Introducing “The Workplace GPS”: A Smarter Way to Align People and Performance

Published

on

A new concept is redefining how organizations develop their people: “The Workplace GPS”, a smarter, more adaptive way to align leadership, culture, talent, and strategy in real time.

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif., April 23, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Ideal Outcomes, a full-spectrum workplace learning and development partner based in Orange County, California, today unveiled a refreshed brand direction and fully redesigned website. The new positioning marks a significant step forward in how the company helps organizations navigate the growing complexity of the modern workplace. With a global client base, Ideal Outcomes is also expanding its North American footprint to better serve organizations across the United States.

“Organizations don’t need more content, they need direction. Our new platform reflects how we work with clients…helping them navigate change in real time and move from where they are today to where they need to be with clarity and confidence.”

“The Workplace GPS” positions the company as a trusted guide for organizations seeking clarity, alignment, and measurable progress across leadership development, employee engagement, and workforce development strategy.

This launch reflects both a transition in the company’s identity and a response to a rapidly changing business environment, where traditional approaches to organizational development and workplace culture consulting are no longer enough.

The modern workplace has fundamentally changed. Hybrid teams, accelerating AI adoption, shifting employee expectations, and increasing pressure on leadership have created a level of complexity many organizations are struggling to manage. In this environment, traditional learning and development models often fall short. Static programs, generic training, and disconnected initiatives fail to keep pace with real-world challenges, leaving gaps between strategy and execution.

“The workplace isn’t static anymore, so development can’t be either,” said Jason Richmond, CEO and Chief Culture Officer at Ideal Outcomes.

At the core of the new brand is a simple but powerful idea: workplace development should function like a GPS, not a paper map.

“Organizations don’t need more content, they need direction,” Richmond continued.

“Our new platform reflects how we work with clients: not as a vendor, but as a strategic partner, helping them navigate change in real time and move from where they are today to where they need to be with clarity and confidence.”

Rather than delivering isolated programs, Ideal Outcomes provides ongoing corporate culture consulting and adaptive workforce solutions. This includes leadership development, employee engagement strategies, and organizational development programs that evolve alongside each client’s needs.

The “Workplace GPS” approach emphasizes continuous guidance, helping organizations assess their current state, define a clear path forward, and adjust in real time as business conditions shift. This ensures that development is not theoretical but directly embedded into daily operations.

Ideal Outcomes maintains a 95% client retention rate, reflecting its long-term, partnership-driven approach. Solutions are customized around each organization’s structure, people, and goals, enabling leaders and teams to apply new skills immediately and drive measurable improvements in performance and growth.

With a continued focus on outcomes, clients gain visibility into how workplace culture initiatives translate into employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and overall business growth. Ideal Outcomes works closely with internal teams, providing both strategic direction and hands-on execution.

As the future of work continues to evolve, Ideal Outcomes remains focused on one mission: helping organizations move forward with clarity, adapt with confidence, and develop workforces that excel.

The 3rd GTI Forum on Digital Intelligence, Hong Kong Advances Global Inclusive AI Development

Published

By

HONG KONG, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The 3rd GTI Forum on Digital Intelligence • Hong Kong, themed “Openness, Sharing, Cooperation – Advancing AI Development”, was held in Hong Kong, China on September 8.

Gao Tongqing, Chairman of GTI, stated that GTI continues to strengthen global cooperation, foster open exchange and build consensus on development priorities. Working alongside international organizations, regulators, universities and research institutions, GTI deepens cross-domain and cross-regional collaboration, advances in-depth integration of industry, academia and research worldwide, and promotes “network-intelligence integrated innovation for inclusive AI empowerment” as a global consensus. GTI deepens collaborative innovation to address key industry challenges: it has established eight open laboratories across Asia, Europe and North America, built a 6G open testbed, launched a global open innovation challenge with GSMA, and released over 50 white papers and research reports, providing practical guidance for the global industry to tackle common challenges. To contribute development insights and bridge the digital-intelligence divide, GTI put forward the Mobile Intelligence Integration Index (MI³), released the Mobile AI White Paper and the AI Security Governance Initiative, and advances the secure, trustworthy, inclusive and accessible development of AI. Globally, AI is advancing at an accelerated pace, with three core pillars—technological innovation, industrial application and governance practice—continuing to deepen. For this new stage of AI development, he put forward three proposals on behalf of GTI:

First, jointly advance technological innovation to consolidate the foundation of AI development. GTI will rally global innovation forces across industry, academia, research and application, leverage its open laboratories and testbeds to carry out diverse cooperation such as international joint R&D and global open innovation challenges, and jointly overcome key common technical bottlenecks.

Second, jointly expand application scenarios to unlock AI’s value potential. Adhering to a demand-driven approach, GTI will continue to identify high-value application scenarios across industries, promote in-depth integration of AI with sectors including healthcare, transportation, education and energy, and empower key links such as R&D, design and manufacturing.

