ServiceNow, and the Department of Energy, and recruited industry-leading talent to the Datavault cause.

“Innovators are often targeted, and I intend to protect my rights and the interests of the Company and its shareholders. I believe the Board’s action jeopardizes the Company’s ability to realize its full potential.”

Jacob Frenkel, Bradley’s lead counsel and a former SEC enforcement lawyer and federal prosecutor, said:

“The company’s groundbreaking and cutting-edge technologies are a function of Mr. Bradley’s brilliance and vision. As a corporate leader, Mr. Bradley has a long-standing commitment to best practices in corporate governance.”

Mr. Bradley puts his investors first. When you’re out building and innovating and those you think you can trust decide to stage a corporate coup, the only place for relief is in court. Mr. Bradley will continue to fight for the shareholders and against those who put their own interests ahead of the company’s stakeholders.”
