CampusGroups by Ready Education Sees Record Customer Growth

Published

More colleges and universities are choosing CampusGroups, driven by continued innovation and new features ahead of the fall semester.

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., July 16, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Ready Education, provider of the CampusGroups student engagement platform, today announced record first-half growth. New institutional adoption for CampusGroups nearly doubled compared to the same period last year, and new customers included 11 R1 research universities. CampusGroups now supports more than 7 million students across 25+ countries, including 81 leading U.S. research universities, 11 of the 13 Ivy Plus institutions, and more than 25 of the world’s leading business schools.

“Institutions aren’t just choosing a platform. They’re choosing a partner,” said Gary Ambrosino, Chief Executive Officer at Ready Education. “They want proven technology, experienced expertise, and a trusted community. That’s why more colleges and universities continue to choose CampusGroups.”

For institutions evaluating student engagement platforms this year, the signal from peers has been clear: schools are consolidating around CampusGroups rather than managing engagement across fragmented or dated tools. Under pressure to demonstrate measurable retention outcomes while simplifying their tech stacks, colleges and universities across every institution type have made the same move.

That momentum is backed by record-setting investment in the platform itself. In the first half of the year, Ready Education rolled out new AI-Driven Data Intelligence capabilities, giving administrators earlier visibility into engagement trends so they can intervene before disengagement turns into attrition. Many existing customers have already adopted these tools, a sign that peer institutions aren’t just staying on the platform, but deepening how they use it.

Institutions adopting CampusGroups during the first half of the year reflected the diversity of higher education. New customers spanned flagship R1 research universities, private colleges and universities, Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), community colleges, regional and international universities, expanding the company’s global footprint. New customers included Florida State University, Oklahoma State University, University of Washington-Seattle, Lehigh University, North Dakota State University, Virginia Tech, and Hamad Bin Khalifa University.

Existing customers also expanded their investment in CampusGroups at record levels. The University of Oklahoma, Seton Hall University, and many others expanded their CampusGroups contracts. Four additional schools within the New York State system also adopted the platform, nearly doubling CampusGroups’ presence across their campuses. Many institutions also broadened their use of CampusGroups by adding AI-Driven Data Intelligence or expanding the platform into additional departments, reflecting a growing preference for consolidating student engagement within a single unified platform.

Institutions choosing CampusGroups also join a network of more than 700 peer institutions that share strategies and best practices year-round through Ready Education’s customer community, and in person through the Inspire event series. This year’s Chicago Inspire event drew record attendance, bringing together administrators from across the region to compare notes on engagement and retention strategy. Additional Inspire events are planned in Boston and San Jose ahead of fall semester, giving customers direct, ongoing access to the people at other institutions solving the same problems they are.

“Institutions aren’t just choosing a platform. They’re choosing a partner,” said Gary Ambrosino, Chief Executive Officer at Ready Education. “They want proven technology, an experienced team that has spent two decades in higher education, and a community of hundreds of peer institutions sharing what works. That combination is why more colleges and universities continue to choose CampusGroups.”

Dynamic Pricing Raises New Questions for Forwarders Evaluating Automated Freight Quoting

Published

on

By

As freight forwarders adopt AI freight quoting software, Aircon founder Chris Condon says buyers should measure more than response speed. He urges teams evaluating freight quote automation software to count total operator time, including review and correction, and to check how quotes hold up when shipment details change.

LEWISVILLE, Texas, Nov. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — As more freight forwarders adopt AI freight quoting software to keep pace with shifting rates, a practical question is emerging: how much of the time saved is later spent checking and fixing what the software produces? Chris Condon, founder and CEO of Aircon, says buyers evaluating freight quote automation software should look at dynamic pricing alongside the work required to turn a supplier’s rate into a customer commitment. His comments follow G2’s 2026 AI Agents Report, updated October 14, which examines the operating costs of reviewing and correcting automated work.

“A higher rate can still be the right choice if it supports the required service,” Condon said. “What matters is knowing what the price includes, which conditions apply and what still has to be confirmed before the customer relies on the answer.”

“Think about a hotel when a major concert comes to town,” Condon said. “Demand goes up, there are only so many rooms, and prices can rise. Freight responds to supply and demand too. The forwarder’s job is to work out whether the available price and service meet the customer’s need.”

Freight pricing reflects more than demand. Costs, contract terms, and shipment requirements all shape the final number. A changing rate tells the forwarder something about one particular option… building a customer offer still requires checking service conditions, outstanding confirmations, and the forwarder’s own commercial rules.

That verification step is where automated freight quoting is put to the test. Condon refers to it as decision assurance: organizing the inputs and evidence behind a proposed commitment, flagging open questions, and keeping a record of the decision, while the forwarder retains judgment and the customer relationship.

“A higher rate can still be the right choice if it supports the required service,” Condon said. “What matters is knowing what the price includes, which conditions apply and what still has to be confirmed before the customer relies on the answer.”

G2’s report draws on a July survey of 1,019 business technology decisionmakers across industries. Forty-five percent of respondents said oversight and rework consume more than a quarter of their expected productivity gains. The findings are self-reported and cover enterprise AI adoption broadly; the report is not specific to freight.

For teams comparing freight quoting software for forwarders, Condon suggests looking beyond response speed. He recommends measuring total operator time, including review and correction, and asking how any freight quote management software handles changes to shipment details…and whether a second operator can understand the conditions behind an earlier quote.

“The practical standard is to give the team time back and keep the judgment behind the customer commitment clear,” Condon said.

About Aircon:

Aircon provides decision-assurance software for freight forwarders, supporting the review that takes place before a quote becomes a customer commitment. It preserves inputs, evidence, and decision state within the forwarder’s existing workflow, while the forwarder retains the customer relationship and commercial judgment.