Third, jointly promote trustworthy governance to steer AI toward good. Upholding a people-centered and responsible AI philosophy, GTI will deepen international dialogue and cooperation in areas such as AI standards, security and governance.

Li Huidi, Executive Vice President of China Mobile, pointed out that as a core founding member of GTI, China Mobile will continue to leverage GTI’s open cooperation platform to discuss AI technology evolution, industrial applications and governance pathways with all parties. Currently, AI is evolving from isolated tools to general-purpose capabilities, driving all-round transformation of productivity and social governance and reshaping the underlying logic of the information and communications industry: connectivity expands from human-machine-thing interconnection to Agent interconnection, and operation models shift from traffic-based operations to integrated “Byte+Token” operations.

Following this trend, China Mobile continues to advance the deep integration of AI and information and communications technologies, and accelerates the coordinated evolution of communications networks, computing networks and AI networks, so that AI can better embed into networks, empower industries and serve society. As the “AI+” era unfolds, China Mobile stands ready to forge ahead hand in hand with partners from all sectors. On behalf of China Mobile, Li Huidi put forward three proposals:

First, jointly strengthen foundational digital capabilities. The two sides will collaborate on core technologies such as large models, AI computing clusters and integrated cloud-network-compute scheduling, boost efficient coordination of communications, computing, data and models, and build secure, interconnected, open and trustworthy AI infrastructure.

Second, co-create smart application scenarios. China Mobile will deepen efforts in diverse tracks including industry, people’s livelihood and urban development, build more benchmark applications with Hong Kong and global partners, leverage Hong Kong’s role as an international gateway and “super connector”, and advance AI services’ industry-wide coverage, inclusive access for all, and global sharing.

Third, foster an open global ecosystem. The two sides will deepen industry-university-research-investment collaboration, build cross-border AI cooperation platforms, and jointly explore rules on cross-border data flows, algorithm security, model trustworthiness and AI Agent governance, to promote the safe, inclusive and sustainable development of artificial intelligence.

China Mobile, together with GTI and over 20 industry partners, jointly released the GTI AI Security Governance Technology White Paper and the Security Capability System; together with GTI and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, officially launched the AI4S Scientific Workstation • International Edition (TG Science); and, together with GTI, and over 10 industry-university-research partners, jointly released the Achievement of the 6G Open Testbed: Base Station and Terminal Prototype IODT Based on The Latest 3GPP Definitions.

The event also featured two sub-forums: Smart Transportation and Mobile AI. Gathering over 20 experts and executives from sectors including transportation, low-altitude economy, artificial intelligence, the sub-forums explored integrated development and practices of AI across sectors, driving broader and deeper expansion of “AI+” and empowering transformation and upgrading of all industries.

Talogy assessment tool recognized for its contribution to building workplace resilience

New book on resilience, written by leading experts on the psychology of lawyer behavior, credits 30 years of Talogy’s Caliper Profile

PITTSBURGH, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Talogy, a global leader in talent management solutions, has been recognized for its pivotal role in advancing workplace resilience research in a new book Thin-Skinned: Why Lawyers Are So Low in Resilience and the New Science That Can Help.

Published by the American Bar Association, the book by leading legal psychology experts Dr. Larry Richard and Dr. D’Arcy Lyness credits 30 years of data from Talogy’s Caliper profile assessment as the foundation for its insights into high-stakes workforce performance.

Drawing from a database of 4.5 million Caliper assessments, the book highlights a central workplace paradox: the very traits required for exceptional job performance are often the exact traits that leave professionals vulnerable to stress. Specifically, Dr. Richard’s data shows that lawyers average just 30% on resilience, compared to 50% for the general public, with nine out of 10 scoring in the bottom half of the resilience scale. This is a pattern that has remained unchanged since 1994.

“In the three decades that we have been evaluating and coaching legal professionals, we have seen a clear pattern,” said Dr. Larry Richard. “Law schools admit, firms hire and clients reward individuals who demonstrate high skepticism, high urgency, high self-reliance and an intolerance for error. While those traits produce stronger legal documents and won cases, our research shows they also predict rumination, defensiveness, isolation and difficulty coping with criticism, stress and change.”

This dynamic extends far beyond law. Any workforce that hires and promotes for vigilance, perfection and precision under pressure faces the same risks, such as manufacturing safety leads, ICU charge nurses, compliance officers, federal investigators or public safety supervisors.

By using Talogy’s assessment data to view resilience as a measurable trait rather than a temporary mood, leaders across all organizations can act on three core operational insights:

Early risk detection: Identify psychological risk factors before they lead to turnover, prolonged absences, or safety incidents.Separating skill from leadership: Recognize that a top individual performer is not automatically equipped to be a resilient leader.Actionable intervention: Address workforce vulnerabilities directly using science-backed development strategies.

“The Caliper Profile measures the innate personality traits and behavioral motivations that dictate how individuals process stress, setbacks, and criticism,” said Nataliya Baytalskaya, Ph.D. and Managing Research Scientist at Talogy. “Low resilience is not a barrier, it is a developmental opportunity. By leveraging objective measurement, organizations can deploy targeted, evidence-based strategies that help high-performing teams adapt under pressure without sacrificing their operational edge.”

Authors to participate in exclusive LinkedIn Live session, September 30 at 12pm ET

Dr. Larry Richard and Dr. D’Arcy Lyness will join Talogy for a 30 minute conversation to uncover what the science of resilience can teach us about building stronger, more sustainable high-performing teams. Sign up.

Edge storage integration deepens across the IBC show floor as attendees get their first live look at the Pro Mini Smart Drive moving through active production workflows

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — iodyne, leader in high-performance and smart data storage solutions, today announced its presence at IBC2026, running Sept. 11-16 in Amsterdam. The storage solutions provider will demonstrate how deeply its drives have become embedded in the daily workflows of its partners. During the show this year, iodyne will be co-exhibiting with professional video software provider, Hedge, at booth 7.A36. Additionally, iodyne’s solutions will make a special appearance powering workflows across the Adobe, RED Digital Cinema, and Cintegral Technologies booths. IBC2026 will also mark the first time European audiences see the Pro Mini Smart Drive, winner of Best of Show at NAB 2026, working live across multiple stops on a single show floor.

“Pro Mini is finally out of the display case and moving through real jobs at this show, starting at the Hedge booth for capture and archive, over to Adobe for AI creative and search workflows, and onto RED for raw ingest, a single Pro Mini can handle all of these different workflows and keep your data safe,” said Michael Gitig, Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives of iodyne.

Across every booth, iodyne will showcase how their storage solutions move high-resolution footage through workflows without slowing down, staying encrypted and RAID-protected the entire way.

Powering the Show Floor

iodyne’s presence at IBC2026 spans four partner booths, each showcasing encrypted, RAID-protected data moving from capture through color, ingest, and archive without a hitch. Here’s where to find it on the show floor:

Hedge (Booth 7.A36): Hedge is running iodyne storage across a full capture-to-archive pipeline on its booth, pairing Hedge’s OffShoot, Canister, EditReady, Canopy, Mimiq with iodyne Pro Data and Pro Mini to show attendees a verified, encrypted transfer at every step, from the initial offload off camera media through to long-term archive.

Adobe (Booths 13.D501, 7.B35): iodyne is showing up across multiple Adobe workflows this year, from Premiere to After Effects, including native-resolution RAW grading inside the new Color Mode in Premiere, an integration first detailed in iodyne’s Premiere Color Mode workflow story. iodyne will also publish a new episode of its Workflow Kitchen series featuring Dave Helmly from Adobe, covering the AI-driven features Adobe has released over the past year and how they fit into faster color and post pipelines.

RED Digital Cinema (Booth 11.C35): At the RED Digital Cinema booth, iodyne Pro Data will support live, fast, and secure R3D RAW workflows, building on the streamlined card-free ingest setup that the two companies showed earlier this year at NAB Show and Cinegear Expo.

Cintegral Technologies (Booth 1.D25): iodyne rental partner, Cintegral Technologies, is making its IBC debut focused on connectivity services for the European market, including private 5G and free-space optical (FSO) transmission for productions that need to move data without a fixed line. As it expands into connectivity, Cintegral says the Pro Mini remains central to its business.

“For me, what makes the Pro Mini so invaluable to us as a business is the intersectionality it provides across all our verticals,” said Dane Brehm, Production Technologist of Cintegral Technologies.

“Having the Pro Mini as a premium product when people know us for our storage-as-a-service gives us the opportunity to interest them in our other offerings, like the connectivity we’re showcasing for IBC. Utilizing a premium product in an excellent partnership builds trust and creates Cintegral’s secret sauce for success.”

Getting studio-grade data workflows into the field is a business imperative across sports, cinema and TV. iodyne points to its case study with the Dallas Cowboys on off-site content production, alongside a new case study with CineLab, as examples of that shift. iodyne invites IBC attendees to stop by any of its partner booths to talk through how the same edge workflows could apply to their own productions.

iodyne’s drives remain the fastest in the storage category while staying fully encrypted and RAID-protected—a standard the company calls TruePut. At IBC2026, iodyne puts its drives to work, demoing how faster encrypted transfer speeds cut down both the time spent offloading footage in the field and the cost of shipping physical drives back to a home base.

About iodyne

Founded by veteran enterprise storage engineers, iodyne builds encrypted, RAID-protected storage for professionals who work at the edge, in the field, on set, or anywhere else a slow or fragile drive isn’t an option. Its Pro Data and Pro Mini product lines pair hardware RAID-6 and XTS-AES-256 encryption with the sustained, verified performance the company calls TruePut, giving media and entertainment, government, and enterprise IT teams a way to move and protect large datasets without giving up speed. iodyne is based in Los Angeles.
